Apoyemos las demandas del poeta Javier Sicilia, NO + SANGRE,
El EZLN, Las Abejas, La Otra Campaña y los millones de
Mexicanos que comienzan sus movilizaciones del 5 al 8 de mayo
por un ALTO a la violencia en México.
A las 11am vamos al Consulado de México ubicado en 204 S.
Ashland (la parada Ashland/Lake de la línea rosa) para unirnos a la
protesta internacional contra la guerra del Presidente Calderón
A las 7pm: Reunión en la Biblioteca Popular ubicada en el
1921 S. Blue Island Ave en Pilsen, con la invitada Luz Rivera
compañera del Consejo Nacional Urbano y Campesino (CNUC)
adherente a La Otra Campaña

We support the demands of poet Javier Sicilia, No More Blood,
the EZLN, Las Abejas, the Other Campaign, and the millions of
Mexicans that are taking to the streets from May 5 – 8 to stop the
violence in Mexico.
At 11am we are going to the Mexican Consulate, located at 204 S.
Ashland (Ashland/Lake stop on the Pink “El” line) to unite with the
international protest against President Calderon’s war!
At 7pm: Meeting at Biblioteca Popular located at 1921 S. Blue
Island Ave in Pilsen, with guest speaker Luz Rivera, from the
Nacional Urban and Farmworker Council (CNUC), adherent to
the Other Campaign
Together we declare:
• NO MORE BLOOD
• STOP CALDERON’S WAR
• WE’RE FED UP WITH THE … VIOLENCE, RACISM,
REPRESSION, MILITARIZATION, POVERTY, DEPORTATIONS,
