CoMbO#4 ya está aquí. Este viernes 6 de junio ven a disfrutar
de la inauguración de “Breakfast in Bed”. Una colaboración
entre Laia Estruch (Barcelona) y Ethan Hayes-Chute (Maine,
EE.UU)
Tras un mes de laboratorio creativo en La Fragua artist
residency, los artistas presentan nueva obra. Esta vez la
elección de los participantes presentaba, además del reto de
no conocerse entre ellos y ver cómo se plantearía un trabajo
colaborativo, partir a priori de disciplinas artísticas dispares,
un trabajo de instalación-escultura (Ethan) vs. la performance
(Laia).
La inauguración contará además con la performance /fu:d/
donde Laia Estruch pondrá en valor la temática central de su
investigación en Belalcázar, la gastronomía.
Os invitamos con cariño a la inauguración de esta nueva expo
en CoMbO el día 6 de junio a las 10 de la noche.

CoMbO#4 is here. This Friday come enjoy the opening of
“Breakfast in Bed”, a collaboration between Laia Estruch
(Barcelona) and Ethan Hayes-Chutes’ (Maine-USA).
After a month spent immersed in the creative laboratory at
La Fragua artist residency, both artists will be presenting new
work. This time the choice of participants has the added new
challenge of not only previously not knowing each other, but
also encounters the question of how a collaborative work can
be made between disparate artistic disciplines; in this case
an instalation/sculpture “Raft: Attractive Nuisance” made
by Ethan vs. the performance study “/fu:d/ Cookbook Voice
Studies” created by Laia.
For the opening Laia Estruch will be giving a live performance,
/fu:d/, where she puts into practice the main focus of her
research in Belalcázar at La Fragua: local gastronomy.
