Yamhill County Transit Area (YCTA) is committed to ensuring that no person shall, on the ground of race,
color, national origin, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability be excluded from
participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity
provided by the County-YCTA. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful
discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Yamhill County.
