Get tickets online at choosingjoy.eventbrite.com. We cannot construct joy. We can only receive it. But joy is not something that "happens to us." We must choose it every day. We choose joy every time we let ourselves be loved; when we forgive and are forgiven; when we hope instead of dread: when we give thanks instead of demanding to know "why;" when we have faith in the One who sees us, who knows us, and who loves us. Why should we consent to mere fleeting, capricious 'happiness,' when joy only awaits our intentional, loving "yes" to make a home in us? Let's choose joy!
