Professional Practice Ms. Valdivia is specialized in private investments, corporate and contractual law, and structuring of new business in Peru. As Chief of Advisors to the Minister of Justice, she led the coordinations and impulse of bills that became statutes currently in force or are in debate at the National Congress.
