The Summer Fun Challenge is a "Do-It-Yourself" Fundraising event... you decide what type of event you'd like to run and graciously donate the proceeds to the Food Pantry. Events can be as simple as a lemonade stand or as elaborate as hosting a BBQ in the park for all your friends and asking them to contribute the cost of their meal. We are very grateful to all the families that have organized fundraisers in the past and hope ALL our parishioners can participate this year. Every donation is worthwhile no matter its size. Participation is the key! All the donations add up! Please collect more information at the back of the church or at the Rectory. Or email [email protected] or [email protected] for more information. We are happy to help. Enjoy your event! Please make all checks out to St. Augustine’s Helping Hands Food Pantry. Many parishioners make up missed contributions when they return. Note to our envelope users… Thank you for your regular support of the parish. Please drop us a note in the collection if you change your address or phone number during the year, so we can keep our parish records upto-date. It helps our workers if you do not use tape or staples on the envelopes. It also helps if you put the amount of your donation and your envelope number on the envelope/check. All donations are registered according to the date they are received, no matter what date is on the envelope. If you are donating for several weeks you may write one check for the total amount. —Fray Gilberto Cavazos-Glz, OFM, Copyright © J. S.
