Year of Mercy Local Pilgrimage On Friday, August 19, Bishop McManus will lead a pilgrimage
to the Divine Mercy Shrine in Stockbridge, MA.
The diocesan bus will leave Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove St., Worcester at
8:15 am and will return at approximately 6:30
pm. The Bishop will say Mass in the Shrine
church at 11:00 am. We will say the chaplet of
Divine Mercy and confessions will be available.
Pilgrims are welcome to provide their own
transportation and meet us there. Parishes are
also welcome to sponsor their own busses and
join us at the Shrine. Pilgrims should bring their
own picnic lunches as there are no cafeterias
onsite. Seats on the diocesan busses are $10. If
you would like to make a reservation please visit

Daughters of Isabella, St. Katherine Drexel
Circle #1398, cordially invites all practicing
Catholic women age 16 or older to attend
their open meeting on Wednesday, July 20,

Catholic Grandparents Day On Saturday, July 23 from 10 – 4 a celebration of
Grandparents’ Day will take place on the Feast
of Sts. Joachim and Ann at the national Shrine
of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, MA. At 10 am
there will be refreshments and a welcome by Fr.
Robert Vennetti, MIC followed by other presenters. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy. Following lunch there will be adoration, confession, a
special children’s Rosary and Mass with a blessing for all grandparents. Veneration of a relic of
