This tariff cancels and replaces previous ones, Muecob reserves the right to
modify it, if market conditions warrant.
Prices are in Dirhams and include the corresponding VAT.
The properties listed in the description of the different articles, are indicative.
Muecob reserves the right to change.
Requests for material should be sent to Muecob written clearly indicating the
item description and in the case of doors, their measures in the form height x
width in millimeters, preferably by digital form. Should be sent by fax, by email or delivered directly to the office.
If the material specified in the order required manufacturing, once made it,
will not be allowed modification (doors, glass, ...etc.).
The orders of POLYLAMINATE (PVC) and SOLID ALUMINIUM FOUR EDGES doors
can not be changed after 24 hours.
Not accept any claim after 10 days of delivery of the order.
The removal of any material on the customer's address or return at our
warehouse is conditional upon acceptance of the material by Muecob, and will
involve a cost equivalent to 15% of the amount of such material.
Not admit any claim for differences in quantity, defects in the material
provided, unless expressly stated in the delivery note.
The cost of shipping material by transport agency will be provided by the
customer.
The form of payment for first operations with new customer will be in cash.
In case of invoices unliquidated with payment date due, it will suspend the
supply of material until the debt is satisfied including financial costs, if any.
Prices do not include shipping. For every delivery with our trucks or vans will
be charged the amount stated in respect of carriage.
The discharge of our trucks will be always provided by the customer. Our
commitment in this matter, is limited to transport to the area for unloading at
their facilities. However our carriers can cooperate in the discharge, but in no
case is their obligation. No deliveries are made in private homes.
