APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY FOR GENERAL ELECTION
The Election Clerk of the General Election of the High Plains Underground Water
Conservation District No. 1 (the “District”) has appointed Jason Coleman, as the
Election Clerk’s Deputy (the “Deputy”) to perform the duties of the Election Clerk in the
absence of the Clerk related to the conduct and maintenance of records of the General
Election during the period beginning September 19, 2016 and ending not earlier than
December 19, 2016.
The Clerk and Deputy’s office is located at 2930 Avenue Q, Lubbock, Texas. The Clerk
or Deputy shall maintain an office open for election duties from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon)
and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, on regular business days for the period set
out above.
NOMBRAMIENTO DE DELEGADO DE LA ELECCIÓN GENERAL
El Secretario a Electoral de la Elección General de High Plains Underground Water
Conservation District No. 1 (el “Distrito”) ha nombrado a Jason Coleman, delegado
(“Delegado”) del Secretario Electoral para desempeñar los deberes de Secretario
Electoral durante la ausencia del Secretario pertinentes a la administración y
mantenimiento de récords de la Elección General en el periodo principiando el 19 de
septiembre, 2016, y terminando no antes del 19 de diciembre, 2016.
La oficina del Secretario y Delegado está ubicada en 2930 Avenue Q, Lubbock, Texas.
El Secretario o Delegado tendrá abierta la oficina para los servicios electorales de las 8
a.m. a 12 p.m. (mediodía) y de la 1 p.m. a 5 p.m., de lunes a viernes, en días hábiles
durante el periodo indicado arriba.
