OBJETO NORMATIVO
ARTÍCULO 1º: Esta Ordenanza normatiza el reordenamiento y ampliación de recorrido de
- - - - - - - - - línea específica del Transporte Urbano de Pasajeros, cuyo esquema se
instrumenta en anexo de diagramación que formará parte integral del plexo normativo; con
base legal en las Ordenanzas números 105/75 y 64/84, siguientes y concordantes; y el
artículo 27º, inciso 18º y 22º de la Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades (Decreto/Ley
6769/58) y modificatorias.
DEL REORDENAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DE RECORRIDO ESPECÍFICO DE
LÍNEA URBANA Nº 502 POR PRESTATARIA EMPRESA “TUCCIO HNOS” S.R.L.
ARTÍCULO 2º: Determínase le reordenamiento y ampliación del recorrido “A” de la línea
- - - - - - - - - - - urbana Nº 502, prestado por la Empresa “TUCCIO HNOS.” S.R.L., cuya
especificación literal y gráfica se instrumentan en ANEXOS normativos que forman parte
integral de la presente Ordenanza.
DE LA HABILITACIÓN DE TEXTO ORDENADO
ARTÍCULO 3º: Facúltase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para que por las
- - - - - - - - - - reparticiones administrativas competentes, formule y confeccione Texto
Ordenado (T.O.) de la rediagramación de recorridos establecidos reglamentariamente,
mediante el dictado de los actos administrativos suficientes y necesarios, que fueren
menester.
ARTÍCULO 4º: Comuníquese, publíquese, dése al Registro de Ordenanzas Decretos y
- - - - - - - - - - - - - Resoluciones, cúmplase y oportunamente archívese.
