I understand the following rules apply to player registration in Illinois (please see
ISSA Administrative Manual for a complete list of rules):
Roster Size
1. Each team shall be allowed to have a roster of up to eighteen (18) players; clubs having reserve teams shall
be allowed up to thirty-six (36) players, with the right to play on either team, interchangeably. Teams in an over-30
league and teams registered in Recreational Leagues will be granted an “exception” to permit roster sizes up to
twenty-five (25) players per team. U23 League has unlimited roster (only 18 can dress per game)
Releases
1. All players transferring from one team to another must wait fourteen (14) days between the date of release
and the date of new registration before being eligible to play again [seven (7) days if exclusively for indoor
competition only]. Excepted from this rule are players who are transferring from a team, which does not
participate exclusively in "Over-30" competition to a team, which does.
However, this rule shall not apply to players at the time that an outdoor playing season is fully completed.
New Players
5. Some form of identification containing a photo, name, birth date, and social security number if the person has
been assigned one, must accompany each registration. (Acceptable identification includes but is not limited
to an Illinois I.D. Card, Driver's License, Passport, etc.) Any foreign player* (regardless of status (amateur or
professional)) registering for the first time in Illinois must complete the International Clearance Form and
submit it at the time of registration.
* A Foreign player is a player born outside the USA.

Entiendo que las siguientes reglas conciernen al registro del jugador en Illinois

Tamajo de la Plantilla
1. A cada equipo le ser permitido disponer de una plantilla de un mximo de 18 jugadores; los
clubes con equipos reservas podrn contar con 36 jugadores, pudiendo ser intercambiados para
jugar en cualquiera de los equipos del club indistintamente. Como excepcion, Los equipo de las
categorias veteranos (O-30) y los registrados en las ligas recreativas, podrn registrar un maximo
de 25 jugadores por equipo.
Bajas
2. Todos los jugadores transferidos de uno a otro equipo debern esperar 14 das desde la
fecha de baja a la del nuevo registro antes de poder jugar de nuevo (7 das en futbol sala
exclusivamente). Quedarn exentos de esta regla los jugadores transferidos de un equipo
que no participe exclusivamente en la categoria “veteranos” (o-30) a uno que s.

6. Cada registro deber ser acompatado de alguna forma de identificacion con fotografia,
nombre, fecha de nacimiento y numero de seguro social, (en caso de que uno haya sido

Illinois, Carnet de Conducir, pasaporte, etc
