Grazie all’utilizzo di alluminio, materiale anticorrosivo e acciaio inox nelle parti a contatto con il prodotto, la AV35 può essere impiegata nei settori
dell’ortofrutta, carne, pesce, dolciumi, ecc... Tutte le carterature sono costruite con una speciale plastica atossica e con Plexiglas trasparente
scuro. La AV35 di GNA Packaging è una macchina estremamente semplice, di facile utilizzo e manutenzione. Prevalentemente meccanica, ha tutte
le parti operative gestite tramite un PLC che permette di selezionare fino a 12 formati di lavoro, e di tensionamento del film.
The automatic packaging machine AV35 was specifically designed to deliver trays wrapped with stretch film, in order to satisfy the need of
protecting food products in the best way. This machine is suitable to pack trays of Polystirene, Polypropylene, PET, Wood etc. and PVC
film.The machine structure of aluminium, anti-corrosive material, and of stainless steel on the parts directly in contact with the product, makes
the AV35 the most suited machine for the food sector (fruit and vegetables, meet, fish, sweets etc...) . The external doors are made of a special
non-toxic plastic and the guards are made of transparent dark Plexiglas. The AV35 is a very simple machine, easy-to-use and to service. Designed
with mainly mechanical operation in mind, it is operated by a PLC which selects up to 12 different sizes and wrapping tensions.

La machine automatique AV35 est étudiée pour satisfaire votre besoin de conditionner votre produit avec un film étirable. Cette machine
est appropriée pour le conditionnement des produits alimentaires en barquettes polystyrène, polypropylène, PET, bois, etc. et film PVC.
Grâce à l’utilisation de l’aluminium, de matériel anti-corrosif et d’inox dans les parties en contact avec le produit, elle peut être utilisée dans
les secteurs suivants: fruits et légumes, pâtisserie, viande, poison, etc.… Les carters extérieurs sont réalisés en plastique spécial atoxique et
en plexiglas transparent foncé. L’AV35 de GNA Packaging est une machine simple dont l’usage et l’entretien sont très faciles. Essentiellement
mécanique, elle est gérée par un PLC qui permet jusqu’à la sélection de 12 formats de travail.
Die Maschine AV35 ist ein Verpackungsautomat zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln auf Verkaufsschalen. Die AV 35 arbeitet mit Schalen
aus z.B. Polystyrol, PP, PET oder Holz und verschließt das Produkt mit einer Strech-Folie aus PVC. Alle produktberührenden Teile sind
aus Edelstahl gefertigt, weshalb die Maschine für den Einsatz mit Lebensmitteln (Obst- und Gemüse, Wurstwaren, Fisch, Süßwaren), bestens
geeignet ist. Die Grundmaschine besteht aus Aluminium und korrossionsgeschützten Materialien. Die Türen bestehen aus nicht-toxischem,
dunkeltransparentem Plexiglas. Eine SPS mit 12 speicherbaren Verpackungsprogrammen sowie einfache mechanische Einstellungen sorgen dafür,
dass die AV 35 ist einfach und unkompliziert zu handhaben ist.
La confeccionadora AV35 ha sido estudiada para satisfacer sus necesidades de envoltura de sus productos con film extensible. La máquina
está adaptada par la confección de productos alimentarios en bandejas con film en PVC o en polietileno y es idónea para ser utilizada
por su gran versatilidad en el sector: hortofrutícola, carne, pescado, postre, etc… La AV35 está realizada con aluminio, material anticorrosivo y
acero inox en las partes directas en contacto con el producto a envolver. Las características externas están construidas con con plástico especial
no tóxico y los repuestos en plexiglas. La AV35 es particularmente sencilla y versátil de fácil uso y mantenimiento. Máquina mecánica gestionada
por PLC que permite de insertar hasta 12 formatos en automático y las tensiones de las envolturas.
