The Halloween Dance will take place Friday, October 28th from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. In order to attend the dance, students are required to have a signed parent permission slip as well as meet the following criteria: 1) Students MUST BE IN Dress Code during the dance 2) No more than two (2) absences within the last 30 school days 3) No out of school suspensions within the last 30 school days 4) No in-school suspensions within the last 15 school days 5) All school rules and policies apply 6) Students MUST stay for the entire dance (1:30 p.m. 3:00 p.m.) unless prior arrangements have been made by a parent/ guardian with the principal. 7) Students must be picked up from the dance by 3:15 p.m. Students not picked up by 3:15 p.m. will not be allowed to attend the next dance. - Permission slips/tickets will be given out at lunch the week of the dance. Tickets prices are $2.00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and $3.00 on Thursday and Friday. Students who purchase a dance ticket Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday may wear a Halloween shirt with jeans on Friday! Tempe Union High School Gifted Testing Attention All Students: - Wishing to receive gifted services in a Tempe Union high school. - Interested in attending the Payne Academy located on the campus of McClintock High School. - If you do not have scores from prior placement take advantage of one of the following opportunities listed below.
