Assembly instructions
Wheelbarrow

Insert the axle brackets into the
center of the axle as shown in the
drawing.
Insert the 2 wheels, each one through
each end of the axle until they touch
the axle brackets. Insert the hooks
into each hole of the axle.

Turn wheelbarrow upside down
before tightening nuts.

Once the wheels are fastened to the
hooks, open the hooks.
Draw near the wheels and axle
bracket to each hook.
Position wheel assembly on handle.

Insert 2 3/4 inch carriage bolts
through the holes of handles and
axle brackets. Secure with nuts.

Tighten all nuts securely with 1/2
inch standard socket set.
Inflate tires with hand-operated air
pump, maximum pressure 20 psi.
You will need:
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
-If bolts do not fit, loosen previous connections to move parts and realign holes.
-If wheelbarrow is wobbly, tighten with wrench.
-If wheelbarrow does not roll smoothly, apply grease to ball bearings.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
Do not load cart with more than 435 pounds.
Do not allow children to play in or around the wheelbarrow.
Always distribute the load evenly over the surface of the tray.
Do not load any items on top of the handles.
If any part becomes damaged, broken or misplaced, do not use the wheelbarrow until a replacement part is obtained.
Do not operate on or roll over objects than can cause damage to the tires or nose guard.
DO NOT inflate the tires more than 20 psi. Use only a hand-operated air pump to inflate tires.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS for future reference.

Place leg brace on back of legs and
position them so the arrow is facing
up (see illustration). Insert 3/4 inch
carriage bolts through legs and the
leg brace. Secure with nuts.
Important: Do not wrench-tighten
nuts until assembly is complete.

Position stabilizers on back of legs.
Insert 1 inch carriage bolts through
the stabilizers and legs. Secure with
nuts. Hand tighten.
Important: Do not wrench-tighten
nuts until assembly is complete.

Position legs on front carriage bolts.
Place nuts on bolts. Hand-tighten.
SETUP
Remove all parts from the packaging materials. Match all parts with the drawing and the list of parts.

Do not wrench-tighten until assembly is complete.
Position legs on back carriage bolts.
Place nuts on bolts. Hand-tighten.

Place nose guard on front of handles
and align holes.
Insert 2 1/4 inch carriage bolts through
the holes of nose guard and handles.
Secure with nuts.

Attach tray braces. Insert 3/4 inch
carriage bolts through tray and
braces. Secure with nuts. Hand
tighten.

Carretilla

Insertar las chumaceras en el eje
según se muestra el dibujo.
Insertar las llantas, cada una a través
de los extremos del eje hasta el centro,
dejando las chumaceras entre las
llantas, después colocar chavetas en
los orificios que se encuentran en los
extremos del eje.
Recorrer una llanta y una chumacera
a cada uno de los extremos del eje.

Abrir las chavetas una vez que se
han recorrido las llantas al extremo
del eje.
Posición de ensamble de llantas en
mangos.
Insertar tornillos de 2 3/4” a través
de los orificios de los soportes
delanteros, mangos y chumaceras
del ensamble de las llantas, asegurar
con tuercas.

Voltear la carretilla antes de apretar
las tuercas.
Apretar todas las tuercas con
matraca y dado de 1/2” o llave mixta
de 1/2”
Inflar la llanta a una presión máxima
de 20 psi.
Usted necesitará:
GUÍA DE AJUSTE
- Si los tornillos no se insertan en los orificios, afloje las tuercas para poder mover las piezas con el fin de alinear todos
los orificios.
- Si la carretilla se tambalea, apriete con llave mixta standard de 1/2”
- Si la carretilla no rueda con suavidad, aplique grasa en los baleros de la llanta.

LEA LAS INSTRUCCIONES CUIDADOSAMENTE ANTES DE ENSAMBLAR LA CARRETILLA.
No utilice cargas mayores a 200 kg.
No permita que los niños jueguen sobre la carretilla o a su alrededor.
Siempre distribuya la carga en toda la superficie de la concha.
Nunca coloque carga en la parte de arriba de los mangos (bastidores).
Si alguna pieza se daña, se rompe o falta, no use la carretilla hasta reemplazar la pieza.
No ruede la carretilla sobre objetos que puedan dañar la llanta de la carretilla o la defensa.
NO INFLE LAS LLANTAS POR ARRIBA DE 20 psi. Solo utilice bomba de aire manual para inflar la llanta.
CONSERVE ESTE INSTRUCTIVO para futuras referencias.

Coloque el puente de la carretilla por
la parte de adentro de los soportes,
verificando que el sentido de la flecha
sea hacia arriba. Inserte los tornillos
de 3/4” a través de los soportes y de
los barrenos del puente. Asegure con
tuercas. Apriete manualmente.
IMPORTANTE: No apriete con la llave
hasta tener el ensamble completo.

Coloque los estabilizadores en los
soportes de la carretilla, según
dibujo, inserte tornillo de 1” a través
de los barrenos del estabilizador y
de los soportes. Asegure con
tuercas. Apriete manualmente, no
apriete con llave hasta tener el
ensamble completo.

Coloque ensamble de soportes en
los tornillos frontales de conchamangos (tornillo de 3”). Asegure con
tuercas. Apriete manualmente.
PREPARACIÓN
Retire todas las piezas del empaque. Revise las cantidades de acuerdo al dibujo de arriba y al dibujo de la hoja frontal.

No apriete las tuercas hasta tener el ensamble completo.
Coloque el ensamble de los soportes
en los tornillos traseros de conchamangos (tornillo de 3”). Asegure con
tuercas. Apriete manualmente.

Coloque la defensa en la parte frontal
de los mangos (bastidores) y alinee
los barrenos de la defensa y de los
mangos, inserte tornillo de 2 1/4” a
través de los barrenos y asegure
con tuercas. Apriete manualmente.

Ensamble los soportes frontales a
concha. Inserte tornillo de 3/4” a
través de los barrenos frontales de
la concha y los soportes. Asegure
con tuercas. Apriete manualmente
