Is he she it he Yes, she it he No, she it Are we you working? they working? Yes, I am. is. we Yes, you are. they No, I ’m not. isn’t. we No, you aren’t. they ‘Is Gary working with Pam?’ ‘Yes, he is.’ ‘Are they wearing jeans?’ ‘No, they aren’t.’ En las respuestas breves afirmativas siempre se utilizan las formas completas. En las respuestas breves negativas generalmente se utilizan las formas contraídas.
