Students’ Terms and Conditions
I confirm that I am at least Eighteen Years of Age (18), and of being of legal age as
defined under the Law in England and Wales (British Law), I am entitled to access the
services that are provided by Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd in conjunction with a
Participating University.
I agree and understand that I must adhere to a Code of Conduct, which includes treating
all Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd’s Community Members courteously, politely, and
with respect. Moreover, I understand that I must not abuse or harass any members of
the Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd community, and I am not to engage in any illegal
activity.
I agree and understand that in a case of a report of abuse, harassment, illegal activity,
etc, Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd reserves the right to monitor all communications;
to limit access to my account; to block / delete my account; to inform corresponding
Universities and Heads of Departments of abuse, harassment, illegal activity, etc, in all
respective countries.
I agree and understand also that in a reported case of abuse, harassment, illegal activity,
etc, Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd reserves the right to inform the Police and
Security Services in all respective countries of such activity, and to pass all
communications to the Police; Security Services, Universities, and Heads of
departments in all respective countries. I understand Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd
will work actively with all relevant institutions and organizations in their respective
countries.
Raposo Language Fellowship will not monitor, disclose, or pass any information to
third parties, and shall adhere to the UK Data Protection Act 1998, and to the EU Data
Protection Directive 1995. No accounts will be monitored unless there exists a report of
abuse, harassment, illegal activity, etc, and no information will be passed to third parties
unless there is substantial evidence of abuse, harassment, illegal activity, etc, as deemed
by Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd.
By registering with Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd, and using its services, you agree
to the above Terms and Conditions in its totality.
Disclaimer: all members being of Legal Age are responsible for their own actions, and
Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd cannot be held responsible, neither in part nor in
whole for any abuse, harassment, illegal activity, etc.

También, estoy conforme y entiendo que con una notificación de abuso, acoso,
actividad ilegal, etcétera, Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd se reserva el derecho de

de baja de la cuenta; informar a Directores de Departamentos y Universidades de casos

Por registrarse con Raposo Language Fellowship Ltd, y por utilizar los servicios, estás
conforme en su totalidad con los Términos y Condiciones descritos arriba.
