Regional PK Enrollment Center Schedule:
The Pre-K Enrollment Centers are open to all families
seeking any pre-k seats throughout the summer. We will
be located at these sites during the following weeks:
Week of July 13: ECS—West @ Old Speedway
26 Speedway Avenue
Week of July 20: ECS—Central @ Berliner
70 Montgomery Street
Week of July 27: ECS—North @ Gladys Hillman-Jones
24 Crane Street
Week of August 3: ECS—South @ Chancellor Annex
255 Chancellor Avenue
Week of August 10: Lafayette Street School Annex

Immunization Records & Record of Last Physical Exam
Proof of Income (for Head Start Eligibility)
