I Bedienungsanleitung Multipick LockForce
Zieh- und Brechwerkzeug
Das LockForce ist eine Kombination aus Ziehwerkzeug und Knackrohr. Es erlaubt
dem Anwender, mit nur einem Werkzeug viele unterschiedliche Problemfälle lösen
zu können. Das Werkzeug ermöglicht es, selbst Schließzylinder mit Stahlsteg zu brechen, unabhängig davon ob sie bündig, versenkt, oder überstehend eingebaut sind.
Lieferumfang des Multipick LockForce Set:
• 1 Stk. LockForce inkl. Profileinsatz
• 1 Stk. Ziehaufsatz für Rundzylinder mit 32mm Durchmesser
• 1 Stk. Kernziehring für Euro-Profilschließzylinder
• 1 Stk. 5 mm Inbusschlüssel für den Kopfwechsel
und zur Fixierung von Zylindern
• 1 Stk. Bautenschlüssel „kurz“
• 1 Stk. Torx-T20 T-Schlüssel
• 1 Stk Ring-Maulschlüssel 19 mm

Option 1:
Einsatz als Knackrohr bei überstehenden Zylindern
Zum einfachen Abbrechen von überstehenden Standard Europrofil- und Rundschließzylindern (mindestens 5 mm Zylinderüberstand!) wird das LockForce mit dem
entsprechenden Aufsatz auf den Zylinder
gestülpt und durch mehrmaliges Links-,
bzw. Rechtsschwenken der Verbindungssteg des Zylinders gebrochen. Danach kann
mit dem beiliegenden Bautenschlüssel das
Schloss aufgeschlossen werden (nur bei
Euro-Profilzylindern). Das Aufschließen
bei gebrochenen Rundzylindern erfolgt mit
einem mittelgroßen Schlitzschraubendreher durch in Öffnungsrichtung kreisende
Bewegungen, wobei dabei der Schraubendreher die federgelagerte Platte anheben
muss. Soll ein Sicherheitsschließzylinder
mit Stahlsteg gebrochen werden, kann zur
Verstärkung der herausstehende Zylinder mit den beiden seitlich angebrachten
Fixierschrauben im Profilkopf zusätzlich
befestigt werden. Vorzugsweise ist hierbei
jedoch eine Zugschraube zu benutzen! Zur
Erhöhung der Hebelkraft kann das Verlängerungsrohr herausgezogen werden.
Option 2:
Einsatz als Zugwerkzeug bei bündigoder versenkt eingebauten Zylindern.
Zum Brechen und Kernziehen von bündig
oder versenkt eingebauten Zylindern ist
die Benutzung einer Spezial-Zugschraube notwendig. Diese wird entsprechend
der Größe des Schließkanals ausgewählt
und oberhalb der Zuhaltungsstifte in den
Schlüsselkanal so weit eingedreht, dass
sie genug Halt im Schlüsselkanal findet.
Am herausstehenden Schraubenkopf wird
das LockForce eingehängt. Hierbei gibt es
zwei unterschiedliche Methoden:

Kernziehen - Durch Herausziehen des
Zylinderkerns mit Hilfe des vor dem Einhängen des LockForce in den Werkzeugkopf eingesetzten Kernziehringes. Die Zugspindel wird soweit gefühlvoll angezogen,
bis der Zylinderkern gänzlich aus dem Zylindergehäuse entfernt ist. Danach ist der
Zylinder mit einem mittelgroßen Schlitzschraubendreher aufzuschliessen. Der
Vorteil dieser Ziehmethode besteht darin,
dass der gesamte Korpus des Schließzylinders intakt bleibt. Dies ist unbedingt bei
sogenannten
Mehrfachverriegelungen,
aber auch bei Halbzylindern erforderlich,
da andernfalls erhebliche Beschädigungen
am gesamten Schloßmechanismus entstehen können. Das Herausziehen des Zylinderkerns funktioniert auch bei Zylindern mit
gehärteten Zuhaltungsstiften!

Brechen eines Schließzylinders
Zum Brechen wird auf Einsatz einer Kernziehhülse verzichtet. Das LockForce
wird an den Schraubenkopf eingehängt.
Durch gefühlvolles Anziehen der Zugspindel wird der Zylinder in den Profilkopf des
LockForce gezogen. Standardzylinder werden nun brechen. Hochsicherheitszylinder
mit speziellen, verstärkten Stegen nicht!
Durch Hineinziehen des Zylinders in den
LockForce Kopf wird der zu brechende
Zylinder nicht mehr nur allein von der Zugschraube gehalten, sondern erhält seitlichen Halt durch den LockForce-Kopf. Um
die Verbindung noch weiter zu erhöhen,
kann der Zylinder mit zwei Fixierschrauben
im Kopf Festgeklemmt werden. Nun kann
der Spezialzylinder durch seitliches hinund herbewegen des LockForce gebrochen
werden. Nach dem Auseinanderbrechen
müssen die im Schloss verbliebene Kleinteile wie z.B. der Schliessbart und andere
Kleinteile des auseinander gebrochenen
Schließzylinders aus dem Schloss entfernt
werden. Nun kann der Verriegelungsmechanismus mit dem im Lieferumfang enthaltenden Bautenschlüssel betätigt werden.

Bitte verwenden Sie zum Brechen
von Schließzylindern nur unsere
Zieh-Fix Spezialzugschrauben! Das
Eindrehen der Zugschrauben kann
durch Verwendung von Schneidspray
erleichtert werden.

I Manual - Multipick LockForce
The Lockforce combines the functionality of the lock-puller “Bell” with that of the lockcracker in one tool and will allow users to cope with with a wide range of problematic
situations. Even cylinder locks with a steel shell can be broken off using the Lockforce. It does not matter if the cylinder is jutting out or leveling with the surface of the
door/escutcheon.
Included Components of the LockForce-Set:
• 1 pc. LockForce
• 1 pc. Adapter for the plug-pulling of round cylinders (32mm)
• 1 pc. Plug-Pulling-Ring for Euro-Profile Cylinder
• 1 pc. 5 mm Allen Key for exchanging adapters
• 1 pc. Universal Key „short“
• 1 pc. Torx-T20 T-Handle screwdriver
• 1 pc. 19 mm wrench
• 10 pcs. Zieh-Fix pull screws 4.2 mm
• 10 pcs. Zieh-Fix pull screws 4.8 mm
Option 1:
Jutting out lock cylinders can be broken
off, just as if using the lock cracker
In order to break off jutting out standard
Profile or Round Cylinders (cylinders must
at least jut out 5 mm) you must simply push
the appropriate adaptor of the Lockforce
around the cylinder. Moving the Lockforce left and right repeatedly will eventually break the center part of the cylinder.
Using the included Universal Key the lock
can now be opened (in the case of profile
cylinders). In order to open in the case of
a broken off round cylinder one must use a
screwdriver of average size and complete
circular movements trying to lift the plate
that is held in place by springs. If you want
to break a profile cylinder with a body made
of hardened steel it is also possible to fix
the cylinder inside the adaptor with the
two screws at the sides, thus reinforcing
the grip of the tool on the cylinder. It is advisable to use a pull screw in these cases,
though! To achieve more leverage on the
cylinder it is possible to pull out the (red)
extension tube.
Option 2:
Using the Lockforce when the cylinder
does not jut out
When the cylinder you want to break off/
pull does not jut out the use of a special
pull-screw is necessary. Select the appropriate pull screw depending on the width of
the keyway and screw it in above the pins.
The screw should be driven in as a far as
possible while still allowing to connect the
Lockforce. There now exist two different
methods you can apply:

1.
Pulling the plug - Before connecting the
Lockforce to the screw you have to either insert the pulling ring into the head of
the tool (for profile cylinders) or place the
base plate around the cylinder (round cylinders). After connecting the Lockforce to
the screw, carefully tighten the the pulling
mechanism pulling out the core of the cylinder completely through the hole of either
ring or base plate. This does not require a
lot of force. If the mechanism tightens with
difficulty only, please check that the plug is
not blocked by ring/base plate. After that
you can unlock by using a screw driver to
move the coupling. The advantage of this
method is that the exterior of the cylinder
will remain completely undamaged. This is
absolutely necesary for multi-point bolts or
half cylinders. Other methods may cause
serious damages at the locking mechanism. This method of pullting the plug will
also work on cylinders containing hardened
pins/tumblers!

Breaking of the cylinder
When wanting to break the cylinder neither plug pulling ring nor base plate are required. After connecting the Lockforce to
the screw, tighten the pulling mechanism
carefully, pulling the cylinder into the head of
the Lockforce. Standard cylinders will now
break automatically. High-security cylinders
with special reinforced bodies will not break
that easily, though! When pulling the cylinder inside the head of the Lockforce it will
not be held by the screw alone anymore,
but will be further fixed by the head itself.
In order to increase “the grip“ even more
you can tighten the two screws in the sides
of the head. By moving the Lockforce left
and right repeatedly you can now break the
special cylinder. After the breaking of the
cylinder remove the parts that may have
stayed in the lock. It is now possible to open
the lock using the included universal key.
Zieh-Fix pull screws
For the breaking/pulling of cylinders please
use our Zieh-Fix pull screws only! The use
of cutting oil will facilitate driving the screw
into the keyway . Also consider our ScrewFix (Art.-No.2132)!

I Outil d’extraction et de casse Multipick LockForce
Le LockForce est la combinaison d’outil d’extraction et de casse-cylindre. Il permet
à l’utilisateur de résoudre de nombreux problèmes différents avec un seul outil.
Cet outil permet de casser même les cylindres avec embase en acier, qu’ils soient
montés à surface plane, encastré ou dépassant, peu importe.
La livraison du set Multipick LockForce comprend:
• 1 LockForce avec insert profilé
• 1 embout de traction pour cylindres tubulaires d’un
diamètre de 32 mm
• 1 anneau d’extraction pour cylindre profil européen
• 1 clé Allen 5 mm pour le changement de têtes et
la fixation de cylindres
• 1 clé d’entraînement « courte »
• 1 clé Torx-T20
• 1 clé mixte 19 mm
• 10 vis de traction 4,2 mm
• 10 vis de traction 4,8 mm
Option 1:
Utilisé comme casse-cylindre pour
cylindres dépassants
Pour la rupture simple de cylindres dépassants profil européen standard et
tubulaires (dépassant d’au moins de 5
mm !) on pose le LockForce avec l’embout
correspondant sur le cylindre et on casse
ensuite l’entretoise du cylindre par des
mouvements répétés vers la gauche ou la
droite. Après la rupture on peut débloquer
la serrure à l’aide de la clé d’entraînement
comprise dans la livraison (uniquement
pour les cylindres profil européen). Le déblocage de cylindres tubulaires cassés se
fait avec un tourne vis de taille moyenne
par mouvements circulaires dans la direction de l’ouverture. En même temps le tourne vis doit soulever la plaque montée sur
ressorts. S’il s’agit de casser un cylindre
de haute sécurité avec embase en acier,
on peut fixer le cylindre dépassant avec
les deux vis de fixation intégrées dans la
tête profilée. Cependant, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser une vis de traction
! Pour augmenter la puissance du levier
vous pouvez tirer le tube de rallonge.
Option 2:
Utilisé comme outil d’extraction pour
cylindres à surface plane ou encastré
Pour la rupture et l’extraction de cylindres
montés à surface plane ou encastré il est
nécessaire d’utiliser une vis de traction
spéciale. On la choisit selon la taille du canal du cylindre et on l’introduit au-dessus
des goupilles aussi loin pour tenir dans le
canal. On accroche le LockForce à la tête
de vis dépassante. Il y a deux méthodes
différentes :

L’extraction - L’extraction – En extrayant
le barillet à l’aide de l’anneau d’extraction
inséré dans la tête du Lockforce avant son
accrochage. On serre la broche jusqu’à
l’extraction complète du barillet. Ensuite on
peut débloquer le cylindre avec un tourne
vis de taille moyenne. L’avantage de cette
méthode est que le corps du cylindre reste intact. Ceci est absolument nécessaire
lors de verrouillages à plusieurs tours,
mais aussi pour les demi-cylindres; sinon
tout le mécanisme peut être endommagé
considérablement. L’extraction du barillet
fonctionne également avec les cylindres à
goupilles dures !

Rupture – Pour la rupture on renonce à
l’utilisation de l’anneau d’extraction. On accroche le LockForce à la tête de vis. En serrant la broche on tire le cylindre dans la tête
profilée du LockForce. A ce moment les cylindres standards se cassent mais pas les
cylindres de haute sécurité avec des entretoises spéciales dures ! En tirant le cylindre dans la tête du Lockforce celui-ci, qu’il
s’agit de casser, n’est plus seulement tenu
par la vis de traction
mais aussi par la tête du LockForce. Pour
augmenter davantage la connexion on
peut fixer le cylindre avec deux vis de fixation dans la tête. Ensuite on peut casser le
cylindre par des mouvements latéraux du
LockForce. Après la rupture, on doit enlever les résidus de la serrure comme par ex.
la barbe et autres pièces du cylindre cassé.
Maintenant on peut débloquer le mécanisme à l’aide de la clé d’entraînement comprise dans la livraison.

de cylindres ! Pour faciliter l’introduction
des vis de traction on peut appliquer de
l’huile de coupe.

El LockForce combina las funciones del Saca-Cilindros Campana y la del RompeCilindro en una herramienta y le permite al usuario solucionar muchas situaciones
problemáticas. Muchas veces, es posible hasta romper cilindros de seguridad con
conexión de acero, aunque estén instalados a nivel de la superficie de la puerta o si
sobresalen de ella.
Contenido del LockForce-Set:
• 1 LockForce
• 1 Adaptador para cilindros redondos (32mm)
• 1 Adaptador para cilindros de perfil europeo
• 1 Llave allén (5 mm) para el cambio de adaptadores
• 1 Llave Universal/de Construcción „corta“
• 1 Destornillador Torx T20 con manija T
• 1 Llave combinada 19 mm
• 10 Stk. Zieh-Fix tornillos de extracción 4,2 mm
• 10 Stk. Zieh-Fix tornillos de extracción 4,8 mm
Opción 1:
Cilindros sobresalidos: se pueden
quebrar justamente como con el Rompe-Cilindros
Para quebrar un cilindro sobresalido (el
cilindro debe sobresalir min. 5mm) simplemente posicione el adaptador apropiado
alrededor del cilindro. Moviendo el Lockforce hacia la derecha y a la izquierda eventualmente se quebrará la parte central del
cilindro. Después de quebrar el cilindro,
remueva todas las partes que posiblemente quedaron adentro de la cerradura. Si se
trata de un cilindro de perfil europeo, ahora la puerta se puede abrir usando la llave
universal/de construcción incluida. Si se
trata de un cilindro redondo hay que usar
un atornilla-dor de tamaño promedio para
realizar movimientos circulares adentro
del cilindro, tratando de levantar la placa
mantenida en su lugar por muelles.Si quiere romper un cilindro de perfil europeo con
cuerpo de acero reforzado, también es posible fijar el cilindro adentro del adaptador
usando los dos tornillos en los costados,
permitiendo así ejercer más fuerza todavía.
Normalmente en estos casos es preferible
usar un tornillo de extracción!Para ejercer
más fuerza también es posible alargar el
Lockforce usando la extensión telecópica
(roja)
Opción 2:
Usando el Lockforce si el cilindro no
sobresale
Si el cilindro que quiere quebrar/extraer no
sobresale, es necesario usar un tornillo especial de extracción. Elija el tornillo apropiado de acuerdo con el tamaño de la ranura
y atorníllelo en el centro del rotor. El tornillo
se debe atornillar tan profundamente como
sea posible, pero al mismo tiempo, debe
permitir conectar el Lockforce. Ahora existen dos métodos que puede usar:

Extraer el rotor solo Antes de conectar el Lockforce al tornillo
debe insertar el anillo incluido en el adaptador del Lockforce (para cilindros de perfil
europeo) o posicionar la plancha de base
con la abertura dejando libre al rotor (para
cilindros redondos). Después de conectar
el Lockforce al tornillo, ajuste el mecanismo de tracción con cuidado y así, extraer el
rotor del cilindro pasándolo por el agujero
del anillo o de la plancha de base, según
corresponda. Esto no requiere mucha fuerza. Si se necesita fuerza para ajustar el
mecanismo, por favor, asegúrese que el rotor no esté bloqueado por el anillo/plancha
de base. Después de remover el rotor se
puede usar un atornillador para girar el acoplamiento adentro del cilindro y así abrir la
puerta. La ventaja de este método es que
no causa daños en el exterior del cilindro.
Esto es absolutamente necesario para cerraduras multipunto y medio-cilindros. Otros
métodos pueden causar daños graves en
los mecanismos de la cerradura. Este método de extracción también funciona en el
caso de pitones de acero reforzado!

Quebrar el cilindro
Si quiere quebrar el cilindro no necesita ni
del anillo ni de la plancha de base. Después
de conectar el Lock-force al tornillo, ajuste
el mecanismo de tracción con cuidado, logrando asi que el cilindro salga para afuera
y quede dentro del adaptador apropiado.
Los cilindros comunes se quebrarán automáticamente. Cilindros de alta seguridad
con un cuerpo de acero resforzado no se
quebrará tan fácilmente! Una vez que el cilindro se encuen-tra dentro del adaptador
del Lockforce quedará fijado al adaptador
mismo. Para fijar el cilidro todavía más, se
pueden atornillar los dos tornillos en los
costados del adaptador para cilindros de
perfil europeo. Moviendo el Lockforce hacia la derecha y a la izquierda será posible
quebrar el cilindro de seguridad. Después
de quebrar el cilindro, remueva todas las
partes que posiblemente quedaron adentro
de la cerradura. Ahora puede abrir la cerradura usando la llave universal / de construcción incluida.
Tornillos especiales de extracción
Zieh-Fix
Para quebrar/extraer el cilindro/rotor, por
favor, use solamente nuestros tornillos
especiales de extracción! Otros tornillos no
ofrecerán el mismo grado de resistencia y
estabilidad.El uso de aceite soluble facilita
el atornillado de los tornillos. También considere nuestro Screw-Fix(Art.-Nro.2132)!

Narzędzie do wyciągania i łamania cylindrów
LockForce jest kombinacją narzędzia do wyciągania cylindrów i zgniatacza. Za
pomocą tego narzędzia można uporać się z wieloma problematycznymi sytuacjami. Umożliwia ono łamanie nawet wkładek bębenkowych ze stalową nakładką,
niezależnie od tego, czy zostały one wbudowane ściśle z okuciem czy zostały głębiej
wpuszczone bądź nieco wystają.
W zestawie Multipick LockForce:
• 1 szt. LockForce wraz z nasadką do eurocylindrów
• 1 szt. nasadka do okrągłych cylindrów (średnica 32mm)
• 1 szt. pierścień do wyciągania eurocylindrów

Opcja 1:
Użycie zgniatacza w przypadku
wystających cylindrów
Aby łatwo złamać wystający rdzeń
standardowego eurocylindra bądź
cylindra okrągłego (min. 5 mm cylindra wystaje nad powierzchnię) należy
nałożyć LockForce wraz z odpowiednią
nasadką na cylinder i poprzez wielokrotne poruszanie w lewo i w prawo
złamać wkładkę cylindra. Następnie
można za pomocą znajdującego się w
zestawie klucza pomiarowego otworzyć
mechanizm zamka (tylko w przypadku
eurocylindrów). Otwarcie złamanych
cylindrów okrągłych następuje za
pomocą średniej wielkości śrubokrętu
z rowkiem poprzez okrężne ruchy w
kierunku otwarcia, przy czym śrubokręt
musi nieco unieść sprężynową płytkę.
Jeśli chcemy złamać cylinder ze
stalową nakładką, należy umocować w
celu wzmocnienia wystającego cylindra dodatkowo 2 śruby po bokach. W
razie możliwości proszę użyć specjalnych śrub ciągnących! Aby zwiększyć
siłę podnoszącą, można wyciągnąć
wydłużkę.
Opcja 2:
Użycie zgniatacza w przypadku cylindrów wbudowanych ściśle z okuciem
lub cylindrów głębiej wpuszczonych.
W celu złamania bądź wyciągnięcia
cylindrów wbudowanych ściśle z okucim
lub głębiej wpuszczonych konieczne jest
użycie specjalnych śrub ciągnących.
Wielkość śrub dobiera się zgodnie z
wielkością kanału zamykającego i wkręca
powyżej sztyftów na tyle daleko, aby
zostały stabilnie umocowane w kanale.
LockForce mocujemy na wystającej
główce śruby. W tym celu mamy do dyspozycji wiele metod:

Wyciąganie - Poprzez wyciągnięcie
rdzenia cylindra za pomocą umocowania narzędzia LockForce na pierścieniu
do wyciagania eurocylindrów. Wałek
pociągowy zostaje delikatnie naprężony,
aż rdzeń cylindra całkowicie zostanie
usunięty z obudowy cylindra. Nastepnie
można za pomocą średniej wielkości
śrubokręta z rowkiem otworzyć cylinder.
Zaletą tej metody jest to, że cały korpus cylindra zamykającego pozostaje
nietknięty. Konieczne jest to przy tzw.
złożonych zamknięciach, ale i również przy
półcylindrach, ponieważ w przeciwnym
razie może dojść do znacznych uszkodzeń
całego mechanizmu zamykającego.
Wyciągnięcie rdzenia cylindra działa
również w przypadku cylindrów z utwardzonymi sztyftami.

Łamanie cylindra
Do łamania cylindra nie używa się tulei
wyciągającej/pierścienia wyciągającego.
LockForce mocuje się na główce śruby.
Poprzez delikatne wyciągnięcie wałka
pociągowego cylinder zostaje wciągnięty
w górną część LockForce. W tym momencie łamią się standardowe cylindry.
Jednak nie cylindry antywłamaniowe ze
wzmocnieniami! Poprzez wciągnięcie
cylindra w narzędzie LockForce cylinder,
który chcemy złamać nie jest już trzymany tylko przez śrubę, lecz również
przez głowicę LockForce. Aby wzmocnić
połączenie można za pomocą dwóch
śrub przytwierdzić cylinder w głowicy
LockForce. I w tym momencie można za
pomocą ruchów LockForce w lewą i prawą
stronę złamać również specjalne cylindry.
Po wyłamaniu cylindra należy usunąć z
zamka pozostałe elementy jak np. bródkę
klucza i inne części złamanego cylindra.
Nastepnie można uruchomić mechanizm
zamykajacy za pomocą dołączonego w
zestawie klucza pomiarowego.
Specjalne śruby Zieh-Fix
Proszę używać do łamania cylindrów
tylko naszych specjalnych śrub ZiehFix! Wkręcenie śrub może ułatwić
użycie poślizgowego sprayu.
