A las 12:00h. Desde el viernes 12 de Junio, se abre el
MERCADO MEDIEVAL, instalado en la Plaza Nueva y
en calle Glorieta en Mojácar Pueblo.
En sus tenderetes se ofrecen todo tipo de productos elaborados artesanalmente y los “comerciantes” les atenderán
ataviados ropajes de época.
El GRAN ESPECTÁCULO, es pasear por nuestras calles y
disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas de los distintos miradores de nuestro pueblo, únicas en todo el Mediterráneo.

On Friday 12th June 2015 at12.00h. The Medieval
Market, is located on the main square “Plaza
Nueva” and Calle Glorieta. All kinds of handmade
products are offered for sale by stallholders dressed
in period costumes.
Apart from the grand spectacle, it is a great time to
walk around our streets and enjoy the stunning
views from the various lookout points of our unique
Mediterranean village.

VIERNES 12 DE JUNIO DE 2015.
DOMINGO, 14 DE JUNIO DE 2015.
A las 21:30h. Concentración de trabuqueros en el edificio de usos múltiples.
12:00h. PLAYA. Concentración de fusileros moros y
cristianos con trabucada a lo largo de la playa.
A las 21:45h. Reagrupamiento de las
tropas en la Fuente.
Entrega de la llave de la Ciudad por el
Rey Moro, al Rey Cristiano.
A las 19:00h. PUEBLO. IMPRESIONANTE DESFILE DE MOROS Y CRISTIANOS, CON VESTIMENTAS DE GALA Y ARMAMENTO, ACOMPAÑADO DE NUMEROSAS BANDAS Y FANFARRIAS.
A las 22:30h. FUENTE. Subida al pueblo al toque de arrebato, anunciando la
presencia de tropas hostiles de las inmediaciones de la ciudad.
A las 23:00h. PUEBLO. Entrada de las tropas en la ciudad,
a continuación el tradicional PREGÓN DE LAS FIESTAS a
cargo de las embajadas infantil y de adultos, con traca final.
A las 23:45h. PUEBLO. Apertura de Kábilas y Cuarteles
presididas por los embajadores y acompañados por bandas
de música. Fiesta hasta la madrugada.
SÁBADO 13 DE JUNIO DE 2015
A las 16:30h. Concentración de trabuqueros en la playa
frente a Pueblo Indalo (Playa Punta del Cantal)
A las 17:00h. PLAYA FRENTE PUEBLO INDALO,
PLAYA PUNTA DEL CANTAL. Paseo de caballos y
desembarco de los refuerzos de tropas moras con disparos
desde el mar y tierra, a continuación el Torneo Medieval,
donde caballeros Moros y Cristianos intentaran conseguir el
mayor número de pañuelos, puestos por Damas Cristianas y
Moras.
A continuación, marcha de tropas hasta el Hotel El Puntazo.
A las 22:00h. PUEBLO. APERTURA DE KABILAS Y
CUARTELES. Fiesta hasta la madrugada.

21.30h. Congregation of fusiliers at the
“Centro de Usos Múltiples”
21.45h.Regrouping of the different
troops at “La Fuente”.
The ceremonial handing over of the key to the town by
the Moorish King to the Christian King.
22.30h. FUENTE.- The troops march to the sound of
blunderbuss shots warning the village of the presence of
the hostile army near the city. The troops then enter the
village, each accompanied by their own leader.

23.00h. VILLAGE.- The traditional “Pregón Proclamation”
marking the beginning of the fiesta, followed by fireworks.
23.45h. VILLAGE.- Opening ceremony for the groups’
headquarters each presided over by their own leader and
followed by parties, music and dancing until dawn.
SATURDAY 13th JUNE 2015
16.30h. Congregation of fusiliers at “Playa Punta del Cantal”
18.00h. PLAYA.- (Punta del Cantal, opposite Pueblo Indalo
apartments).
Horse parade and dressage event with blunderbuss shots
from sea and land. Then comes the Medieval Tournament
where the Moors and the Christian knights try to get the
most scarves hung out by the ladies in order to win their
favours. Finally, the troops march towards the Hotel El Puntazo.
22.00h.VILLAGE. Opening ceremony of the various headquarters, followed by the fiesta and more dancing until dawn.
SUNDAY 14th JUNE 2015
12.00h. BEACH. Concentration of Moors and Christians
fusiliers all along the beachfront with lots of blunderbuss
shots.
19.00h. VILLAGE. Impressive finale to the weekend
as the Moors and Christians parade from the village
to the Fuente. Full of pomp and ceremony, the
proud participants are dressed in spectacular costumes whilstcarrying their weapons, all accompanied
by numerous music bands.
