NORMAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN PARA EXPOSITORES CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR EXHIBITORS 1. FECHA Y HORARIO DE CELEBRACIÓN 1.1. DEMOVERDE 2014 se celebrará en el recinto del Parque del Agua “Luis Buñuel” (ZARAGOZA) del 18 al 20 de septiembre de 2014. Horario de visita: 18 y 19 de septiembre de 2014, de 10:00 a 19:00 horas, y 20 de septiembre de 2014, de 10:00 a 15:00 horas. 1.2. Durante dicho horario las áreas de demostración y los stands deberán permanecer abiertos al público visitante y estar debidamente atendidos por personal competente. 1. DATES AND SCHEDULE 1.1. DEMOVERDE 2014 will be staged at the exhibition site of Parque del Agua “Luis Buñuel” (ZARAGOZA) from 18th to 20th September 2014. Visiting hours: from 18th to 19th September 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on 20th September 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 1.2. During these hours, the demonstration areas and the stands should necessarily remain open to trade visitors and duly assisted by competent staff. 2.EXPOSITORES 2.1.Podrán solicitar su participación en el Certamen todas aquellas entidades públicas o privadas cuyas actividades se consideren incluidas en los sectores objeto del mismo. 2.2.La admisión de solicitudes, así como la asignación de espacios, son de competencia exclusiva de la Dirección del Certamen. 2.3.Los Expositores podrán acceder al recinto una hora antes de la apertura al público visitante y permanecer hasta 30 minutos después de la hora de cierre. 2.EXHIBITORS 3.CONTRATACIÓN 3.1.La contratación se realizará enviando a la Dirección el impreso de Solicitud de Participación debidamente cumplimentado, junto con el pago correspondiente. 3.2.La firma y presentación de la Solicitud de Participación constituye un compromiso no revocable por el solicitante y comporta la total aceptación de las Normas Generales de Participación de FERIA DE ZARAGOZA, de las Normas Específicas de DEMOVERDE y de las disposiciones que, con carácter genérico, fuesen establecidas por la Organización de la Feria. 3.3.De acuerdo con el artículo 53 de las Normas Generales de Participación de Feria de Zaragoza, todas las facturas emitidas por la Institución al expositor vendrán incrementadas por el porcentaje vigente correspondiente al Impuesto por el Valor Añadido o cualquier otro que en cada momento fuese aplicable. 3.BOOKING 4. TARIFA GENERAL A) La tarifa general de DEMOVERDE en alquiler de superficie para la demostración en AREA ABIERTA incluye los servicios: - El alquiler del espacio durante el tiempo de exposición, montaje y desmontaje. - El servicio permanente de vigilancia general. -La insercion de datos del expositor en el catálogo oficial de la feria. - La entrega de credenciales para los expositores y personal del stand. -La utilización de los servicios generales de Demoverde. - Un catalogo oficial. B ) La tarifa general de DEMOVERDE en alquiler de superficie para la TIENDA EN AREA DEMOSTRACION incluye: - Carpa de lona blanca (la normativa de participación exige utilizar el módulo de carpa standard ofrecido en la documentación oficial de Demoverde). 2.1. All public and private companies related to this sector may request participation in the exhibition. 2.2.The admission of applicants, as well as space allotment, will be of the exclusive competence of the Fair Management. 2.3. Exhibitors may enter the exhibition grounds one hour before the opening time and may remain 30 minutes after the closing time. 3.1. In order to register, the exhibitor must send the Application Form, duly filled in and signed, together with the corresponding payment. 3.2.The signature and presentation of the Space Application Form constitutes an irrevocable agreement by the applicant and implies acceptance of the General Rules of Participation of FERIA DE ZARAGOZA, the DEMOVERDE Conditions of Participation and other dispositions which may be established by the Trade Fair Management. 3.3.In accordance with article 53 of the General Entry Rules of Feria de Zaragoza, all invoices issued by the Institution to the exhibitor shall be added the Value Added Tax at the rate currently in force, or any other tax that were applicable at any moment. 4. GENERAL RATES A ) The general rate of DEMOVERDE for OPEN AIR DEMONSTRATION includes the following services: - Hiring of the exhibition space during assembly, exhibition and dismantling. -Permanent general surveillance service. - Insertion of exhibitor’s details in the Official Catalogue. - The delivery of badges to exhibitors and stand staff. - The use of the Exhibition Centre general services of Demoverde. - One Official Catalogue. B ) The general rate of DEMOVERDE for MARQUEE IN DEMONSTRATION AREA includes: -White canvas marquee (in accordance with the participation regulation, it is mandatory to order the standard marquee offered in DEMOVERDE’s official documentation). 5. MONTAJE, ACONDICIONAMIENTO Y DESMONTAJE 5.1. El montaje de los espacios contratados se efectuará durante los días 15 a 17 de septiembre de 2014, en horario de 9:00 a 19:00 horas. 5.2. No se autorizará la ocupación del espacio ni se hará entrega en su caso del stand prefabricado de la feria al expositor que no haya abonado en su totalidad el espacio contratado antes del 10 de septiembre de 2014. 5.3. El desmontaje de los espacios contratados se efectuará el día 20 de septiembre de 2014, en horario de 15:00 a 21:00 horas, y durante los días 21 a 23 de septiembre de 2014, en horario de 9:00 a 19:00 horas. 5.4. El almacenamiento de embalaje está totalmente prohibido por razones de seguridad. 5. STAND ASSEMBLY, FITTING OUT AND DISMANTLING 6. RETIRADA DE MERCANCÍAS 6.1.La retirada de mercancías podrá efectuarse el día 20 de septiembre de 2014, en horario de 15:00 a 21:00 horas, y durante los días 21 a 23 de septiembre de 2014, en horario de 9:00 a 19:00 horas. 6.2.La liquidación total de los servicios contratados por el expositor para su participación en el Certamen será condición indispensable para retirar el material (mobiliario, objetos e instalaciones) de su correspondiente espacio. 6.3.El expositor que lo solicite contará con un permiso, que expedirá la Dirección de DEMOVERDE, para la entrada/salida de objetos y material durante la celebración de la Feria. La entrada/salida de estos materiales y objetos deberá efectuarse diariamente de 8:30 a 9:30 horas. 6. MERCHANDISE WITHDRAWAL 6.2.Full payment of the services ordered by the exhibitor for their participation at the exhibition is an indispensable condition for the withdrawal of the materials (furniture, objects and installations) from their stand. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la ley 31/95, mediante la cumplimentación del presente documento, el interesado declara conocer lo dispuesto en el R.D. 171/2004, de 30 de enero, por el que se desarrolla el artículo 24 de la mencionada Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en materia de coordinación de actividades empresariales. In accordance with the provisions of Act 31/95, by filling in the present document, the interested party states that it is aware of the provisions of Royal Decree 171/2004, of 30th January, in which article 24 of the aforementioned Law of Prevention of Occupational Risks concerning the coordination of business activities is developed. La presente solicitud de participación no será efectiva mientras no se acredite el pago de los derechos de inscripción, la tarifa de alquiler contratada y los seguros obligatorios correspondientes en la forma y plazos establecidos. Si una vez abonados dichos importes, el expositor renunciase a su participación en el certámen, perdería el total del importe abonado por todos los anteriores conceptos. Si la renuncia se produjese con al menos 45 días de antelación a la celebración del certámen, se estará a lo establecido en el apartado 2.8. de las Normas Generales de Participación de Feria de Zaragoza This participation application will not be valid until it is accredited that payment of the corresponding registration fees, rental fee for the surface area contracted and compulsory insurance has been made, in the manner and within the periods established. If, once said amounts have been paid, the exhibitor decides not to participate in the show, the total amount paid by way of the above concepts shall not be refundable. If said decision not to participe were to take place less than 45 days in advance of the staging of the show, the provisions established in section 2.8 of the General Rules of Participation of Zaragoza Exhibition Centre shall be applicable. De acuerdo con la L.O. 15/1999, sobre Protección de Datos Personales, le informamos que sus datos personales serán incorporados al fichero de “Clientes Potenciales y Expositores” titularidad de Feria de Zaragoza, con la finalidad de gestionar desde el punto de vista comercial las ferias organizadas por la entidad. Sus datos podrán ser cedidos a las empresas colaboradoras de Feria de Zaragoza. Por otro lado, se le informa de la posibilidad que tiene de ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, cancelación, oposición y rectificación en cualquier momento, dirigiéndose a Feria de Zaragoza, Autovía A-2, Km 311, 50012 Zaragoza. The assembly of the booked spaces may be done from 15th to 17th September 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 5.2.The occupation of the space, or the delivery of the shell-scheme stand, will be authorized only after complete payment of rental space before 10th September 2014. 5.3. Schedule time for the booked spaces dismantling: on 20th September 2014, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and from 21st to 23rd September 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 5.4. Due to security reasons, the storage of packages is totally forbidden. 6.1. Schedule time for the withdrawal of materials: on 20th September 2014, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and from 21st to 23rd September 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 6.3. The Show management may issue, upon request of the exhibitor, a goods and material entry/exit permit that will allow the entry/exit of goods and material during the show days, daily from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
