The installation of wind farms increases every day in all countries. In the last ten years, thanks
to a technological development and increased its competitiveness in economic terms, wind
energy has gone from being a marginal utopia to a reality that is consolidated as a future
alternative and complementary to the polluting sources currently.
Wind energy can be defined as an emerging sector for multiple reasons:
• Existence of large wind potential in the country.
• Need to take advantage of all possible sources of energy available.
• Complies with the aim of developing distributed generation.
• Can supply electricity in places isolated and away from the mains.
• Generates energy next to the points of consumption, so it reduces losses.
• It is accessible to many users, just need to civil works, and its installation is simple.
• Stimulates awareness at the personal level of the energy problem.
• Works with moderate winds and does not require complicated feasibility studies.
• It is a sector based on small and medium-sized enterprises.
• It has a big market in developing countries.
WHAT WE DO?
System wind MORCILLO S.L. created in 2013 build their activity in the
production of electricity through a new system of patented turbine and to the
construction and sale of wind turbines of medium (from 50 to 1000 kw) power
to all people, companies or companies who want to become producers of
electricity.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Supported at two points horizontal-axis wind turbine with blades of praise,
covered by the bottom-shaped pyramid. Maximum system 20 meters height.

Ricardo Morcillo Molina owns the patent and unique society administrator,
donate system wind Morcillo commercial contract the benefits of the exploitation
of the patent, 50% of international patent and 10% of the national patent, i.e.
Spain and 50% other countries.
For each turbine company selling to third parties in any country where this
protected system, will be charged a year of royalty by the production according to
the installed power of the wind turbine.
THE VALUE OF THE PATENT IS A YEAR OF PRODUCTION
Example: 10 wind farm wind turbines of 500Kw = 5. installed 000Kw. (5Mw)
5. 000Kw X 2000 h = 10,000. 000Kw X €0.08 = € 800,000 of royalty.
€ 800,000 is the benefit of the patent of this wind farm and 50% (400,000€) is
direct to the society.

ADVANTAGES OF W IND FARMS
• Existence of unlimited wind resource, i.e., there is

ADVANTAGES
Our system is greatly reduced costs for several reasons:
-We don't have special permissions to a wind turbine since its maximum height is 20
meters.
-Do not need special factories to develop the wind turbine, materials will be the
performance area of the wind farm, with all that we saved many costs in transportation.
-Decreased costs in maintenance by the height of the wind turbine.
-You don't need special mounting of wind turbine cranes.
-Another advantage is that not bothersome to the migration of birds, which is an important
advantage since, when it comes to assembling a wind farm of conventional wind turbines,
environment puts a lot of stick and the project will not run, in our case it would be possible
since we don't bother others in their migration.
ADVANTAGES
-At the time of riding a wind farm system Morcillo occupies more land than a conventional
wind turbine-based, but the space of security between a wind turbine is much smaller, so
we can install 3 times more power than a conventional wind turbine.
-By the height of our system, no environmental impact are required.
Comparing prices between the two systems:
Conventional wind turbines €1.40 built Watt
Example: 100Kw = € 140,000
Shank €1 built Watt wind turbine
Example: 100Kw = € 100,000
Each 100Kw saves € 40,000.
On the other hand there are costs that are not directly scalable as the substation and
electrical connection

ANNUAL GROWTH
The growth of the society system wind Morcillo is the construction of their
own wind turbines throughout the international.

All loans or private investment that the company or a particular requests for
installation of our system will be guaranteed by tests made previously to our
first prototype. The endorsement will be the production of wind turbines
constructed.
Society plans a yearly with enough potential growth because that wind energy
is growing around the world. In 5 or 6 years we can easily have an installed
capacity of 50 MW, this would be approximately 100Kw for every 1,000
shares.

Morcillo wind system society plans a plan of action for the installation of
wind farms throughout international, since we have the patent.
Currently, a project for a wind farm in Sierra de Ascoy we are asking in the
town of Cieza.

NEEDS
The society has opened a Capital increase of 500,000 shares and at the moment
we have more than 80% of the shares awarded to 124 partners already
collaborating with this project.
The necessary capital is to connect the 300Kw prototype network and the
company maintain active.

FINANCING EXPENSES
The 40,000 shares that we need, they are to be used in the electrical part, connection to
the network of the wind turbine and the PCT patent protection.
We are in contact with the marketer (Iberdrola) for connection to the network, we have
branch point assigned to 150 meters of the wind turbine and this entered the guarantee
industry of €3,000 (€10 = 1Kw) for the requested 300 Kw.
The company that is responsible for making the connection to the network already has the
instructions for when you get money, you start with the installation.
This 2016 prototype will be connected to the network and begin to generate profits for the
company.
The patent has a term of presentation which meets May 30, 2016, why you need the
maximum funding to protect the system. Have it protected in 56 countries, but if you get

EARNINGS 300Kw
Wind hours approximate the area of Cieza (Murcia), equivalent to about 2,000 hours
aproximately with an average of 8 m/s.
•Price of Kw varies according to the consumption of the population, ranges between €0.08.
Making an estimate of the production, wind and price of Kw hours:
300 Kw x 2000 h = 600,000 Kw x €0.08 = € 48,000 per year which will produce a wind
turbine, considering that a 300 Kw wind turbine has an approximate cost of € 300,000.
Amortization of wind between 7 and 8 years, depending on the wind and wind farm
deployment area.
KW produced over the lifetime of the turbine for 25 years minimum: 15,000. 000Kw x €0.08
= €1,200,000.
PARTNERS also benefit from the exploitation of the patent, a 50% international patent and
10% international patent.
