Littleton Public Schools (LPS) Board Policy JFBB and Regulation JFBB-R, Interdistrict Enrollment (Nonresident
Students), state that a currently enrolled nonresident student who is in good standing at the attending school
may continue to attend the LPS school in which he/she is enrolled by completing an Intent to Renew Enrollment
Form.
The Board of Education supports opportunities for choice of schools and welcomes nonresident students
according to guidelines established in Policy JFBB.

1. The District is not responsible for providing transportation.
2. The student has remained in good standing through adherence to expectations for behavior
and academic effort as described in Policy JFBB.
3. The District reserves the right to rescind previously approved enrollment under
circumstances defined in Policy JFBB.

La Política del Consejo JFBB y el Reglamento JFBB-R de las Escuelas Públicas de Littleton,
Matrícula Entre Distritos (Estudiantes No Residentes), afirma que un estudiante no residente
actualmente matriculado y que tiene todo en regla en la escuela a la que asiste, podrá seguir
participando en la escuela de LPS en la que está matriculado al completar la solicitud de
Propósito de Renovación de Matrícula.
El Consejo de Educación apoya las oportunidades de elección de escuela y acoge de buen
grado a los estudiantes no residentes según las directrices establecidas en la Política JFBB.
