MY TRAVELLING EXPERIENCE
INTRODUCTION
Learning English has been considered very important, due to it is spoken around the world by millions
people. English is important to be able to understand the process of interaction and integration among
the people, companies and governments of different nations. As a student of Jr. High School you must
know that living in a different culture is not easy. Therefore, this project has the purpose of students
being able to practise the use of Simple Present and Simple Past. They will use these tenses in a
description of a place they have been to or as a research of a place they would like to go to with the
purpose of imagining themselves being involved in the context. With this, they will be promoting the visit
to that place they have chosen.
TASK
In the basic level, students will work in pairs on their leaflet adding important information about the place
they have chosen. Like food, tours, weather, historical monuments, lodging, etc. Besides, they will have
to share their personal experience during the trip to that place.
PROCESS
 Students will choose the place they want to talk about (it can be a country, a state or an island).
 They will research about the most attractive places to visit there, the food, the weather, the
historical monuments, the lodging, etc.
 On a Word document, students will create their leaflet with the information found , starting with
the cover that will contain the name of the institution , the student´s full name, name of the place
they have chosen and a date. When they finish the cover, They will be able to decide the order of
the project according to what they had researched about that place. The idea is to promote the
place they have chosen.
 Be careful while you are writing, check your coherence, as well as that you have used grammar
and vocabulary correctly.
 Be creative (use photos and colours to attract the reader’s attention).
 When you show your leaflet in the Oral Presentation try to connect your ideas, do not read and do
not hesitate, be fluent.

MI EXPERIENCIA DE VIAJE
INTRODUCCIÓN
El aprendizaje del inglés ha sido concebido como de suma importancia, debido a que es un idioma
hablado por millones de personas de todo el mundo. Dicho esto es importante entender que el inglés es
un proceso de interacción e integración entre personas, empresas y gobiernos de diferentes naciones.
Como estudiante de secundaria deberías de saber que no es fácil vivir en otra cultura. Por lo tanto el
siguiente proyecto tiene como propósito que los estudiantes practiquen la utilización del presente simple
y el pasado simple, por medio de una descripción de algún viaje que hayan realizado o bien investiguen
sobre algún lugar que sea de su agrado con la finalidad de que imaginen estar inmersos dentro del
contexto . Con ello se pretende que promuevan la visita a ese lugar que hayan elegido.
TAREA
En el nivel de inglés básico, los estudiantes trabajarán en parejas con su tríptico agregando puntos
importantes sobre el lugar que eligieron. Como son la comida, los recorridos, el clima, los monumentos
históricos, el hospedaje, etc. Además deberán compartir su experiencia personal durante su estancia en
ese lugar.
PROCEDIMIENTO







Los estudiantes escogerán el lugar del cual desean hablar (puede ser un país, un estado o una
isla).
Realizarán una búsqueda sobre los lugares más atractivos, la comida, el clima, los monumentos
históricos, el hospedaje, etc.
En un documento en Word desarrollarán un tríptico con base en la información obtenida,
empezando por una portada que deberá contener nombre de la institución, nombres completos de
los alumnos, nombre del lugar que se haya elegido, nivel y fecha. Al terminar la portada, podrán
elegir el orden en que se desarrollará el proyecto. La idea es promover a ese sitio que eligieron.
Sean cuidadosos a la hora de redactar, revisen que tenga coherencia, asimismo que hayan
utilizado adecuadamente la gramática y el vocabulario.
Sean creativos (utilicen imágenes y colores que atraigan la atención del lector).
Cuando presenten su tríptico en la presentación oral, traten de conectar sus ideas, no lean, no
duden, sean fluidos.
