Key Guidelines :
TO APPLY FOR THE FIRST TIME (LEGAL SERVICE IS FREE):
Have entered the United States before age 16.
Live in the United States at least 6/15/2007 to the present; and be physically present on 6/15/2012.
Be in school or return to study to obtain the GED, have graduated high school or obtained GED; or be a
veteran honorably discharged.
Be at least 15 years old (unless in deportation) and must have been under 31 years old on 6/15/2012.
Had no lawful status June 15, 2012.
Not have committed a crime categorized as a felony, significant misdemeanor, 3 or more misdemeanors,
or be a risk to public safety.
TO RENEW DACA (LEGAL SERVICE IS FREE):
1. Must maintain the DACA requirements (those required To Apply for the First Time).
2. When to renew: Between 120 days and 150 days before the date that the Work Permit expires.
3. If the individual is only renewing DACA it is not necessary to go to an information se ssion. Call to
make an appointment at IIBA 707.266.1568.
AT THE INFORMATION SESSION, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING ANY DOCUMENTS.
Requisitos de DACA :
PARA APLICAR POR PRIMERA VEZ (EL SERVICIO LEGAL ES GRATUITO):
Haber entrado a EEUU antes de cumplir 16 anos de edad.
Vivir en EEUU al menos desde 6/15/2007 al presente; y estar físicamente presente el 6/16/2012.
Estar en la escuela o regresar a estudiar para obtener el GED; haberse graduado de high school o ya tener el
GED; o ser veterano del ejercito dado de baja honorablemente.
Tener 15 anos o mas (al menos que este en deportación) y ser menor de 31 anos el 6/15/2012.
Sin estatus migratorio desde Junio 15, 2012.
No haber cometido un crimen categorizado como felonía, una ofensa menor significante, múltiples crímenes
menores o ser un riesgo para la seguridad publica.
PARA RENOVAR DACA (EL SERVICIO LEGAL ES GRATUITO):
1. Debe mantener los requisitos de DACA (los cuales se requieren Para Aplicar por Primera Vez).
2. Debe renovar dentro de 120 días y 150 días antes de la fecha en que su Permiso de Trabajo expire.
3. Para renovar DACA, no es necesario asistir a una sesión informativa. Llame para hacer cita a IIBA
707.266.1568.
NO ES REQUERIDO TRAER NINGUN DOCUMENTO A LAS SESIONES INFORMATIVAS.
