NOTICE OF TAX RATIFICATION ELECTION

To the Registered Voters of Amarillo Independent School District Amarillo, Texas:

Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. on September 23, 2008, for voting in a special election to ratify a tax rate
(commonly known as a “rollback election”) for the Amarillo Independent School.
(Se notifica por el presente documento, que los centros electorales citados abajo estarán
abiertos desde las 7:00 de la mañana hasta las 7:00 de la tarde. el 23 de septiembre de 2008
para votar en unas elecciones especiales para ratificar una tasa impositiva (comúnmente
conocida como tasa impositiva actualizada o "rollback") en el Distrito escolar independiente
de Amarillo.
