Ms. Valdivia is specialized in private investments, corporate and contractual law, and structuring of new business in Peru. She has
experience in contracting with the Peruvian Government, public management and consulting to state-owned companies. She
advises the elaboration and follow-up of private initiatives and stability agreements for investors.
As Chief of Advisors to the Minister of Justice, she led the coordinations and impulse of bills that became statutes currently in force
or are in debate at the National Congress. In addition, she was appointed delegate of the Peruvian Government at the Senior
Official’s Meeting SOM III of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in Sendai, Japan (2010) and represented the Minister
of Justice at the Commission in charge of elaborating the bill that will substitute the Mobile Guarantees Law currently in force.
