IFC OTORGA PRÉSTAMO A ARLA FOODS POR US$56 MILLONES
Buenos Aires, 18 de septiembre de 2015.
International Finance Corporation (IFC), institución financiera miembro del Grupo
Banco Mundial, en su calidad de prestamista, otorgó una facilidad crediticia a Arla
Foods Ingredients S.A. por un monto total de hasta US$56 millones.
Arla Foods Ingredients S.A. es un joint venture formado por SanCor CUL y Arla Foods
Ingredients Group P/S (www.arlafoodsingredients.com), líderes en la producción para
la industria de ingredientes naturales en base a suero de quesería para una amplia
gama de productos (de panadería, bebidas, productos lácteos, helados, para nutrición
clínica, infantil y deportiva).
Los fondos recibidos serán empleados en el proyecto de ampliación de la planta de
producción que la compañía tiene en la provincia de Córdoba.

IFC GRANTS A LOAN WORTH US$56 MILLION TO ARLA FOODS
Buenos Aires, September 18th, 2015.
International Finance Corporation (IFC), a financial institution member of the World
Bank Group, acting as lender, granted a financial facility to Arla Foods Ingredients S.A.
for an amount of up to US$56 million.
Arla Foods Ingredients is a joint venture constituted by SanCor CUL and Arla Foods
Ingredients Group P/S (www.arlafoodsingredients.com), leaders in the industry of
natural whey ingredients for products in a wide range of categories (bakery, beverages,
dairy and ice cream and clinical, infant and sports nutrition).
Received funds will be used for the extension of the production plant that the company
has in the province of Córdoba.
