Classes in Religious Education for Grades 1 through 8 are held each

BAPTISM OF INFANTS:
Prior registration at our office is required. The Baptism ceremony is
scheduled every other month on the fourth Saturday at 12:00 PM in

MINISTRY TO THE SICK:
Please notify the rectory concerning all ill members of our parish for
prayers, to receive the Eucharist and the Anointing of the Sick. Mass
of Anointing last Saturday of every month at 9:00 AM.

DAY
The Parish Office will be closed this Friday,
November 11th, in observance of Veterans
Day. Mass will be celebrated at 9:00AM.
CONFIRMATION
We are pleased to announce that Bishop
Paul Sanchez will be celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation with us on Saturday,
November 19th, at the 5:00PM Mass. Please
note that there will be no confessions that

Church prays for the renewal and strengthening
of vocations of dedicated people as married and
single people, men to serve as priests, deacons,
brothers and women as religious sisters.

DRIVING CLASS
Mr. William Jones of Emanuel Church, Woodhaven
Blvd. and 91st Ave., will be conducting a National
Safety Council Defensive Driving Class on Saturday,
November 12th, from 8:30-3:00 in the upstairs hall.
The cost is $35, and payment is due on that date. The
checks are to be made payable to “Emanuel United
Church of Christ” Reservations are required! A light
breakfast will be available, but you are requested to
bring your own lunch. Please call the Church at 718849-1153 to register. If on one is there, leave a message and someone will get back to you.
