Are you interested in building and
buying a Habitat house?
Do you live or work within the Junction City or
Harrisburg or Monroe School District boundaries?
Are you living in inadequate housing? Is your current housing unsafe? Are you over-crowded? Are
you paying too much for rent?
Do you have a monthly income between $1,468 and
$3,710 (for a family of four –income requirements
vary depending on family size).
Are you willing to partner with Habitat by contributing 500 hours of “sweat equity” on Habitat projects, including construction of your own house?
Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical, non-profit Christian organization
that helps low to moderate income families build their own houses. Habitat
partners with people from all walks of life and religious traditions. The
Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe affiliate has built or rehabilitated fifteen
homes in Junction City, Harrisburg and Monroe. For more information
