UNA BREVE BIOGRAFÍA
A BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Padre Pablo Schneider fue nacido y creció
en un campo en el noreste de Colorado antes
de moverse a El Paso, Texas, donde vivió
por muchos años. Antes de entrar los Frailes Franciscanos Conventuales, Padre Paul
tenia su propio negocio de limpiar pisos,
trabajó con una organización que se llama
Apostolado de Nuestra Sra. de Guadalupe, y
también trabajó con niños con necesidades
especiales en una escuela cerca.
Fr. Paul Schneider was born and raised on a
farm in Northeast Colorado before moving
to El Paso, Texas, where he lived for many
years. Prior to joining the Conventual Franciscan Friars, Fr. Paul owned his own carpet
cleaning company, worked with a non-profit
organization called the Apostolate of Our
Lady of Guadalupe, and worked with special needs children in the local school
district.
Padre Pablo recibió su Licenciado de Ciencias en Estudios Religiosos de la Universidad de Cardenal Stritch y su Maestro de
Divinidad de la Escuela Teología del Sagrado Corazón. Padre Pablo hizo su profesión solemne como un Franciscano Conventual en 2011. Padre Pablo fue ordenado como sacerdote
en mayo de 2013 en la Basílica de San Josafat en Milwaukee,
WI después de vivir allí durante su formación y estudios. Su
primer año como sacerdote en Peoria, IL fue en la parroquia
Sagrada Familia.
Fr. Paul received his Bachelor of Science
degree in Religious Studies from Cardinal
Stritch University and his Master of Divinity Degree from Sacred Heart School of
Theology. Fr. Paul professed his solemn
vows as a Conventual Franciscan in 2011.
Fr. Paul was ordained as a priest in May of 2013 at the Basilica of St. Josaphat in Milwaukee, WI after living there during
his formation and studies. He spent his first year as a priest
at Holy Family Parish in Peoria, Illinois.
Padre Pablo fue elegido como el Tesorero para la Provincia
de San Bienaventurada de los Franciscanos en donde él es un
miembro. Fue asignado a la Basílica de San Josafat en Milwaukee en donde sirvió como vicario parroquial por los dos
años pasados. Padre Pablo le gusta las cines y explorar la
ciudad y el lugar en donde vive.
Fr. Paul was then elected as the Treasurer for the Franciscan
Province of St. Bonaventure of which he is a member. He
was also transferred to the Basilica of St. Josaphat in Milwaukee where he has served as the parochial vicar for the past
two years. Fr. Paul enjoys movies and exploring the city and
surrounding areas in which he lives.
