In 2015, CODENI celebrated its 10th anniversary marking
a decade of longs walks through downtown Guadalajara
searching for children and teenagers that survive off
informal commerce, hoping they will give us a chance to
accompany them to have a better
life without drugs, violence and social abandonment.
After 10 years, we continue fighting for the ideals that gave
birth to CODENI. However, today we have over 100
participants, 30 of whom have established formal life
projects off the streets, and we are able to offer a variety of
workshops and educational supports programs. That
said, we also have great challenges ahead of us that keep
us motivated to continue growing.
It is time to face together the main problems that keep our
participants from accomplishing their dreams. It is time to
accompany them to develop the skills that will
give them access to greater opportunities. The CODENI bus continues to move forward, adjusting its
route to meet the needs of our participants. Like them, we
enter adolescence full of dreams, plans and goals with
energy and desire of keep growing. Join us in this
growth, and help us to ensure the fuel needed to keep our
bus running. CA ,zeñiN al ed sohcereD orP ovitceloC

These funds will go towards the conditioning of a new area in
Casa CODENI, designed by and for adolescents in street
situations. This safe space for our teens will help to prevent them
from falling victim to the risks they encounter every day on the
streets.

To celebrate a decade of dedication, we renovated
CASA CODENI this year to create an
attractive environment for the 100+ children and
teenagers that come to CODENI every week.
The renovations were made possible by a group of
volunteers from "GAP 42" who worked for 3 months to
obtain the necessary resources to transforms CASA
CODENI and donations from our partner
"Comercializadora de Pinturas".
At the anniversary celebration, we recognized the local
partners and benefactors that make possible all the work
that CODENI does to enable life projects off the streets.
Together we can accomplish more! PROMOTING LIFE PROJECTS OUT OF THE STREETS
