LLEGADA AL SPA
Le aconsejamos llegar al SPA al menos 30 minutos
antes de su tratamiento para tener tiempo suficiente
de cambiarse, asignarle una taquilla y relajarse en
el área relax.
QUE LLEVAR
A su llegada al SPA, le facilitaremos albornoz
y zapatillas para que disfrute cómodamente de
su experiencia, le aconsejamos que deje sus
objetos de valor en la caja fuerte de su habitación.
Si lo desea, puede también usar el albornoz y
las zapatillas que encontrará en su habitación
para venir al SPA. Le facilitaremos ropa interior
desechable para la realización de su tratamiento
corporal. Le aconsejamos se desnude según
su comodidad y comunique cualquier duda o
preocupación a su terapeuta. Solicite los productos
de cuidado personal que necesite durante su
estancia en la Recepción del SPA.
RESERVAS
El equipo del SPA está a su servicio para ayudarle
con la selección de servicios y tratamientos
incluyendo el orden adecuado de los mismos.
Le animamos a realizar las reservas con la
mayor anticipación posible, para asegurar la
disponibilidad de sus tratamientos favoritos.
Puede realizar su reserva en las extensiones 8616 y
8630 o directamente en la recepción del SPA.
ELECCIÓN DE TERAPEUTA
Para su comodidad, usted puede solicitar a un
hombre o una mujer terapeuta, sin embargo,
la disponibilidad de un terapeuta particular
o el género no puede ser garantizada. Todos
los terapeutas son profesionales y conocen en
profundidad todos los tratamientos y harán de su
experiencia un momento inolvidable de bienestar.
CONDICIÓN FÍSICA
Recomendamos no realizar los tratamientos
justo después de comer y los mismos no serán
realizados a ningún cliente que se encuentre bajo
la influencia de alcohol o drogas. El afeitado antes
de un tratamiento de exfoliación y las quemaduras
solares antes de cualquier servicio SPA deben ser
evitados. Le rogamos que nos avise de cualquier
condición física, embarazo, hipertensión, alergia
o lesión que pudiera afectar al servicio cuando
realice su reserva.
EMBARAZO
YHI SPA aconseja no realizar el uso de las
instalaciones del Spa a mujeres embarazadas ni a
personas con problemas cardíacos o de presión.
Le rogamos que permita a nuestro equipo del SPA
guiarle en su selección de tratamientos ya que
algunos tratamientos no son recomendables
durante esta época especial.
NORMATIVA BASICA DEL SPA
En YHI SPA queremos ofrecerle un entorno de
relajación y tranquilidad, para ello es fundamental
respetar la intimidad y serenidad de nuestros
invitados limitando el uso de teléfonos móviles y
manteniendo un tono de voz bajo. No se permite
fumar ni consumir alimentos y bebidas del exterior.
El acceso es para mayores de 18 años.
POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
Si usted desea cancelar su reserva, debe
comunicarlo con al menos 24 horas de antelación,
evitando así el cargo del 50% del tratamiento.

RETRASOS
Si acude tarde a su tratamiento, debe tener en
cuenta que llegar tarde simplemente acortará
su tiempo de tratamiento. Dependiendo de la
duración de su tratamiento, un retraso largo puede
convertirse en una ausencia y por tanto el cargo
completo de la tarifa del tratamiento a su cuenta o
tarjeta de crédito.
FORMAS DE PAGO
Los tratamientos SPA pueden ser cargados a su
cuenta, pagados en efectivo o con tarjeta de
crédito. Los servicios del SPA siempre serán
pagados por adelantado. Se aconsejan las reservas
anticipadas.
CHEQUES REGALO
Cheques regalo están disponibles en el SPA,
por favor contacte con nosotros para mayor
información.
PRECIOS

SPA ARRIVAL
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to
your treatment in order to change, assign a locker
and relax in spa relax area.
HOW TO WEAR
Upon arrival at the Spa, we will provide a
bathrobe and slippers to enjoy your experience
comfortable; we recommend that you leave your
valuables in the safe in your room. If you prefer,
bathrobe and slippers are provided in hotel room
to come to the Spa. Disposable underwear will
be providing for body treatments. We advise
you undress to the point that feels comfortable
and notify your therapist if you have a query or
concern. All amenities needed during your stay
please ask at the Spa reception.
BOOKING
SPA team can help you choose spa services
and treatments, including the right sequence of
treatments. We advise you to make a booking at
the Spa as far in advance as possible to ensure the
availability of your favourite treatments and times.

THERAPIST CHOSING
You can ask for a male or female therapist as
you prefer, although we cannot guarantee the
availability of specific therapist or their gender.
All our therapists are highly trained professionals,
with in-depth knowledge of all the treatments.
They will do their best to make your experience
an unforgettable one.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
For health reasons, treatments are not
recommended when you have a full stomach,
and no treatment will be given to any guest under
the influence of alcohol or drugs. Shaving prior to
exfoliation or receiving any spa service when you
have sunburn should be avoided. Please notify
the staff at the Spa when making a booking if
you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical
disabilities or are pregnant.
PREGNANCY
Pregnant women or people with heart or pressure
problems are not recommended to use the Spa
facilities. Please allow our SPA team to guide you
in selecting which treatments are most suitable for
you during this special time.
SPA RULES
In YHI SPA we offer an environment of relaxation
and tranquillity, it is essential to respect privacy
and serenity of our guests limiting the use of
mobile phones and keeping a low tone. No
smoking or consuming food and beverages from
outside. Those Spa treatments are not allowed to
guests under the age of 18 years old.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please
notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled
appointment, otherwise we will have to charge
you half the cost of the treatment. Appointments
can be rescheduled, providing at least 4 hours
notice, depending on availability.
DELAYED ARRIVAL
Bear in mind that arriving late will simply reduce the
time of your treatment. Depending on the length
of your treatment, a very late arrival may constitute
a no-show, and the full price of the service will be
charged to your account or credit card.
PAYMENT FORMS
Spa treatments can be charged to your account
or paid, cash or credit card. Spa services must
be paid for in advance. Advance bookings are
recommended.
GIFT VOUCHER
Gift vouchers are available; please contact the
SPA for more info.
PRICES
All prices are in US DOLARS and subject to
change without prior notice. TAX is not included.
SPA AT HOME
If you wish to continue your SPA experience at
home, all products used in our treatments are
available from the Spa Reception.
