Transition Services Workshop for Parents of Students with Disabilities
Sponsored by Boston SpedPac in partnership with the Boston Public Schools
“Transition Services” are designed to help students with disabilities (aged 14-22) move smoothly
from school to adult life. Transitioning to adulthood is difficult regardless of a youth’s abilities,
transition planning is key to ensuring success in adulthood for young people with disabilities.
