Executive chef and owner Lindsay SmithRosales of Laguna Beach’s Nirvana Grille Nirvana Grille’s “clean” California cuisine takes center stage at the Festival of Arts on Sunday, Aug. 5 at 1 p.m. when executive chef and owner Lindsay Smith-Rosales shares and demonstrates recipes. Smith-Rosales specializes in healthy organic ingredients. Founded first in 2006 in Mission Viejo, Nirvana Grille offers fresh, local fare sourced from area growers. In 2008, the addition of the busy downtown Laguna Beach restaurant with a full bar was added. “We’re very excited to see what recipes and tips she’ll have for us on Sunday,” said Susan Davis, director of special events for the Festival of Arts.
