Dear VBS Directors and Churches,
It’s time for the annual VBS Training Clinic! This year’s theme is “Saddle Ridge Ranch”. There’s
going to be a lot of fun and excitement, but it’ll also be a whole lot of work. Whether you’re an old
pro at VBS or this is your first year to even hear of it, you and your VBS Team will benefit by
being at the annual Associational Training Clinic.
This year we are having two clinics: one in English and one in Spanish. Both are taking place

Links Rd. The Spanish clinic will be hosted by Enchanted Hills Baptist Church, 3020 S. Mission
Rd.
We’re looking forward to seeing all of you! It’s going to be a great year as we go to “Saddle
Ridge Ranch” and beyond!

We are asking that churches pre-register in order to help everything start smoothly (having
everyone try and register all at once at one little table is always a little difficult). If you don’t preregister or if you have extra people who want to come at the last minute that’s fine, but we ask
you register early if possible to help us put on the best clinic we can. In order to pre-register,
email, or call Stacy at the Catalina Baptist Association office with the following information for
each individual: name, phone number, address, email, church name, clinic they are planning to
