correspondiente declaración de primer uso. De no presentarse la declaración de primer uso conforme a las

force and effect for ten (10) years, subject to the timely submission of the declaration of first use. Failure to file
the Statement of First Use under the provisions of the Act this record shall be deemed canceled.
