Estamos encantados de darles la bienvenida a esta
casa. Después de unos años en Le Manoir, les
presentamos ahora un ambiente distinto: aquí hacemos
homenaje al Siglo de las Luces, que se expone en los
diferentes salones y salas de reunión. Así, podrán
compartir sus conocimientos e inspirarse en el Café
Mondain, las Academias y los salones literarios, o bien
pasear y respirar en un magnífico jardín francés que
nos deja sin palabras día tras día...
La cocina del chef es abundante y accesible, tanto por
su elaboración como por sus sabores familiares.
¿Un plato preferido? Sin duda, el pot-au-feu,
precisamente por ser generoso y sencillo.
