AMENDMENT No. 17, to the
Strategic Objective Grant Agreement
(the "Agreement") to Promote More
Responsive,
Participatory,
and
Accountable
Democracy
(the
"Program") entered on September 27,
2000.
ENMIENDA No.12 al Convenio de
Donaci6n de Objetivo Estrategico (el
"Convenio") para Proveer Apoyo a Personas
Intemamente Desplazadas y Otros Grupos
Vulnerables (el "Programa") celebrado el 9 de
julio de 2004.
AMENDMENT No. 12 to the Strategic
Objective Grant Agreement (the
"Agreement") to Provide Support for
Internally Displaced Persons and Other
Vulnerable Groups (the "Program")
entered on July 9, 2004.
Y ENMIENDA No. 13 al Convenio de
Donaci6n de Objetivo Estrategico (el
"Convenio") para el "Entomo Social y
Econ6mico Mejorado para los Procesos de
Desmovilizaci6n y
Reintegraci6n" (el
"Programa") celebrado el 30 de agosto de
2006; :
AND AMENDMENT No. 13 to the
Strategic Objective Grant Agreement
(the "Agreement") for "Improved
Environment for Demobilization and
Reintegration" (the "Program") entered
on August 30, 2006;
POR CUANTO, las Partes como se defini6
en los Convenios desean modificar los
mismos para extender su
Fecha de
Terminaci6n, hasta el 30 de septiembre de
2014.
WHEREAS, the Parties as defined in
the Agreements desire to amend them
to extend the Completion Date, until
September 30, 2014.
POR LO TANTO, las Partes acuerdan que
los Convenios son modificados como sigue:
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree
that the Agreements are amended as
follows:
Reemplazar en su totalidad y sustituir el
ARTICULO 4, Secci6n 4.1, de cada
convenio como sigue: "La Fecha de
Terminaci6n para este convenio es el 30 de
septiembre de 2014, o cualquier otra que las
Partes acuerden por escrito, y es aquella en
Ia cuallas Partes estiman que las actividades
necesarias para alcanzar el Objetivo y los
resultados estaran concluidas ."
Replace in its entirety and substitute
ARTICLE 4, Section 4.1, of each
as
follows:
"The
agreement
Completion Date, for this agreement is
September 30, 2014, or such other
date as the Parties may agree to in
writing, and is the date by which the
Parties estimate that the activities
necessary to achieve the Objective and
results will be completed."
Excepto a lo expresamente enmendado o
modificado aqui, los Convenios permanecen
ejecutables y vigentes, conservando los
mismos terminos y condiciones.
Except as expressly amended or
modified herein, the Agreements
remain in full force and effect,
maintaining the same terms and
conditions.

EN TESTIMONIO DE LO CUAL, los
Gobiernos de Colombia y los Estados
Unidos de America, cada uno actuando por
medio de sus representantes debidamente
autorizados, suscriben estas Enmiendas en
sus nombres y hacen entrega el dia y afi.o
indicado en la primera pagina del presente
documento.
