EL DESAYUNO ALMUERZO y MERIENDA El desayuno es la primera comida del día, la más importante, por medio de la cual, no sólo tenemos que recuperar las energías gastadas durante el periodo nocturno sino que tenemos que ingerir la energía necesaria para empezar el día, y rendir física e intelectualmente. En el desayuno debemos tomar el 25% de la energía que necesitamos diariamente. Un desayuno en buenas condiciones requiere invertir unos minutos en su preparación y en su degustación. El almuerzo y la merienda han de servir al niño para reponer la energía gastada y así, seguir adelante con la actividad diaria. Combinar 2 de ellos. Corresponde a la 2ª y 4ª comida del día y por medio de cada una de estas tomas, el niño ingiere el 10% de la energía diaria. LÁCTEOS Aportan: Proteínas, Calcio, Vitaminas. Leche, Yogur, Queso. CEREALES Aportan: Hidratos de carbono, Vitaminas Minerales. Si son integrales, tenemos aporte extra de Fibra. Pan, Tostadas, Cereales de desayuno, Galletas, Repostería casera. FRUTAS Aportan: Fibra, Vitaminas, Agua. Fruta entera, Zumo (si es casero mejor). * Los menús están calibrados para niños de 6-9 años, aunque en el comedor se sirven las raciones correspondientes adaptadas a la edad del comensal. (Se debe tener en cuenta que sólo corresponde a una toma del día.) COMPOSICIÓN DE ALGUNOS PLATOS Todos los platos de verdura se acompañan de patata cocida. Lentejas con tomate, puerro y zanahoria. Desde AUSOLAN JANGARRIA nos sumamos el 28 de mayo de 2014 a la celebración del Día de la Nutrición. Con el eslogan “COMER SANO ES DIVERTIDO”, entre otras actividades, en los comedores escolares, hemos propuesto un concurso que consistirá en la realización de la pirámide de los alimentos. De esta manera, queremos sensibilizar a los niños sobre la importancia de la alimentación saludable. Aprovechamos esta comunicación para agradecerles que confíen la alimentación de sus hijos en nosotros. FRUTA 1 Pieza de fruta fresca. LA CENA La cena será para complementar la comida del mediodía. La cena se debe ingerir de una hora y media a dos horas antes de acostarse para poder hacer la digestión. La cena supone el aporte del 25% de las energías diarias. Las cenas copiosas, ricas en proteínas, o en grasas (frituras, salsas, embutidos), las legumbres o coles, hacen que las digestiones sean más lentas con lo que nos será más difícil conciliar el sueño. Not only do we need to recover the energy used up during the night but we also need to provide the body with the energy necessary to start the day well and be at our best both physically and intellectually. At breakfast we should supply our bodies with 25% of the energy that we need for the whole day. A good breakfast needs a few minutes to be prepared and also to be enjoyed.
