Als Aktor sind pyrotechnische Druckgaserzeuger mit einem Innenwiderstand von 1,0 Ohm bis 1,6 Ohm zugelassen. Das Druckgasmodul MZ2 DGM kann nur zusammen mit einen Motormodul MZ2 MM2x8A betrieben werden. Mit eingebautem Schiebeschalter für die Funktionen: • Scharf: Druckgasgenerator eingeschaltet und aktiv. • Gesichert: Druckgasgenerator ausgeschaltet und inaktiv, z. B. für Wartungsarbeiten. Besonderheiten • Anschlussmöglichkeit für pyrotechnische Druckgaserzeuger • kaskadierbar mit weiteren Druckgasmodulen • maximal 8 Druckgasgeneratoren pro Druckgasmodul anschließbar • mit LED-Anzeige zum Signalisieren der Betriebszustände und Fehler • Leitungsüberwachung der angeschlossenen Druckgasgeneratoren • Schnapp-Montage auf Montageschiene mit Busklemmen Diese Bedienungsanleitung für späteren Gebrauch bzw. Vor der Installation ist diese technische Dokumentation sorgfältig durchzulesen. Halten Sie sich an die Vorgaben. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller. Diese Dokumentation ist für den späteren Gebrauch aufzubewahren. der Installation sind die elektrischen und mechanischen Komponenten auf einwandfreie Funktion zu prüfen und die Prüfungen und ihre Ergebnisse zu dokumentieren. Anwender: Diese Dokumentation richtet sich an die geschulte, sachkundige und sicherheitsbewusste Elektrofachkraft mit Kenntnissen der mechanischen und elektrischen Geräteinstallation, Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und berufsgenossenschaftlichen Regeln und enthält wichtige Informationen für den Betreiber und Nutzer. Fehlbetrieb: Wird bei einer Installation, Wartung, Prüfung etc. eine Fehlfunktion festgestellt, sind unverzüglich Maßnahmen zur Behebung einzuleiten. Sicherheitshinweise, die Sie unbedingt beachten müssen, werden durch besondere Zeichen hervorgehoben. Vorsicht: Lebensgefahr für Personen durch elektrischen Strom. Wichtige Informationen Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch: Das Produkt darf nur gemäß den aufgeführten Funktionen und Anwendungen der zugehörigen Dokumentation verwendet werden. Unautorisierte elektrische und mechanische Umbauten und Veränderungen an dem Produkt sind nicht zulässig und führen zum Erlöschen der Gewährleistung und Haftung. Transport und Lagerung: Das Produkt darf nur in der Originalverpackung transportiert und gelagert werden. Es darf weder gestoßen, gestürzt, sowie Feuchtigkeit, aggressiven Dämpfen oder schädlichen Umgebungen ausgesetzt werden. Erweiterte Transport- und Lagerhinweise des Herstellers sind zu beachten. Installation: Die Installation und Montage darf nur durch geschulte und sachkundige Elektrofachkräfte unter der Berücksichtigung der anerkannten Regeln der Technik sowie dieser technischen Dokumentation erfolgen. Hierdurch wird die betriebssichere Funktion des Produktes gewährleistet. Die Befestigung von mechanischen Komponenten ist auf festen Sitz zu prüfen. Unmittelbar nach 4 Betrieb: Ein sicherer Betrieb ist gewährleistet, wenn die zulässigen Nenndaten und die Vorgaben gemäß den Wartungshinweisen dieser Dokumentation und der ergänzenden Informationen des Herstellers eingehalten werden. Reparatur und Instandsetzung: Defekte Geräte dürfen nur vom Hersteller oder durch vom Hersteller autorisierte Werke instand gesetzt werden. Es sind nur Original-Ersatzteile einzusetzen. Die Reparatur und Instandsetzung darf nur durch geschulte und sachkundige Elektrofachkräfte erfolgen unter der Berücksichtigung der anerkannten Regeln der Technik sowie dieser technischen Dokumentation und den weiterführenden Angaben des Herstellers. Hierdurch wird die betriebssichere Funktion des Produktes gewährleistet. Die Befestigungen von mechanischen Komponenten ist auf festen Sitz zu prüfen. Unmittelbar nach der Reparatur oder Instandsetzung sind die elektrischen und mechanischen Komponenten auf einwandfreie Funktion zu prüfen und die Prüfung und ihre Ergebnisse zu dokumentieren. Wartung: Wird das Produkt in Sicherheitssystemen, wie z. B. Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen (kurz RWA), eingesetzt, muss es gemäß Herstellerangabe oder z. B. nach DIN 18232-2 Rauch- und Wärmefreihaltung mindestens einmal jährlich geprüft, gewartet und ggf. instand gesetzt werden. Bei reinen Lüftungsanlagen ist dies auch zu empfehlen. Sollte das Produkt in anderen Sicherheitssystemen eingesetzt werden sind ggf. kürzere Wartungsintervalle anzuwenden. Bei Systemen, bestehend aus Steuereinrichtungen, Öffnungsaggregaten, Bedienstellen usw., sind alle direkt miteinander wirkenden Komponenten mit in die Wartung einzubeziehen. Die Wartung muss im vollen Umfang gemäß den Vorgaben des Herstellers und den zugehörigen Dokumentationen erfolgen. Die Zugänglichkeit der zu wartenden Komponenten muss gewährleistet sein. Defekte Geräte dürfen nur vom Hersteller oder von vom Hersteller autorisierten Werken instand gesetzt werden. Es sind nur Original-Ersatzteile einzusetzen. Alle Komponenten, die einer vorgeschriebenem Betriebszeit unterliegen (z. B. Akkus), sind innerhalb dieser Zeit (siehe technische Daten) durch Originalteile oder durch vom Hersteller freigegebene Ersatzteile auszutauschen. Die Betriebsbereitschaft ist regelmäßig zu prüfen. Ein Wartungsvertrag mit einem anerkannten Errichterunternehmen ist empfehlenswert. 03/24999655 Druckgasmodul MZ2 DGM Sicherheitshinweise Entsorgung: Verpackungen sind sachgerecht zu entsorgen. Die elektrischen Geräte sind an Sammelstellen für die Rücknahme von Elektro- und Elektronikschrott abzugeben. Das ElektroG zur Entsorgung von elektrischen Geräten findet hier keine Anwendung. Akkus und Batterien sind gemäß § 12 der Batterieverordnung (BattV) an den Hersteller oder bei einer entsprechenden Sammelstelle abzugeben. Elektrische Geräte, Akkus und Batterien dürfen nicht dem Hausmüll zugeführt werden. Leitungen für Kleinspannungen (z. B. 24 V DC) sind getrennt von Niederspannungsleitungen (z. B. 230 V AC) zu verlegen. Flexible Leitungen müssen so verlegt sein, dass sie im Betrieb weder abgeschert, verdreht noch abgeknickt werden können. Energieversorgungen, Steuereinrichtungen und Verteilerdosen müssen für Wartungsarbeiten zugänglich sein. Die Leitungsarten, -längen und -querschnitte gemäß den technischen Angaben ausführen. Kompatibilität: Bei der Herstellung von Systemen, bestehend aus verschiedenen Geräten unterschiedlicher Hersteller, muss die Systemkompatibilität für den funktionssicheren Betrieb durch den Errichter geprüft und bestätigt werden. Geräteanpassungen zur Erlangung dieser Kompatibilität müssen durch den Hersteller autorisiert werden. Vor Arbeiten an der Anlage sind die Netzspan nung und die Notstromversorgung (z. B. Akkus) allpolig freizuschalten und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Widereinschalten zu sichern. Niemals die Antriebe, Steuerungen, Bedienelemente und Sensoren an Betriebsspannungen und Anschlüssen entgegen den Vorgaben der Bedienungsanleitung betreiben. Es besteht Lebensgefahr und kann zur Zerstörung der Komponenten führen! Konformität: Hiermit wird bestätigt, dass das Gerät den anerkannten Regeln der Technik entspricht. Für das elektrische Gerät kann eine EG-Konformitätserklärung beim Hersteller angefordert werden. Hinweis: Sollte das Gerät (z. B. Antrieb) Teil einer Maschine im Sinn der Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG sein, so entlässt es den Inverkehrbringer / Errichter nicht, die notwendigen Einbauerklärungen, Kennzeichnungen, Unterlagen und Bescheinigungen entsprechend dieser Richtlinie beizubringen. Gewährleistung: Die "Grünen Lieferbedingungen des ZVEI" gelten als vereinbart. Die Gewährleistungsfrist für Materiallieferung beträgt 12 Monate. Für nicht vom Hersteller autorisierte Eingriffe in das Gerät oder Gesamtsystem erfolgt keine Haftung, Garantie- und Serviceleistung. Haftung: Produktänderungen und Produkteinstellungen können ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorgenommen werden. Abbildungen unverbindlich. Trotz größtmöglicher Sorgfalt keine Haftung für den Inhalt. Elektrische Sicherheit Leitungsverlegung und elektrischer Anschluss nur durch Elektrofachkraft. Netzzuleitungen 230 / 400 V AC separat bauseits absichern. Bei der Installation sind entsprechende Gesetze, Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Normen zu beachten, wie z. B. die Muster-Leitungs-Anlagenrichtlinie (MLAR / LAR / RbALei), die VDE 0100 (Errichten von Starkstromanlagen bis 1000 V), VDE 0815 (Installationskabel und -leitungen), VDE 0833 (Gefahrenmeldeanlagen für Brand, Einbruch und Überfall). Kabeltypen ggf. mit den örtlichen Abnahmebehörden, Energieversorgungsunternehmen oder Brandschutzbehörden festlegen. 03/24999655 Mechanische Sicherheit Abstürzen / Herabschlagen von Fensterflügeln: Fensterflügel sind so aufzuhängen bzw. führen, dass auch bei Ausfall eines Aufhängungselements ein Abstürzen / Herabschlagen, bzw. unkontrollierte Bewegungen konstruktiv vermieden werden, z. B. durch doppelte Aufhängung, Sicherheitsschere, Fangvorrichtung. Bitte beachten: Um eine Blockade / Absturz des Fensters zu vermeiden, muss die Sicherheitsschere / Fangvorrichtung mit der bestimmungsgemäßen Öffnungsweite und Mechanik des Fensters abgestimmt sein. Siehe auch Richtlinie für kraftbetätigte Fenster, Türen und Tore (BGR 232) und ZVEI Broschüre "RWA-Aktuell Nr. 3, kraftbetätigte Fenster". Befestigung und Befestigungsmaterial: Benötigtes oder mitgeliefertes Befestigungsmaterial ist mit dem Baukörper und der entsprechenden Belastung abzustimmen und, wenn nötig, zu ergänzen. Quetsch- und Scherstellen: Kraftbetätigte Fenster, Türen und Tore: Die Gefahrbereiche der Quetsch- und Scherstellen, z. B. zwischen Fensterflügel und Rahmen oder Lichtkuppeln und Aufsetzkranz, müssen durch geeignete Maßnahmen gegen Einklemmen gesichert sein, um einer Verletzung vorzubeugen. Siehe auch Richtlinie für kraftbetätigte Fenster, Türen und Tore (BGR 232) und ZVEI Broschüre "RWA-aktuell Nr. 3, kraftbetätigte Fenster". Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und berufsgenossenschaftliche Regeln: Bei Arbeiten an, im oder auf einem Gebäude oder Gebäudeteil sind die Vorgaben und Hinweise der jeweiligen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (UVV) und berufsgenossenschaftlichen Regeln (BGR) zu beachten. Umgebungsbedingungen: Das Produkt darf weder gestoßen, gestürzt, noch Schwingungen, Feuchtigkeit, aggressiven Dämpfen oder schädlichen Umgebungen ausgesetzt werden, außer es ist für eine oder mehrere dieser Umgebungsbedingungen vom Hersteller freigegeben. 5 Druckgasmodul MZ2 DGM Klemmbelegung Die Nummerierung der Anschlussklemmen obere Klemmreihe (i.d.R. die Anschlussleiste für den Monteur) terminal row erfolgttop nach folgendem Prinzip: (as a rule the terminal board for the fitter) obere Klemmreihe (Anschlussleiste für den Monteur) 789 Modul-Draufsicht: Begonnen wird links oben. Klemmreihe Versorgung Achtung: Das Modul darf niemals bei untere eingeschalteter (i.d.R. werksseitig vorverdrahtet oder nicht belegt) auf die Hutschiene montiert werden. Die LED leuchtet, wenn eine Auslösung aktiviert wurde. DGM ! LED ein/on Farbe: Grün. Funktion: Aktorkreis ist eingeschaltet, “DG Ein”. LED leuchtet: DG-Schalter auf Position “DG Ein” (Druckgaserzeuger ist scharf). LED leuchtet: DG-Schalter auf Position “DG Aus” (Druckgaserzeuger ist gesichert). ! ein/on Funktionen für die MZ2 Das Druckgasmodul DGM und das Motormodul MM2x8A stellen folgende Funktionen bereit, die im Einzelnen durch die PC-Software konfiguriert (Ausnahme DGM) werden kann. Das DGM kann nur in Verbindung mit einem Motormodul angesteuert werden. Dieses Modul selber wird nicht von der MZ2 PC-Software eingebunden. Die bei den Selbsttests und Testfunktionen des Motormoduls erkannten Fehler werden über die Ströungs-LED Kanal A oder B signalisiert und an das MCUModul und an die GM-Module übertragen (siehe auch die Tabelle Blinkcodes Motormodul). Betriebszustand Betriebsbereit Der Schiebeschalter DG befindet sich in der Stellung “DG Ein” und die LED Anzeige “DG Ein” leuchtet. Das signalisiert, dass der Aktorkreis eingeschaltet ist. Die Leitungen der pyrotechnischen Druckgaserzeuger werden auf Kabelbruch überwacht. Manuelle Auslösung bei Feuer/Brand/Alarm Rauchabzug / Druckgasgeneratoren ausgelöst Rote AUF-Taste in einer RWA-Bedienstelle drücken Druckgasgeneratoren werden ausgelöst. Die Rauch- und Wärmeabzüge öffnen sich über die Zündung der Druckgasgeneratoren und durch Anstich der in den Rauch-Wärmeabzüge eingebauten Druckmedien CO2- oder N2-Gas. Rote LED-Anzeige - RWA ausgelöst - leuchtet in allen RWA-Bedienstellen, wie auch in den zugeordneten MZ2 Gruppenmodulen und MZ2 Druckgasmodulen. Die grüne LED OK in den RWA-Bedienstellen leuchtet weiter. 03/24999655 ABZUG RAUCH OK ! 7 Druckgasmodul MZ2 DGM Funktionen für die MZ2 Rauchabzug / Lichtkuppeln schließen Nach erfolgter Auslösung muss der Schiebeschalter im MZ2 Druckgasmodul in Stellung “gesichert” geschaltet werden. Die gelbe LED Anzeige “DG aus”, die rote LED Anzeige “Auslösung aus/off DG” und die gelbe LED Anzeige “Störung” leuchten. Die gelbe LED Anzeige im MZ2-Motormodul “Störung” blinkt (Blinkcode 5) und in allen angeschlossenen Bedienstellen. ZU-Taste in einer RWABedienstelle drücken die rote LED Anzeige - “RWA ausgelöst” - erlischt in allen RWA-Bedienstellen die Druckgasgeneratoren sowie die Energieträger der Rauch-Wärmeabzüge (CO2- oder N2-Flaschen) müssen erneuert und die Lichtkuppeln müssen fachgerecht geschlossen werden. Anschließend wird der Schiebeschalter in der Zentrale in Stellung “scharf” geschaltet. Im MZ2-Druckgasmodul leucht die grüne LED Anzeige ein/on “DG ein” und die gelbe LED Anzeige “Störung DG” erlischt. Erst jetzt erlischt die gelbe LED Anzeige “Störung” und die grüne LED Anzeige OK leuchtet im MZ2Motormodul auf. Hinweis: es erfolgt kein Zurücksetzen (RESET) der angeschlossenen und ausgelösten automatischen Melder! Automatische Auslösung bei Feuer/Brand/Alarm (nur wenn automatische Melder angeschlossen sind) Rauchabzug / Druckgasgeneratoren ausgelöst Rauch erreicht die automatischen Melder Druckgasgeneratoren werden ausgelöst. Die Rauch-Wärmeabzüge öffnen sich über die Zündung der Druckgasgeneratoren und durch Anstich der in den Rauch-Wärmeabzüge eingebauten Druckmedien (CO2- oder N2-Gas). Rote LED-Anzeige - RWA ausgelöst - leuchtet in allen RWA-Bedienstellen, wie auch in den zugeordneten MZ2 Gruppenmodulen und MZ2 Druckgasmodulen, die grüne LED Anzeige OK erlischt in den RWA-Bedienstellen. Zurücksetzen der “RWA Auslösung” und der automatischen Melder Automatische Melder von Rauch befreien (durch Ausblasen bzw. bei starker Verschmutzung ersetzen). Rauchabzug / Lichtkuppeln schließen Nach erfolgter Auslösung muss der Schiebeschalter in der Zentrale in Stellung “gesichert” geschaltet werden. Die gelbe LED Anzeige “DG aus”, die rote LED Anzeige ”Auslösung aus/off DG” und die gelbe LED Anzeige “Störung” leuchten. Die gelbe LED Anzeige im MZ2-Motormodul “Störung” blinkt (Blinkcode 4) in allen RWA-Bedienstellen. Taste RWA-Reset in der Steuerzentrale (MZ2 Gruppenmodul) drücken. Die rote Anzeige im automatischen Melder erlischt. Die gelbe LED Anzeige im MZ2-Motormodul “Störung” blinkt jetzt (Blinkcode 5) in allen RWA-Bedienstellen. Die Druckgasgeneratoren sowie die Energieträger der Rauch-Wärmeabzüge (CO2- oder N2-Flaschen) müssen erneuert und die Lichtkuppeln müssen fachgerecht geschlossen werden. Anschließend wird der Schiebeschalter in der Zentrale in Stellung “scharf” geschaltet. Im MZ2-Druckgasmodul leuchtet die grüne LED Anzeige ein/on “DG ein” und die gelbe LED Anzeige “Störung DG” erlischt. Electrical equipment is to be disposed of at recycling collection points for scrap electrical and electronic equipment. The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act relating to disposal of electrical equipment does not apply in this instance. Rechargeable and single-use batteries are to be disposed of in line with § 12 of the Battery Ordinance (BattV), either via the manufacturer or at an appropriate collection point. Electrical equipment and batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Compatibility: When putting together a system consisting of various devices made by different manufacturers, the system compatibility must be tested and approved by the constructor to ensure safe function during operation. Equipment modification to achieve compatibility must be authorised by the manufacturer. Conformity: This confirms that the equipment complies with the recognised rules of engineering. For electrical equipment a declaration of EC conformity can be requested from the manufacturer. Note: if the equipment (e.g. drive unit) is part of a machine in terms of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, this does not render the supplier/contractor exempt from informing the customer with regard to the necessary installation instructions, labelling, documentation and certificates relevant to this directive. Guarantee: The ZVEI “Green Supply Conditions” are taken as agreed. The guarantee period for material supply is 12 months. Any intervention with the equipment or system that is not authorised by the manufacturer will result in invalidation of liability, guarantee and service. Electrical safety Wiring and electrical connections must only be done by an electrician. Mains 230 / 400 V AC must be secured separately on site. The appropriate laws, specifications and standards must be observed, such as the directive relating to fire safety of conduit installations (MLAR / LAR / RbALei), VDE 0100 (specifications for high-voltage circuits up to 1000 V), VDE 0815 (installation cables and wiring), VDE 0833 (fire, burglary and attack alarm systems). If necessary, cable types must be defined in conjunction with the local approval bodies, power supply companies or fire safety authorities. 03/24999655 Cabling for extra-low voltages (e.g. 24 V DC) is to be laid separately from low-voltage line (e.g. 230 V AC). Flexible cables must be laid in such a way that they cannot be sheared off, twisted or snapped during operation. Before work is carried out on the system, the mains current and emergency power supply (eg. rechargeable batteries) is to be disconnected from all-poles and secured to prevent accidental switch-on. Never operate the drive units, control units, operator elements and sensors on supply voltage and connections in such a way as to contravene the guidelines in the operator manual. There is a risk of fatal injury, and it can cause components to be destroyed! Mechanical safety Falling window casements: Window casements are to be mounted in such a way that even if one of the suspension elements fails, the design prevents the unit from falling or moving in an uncontrolled way, e.g. by double hanging, security stay, safety catch. Please note: to prevent obstruction/falling of the window, the security stay/ safety catch must be compatible with the intended opening span and mechanism of the window. Fittings and fixing material: any fixing materials required or supplied with the product must be adapted to the building and load, and if necessary supplemented. Schalter: Switch: Functions for MZ2 The DGM compressed gas module and MM2x8A motor module provide the following functions, which can be configured individually by means of the PC software (the exception being the DGM). The DGM can only be controlled in conjunction with a motor module. This module on its own is not included in the MZ2 PC software. The faults detected in the self-tests and test functions of the motor module are signalled via the flow LED channel A or B and transferred to the MCU module and to the GM modules (see also the table of motor module flash codes). Operating state Operationally ready The DG slider switch is located in the position “DG on” and the LED display “DG on” is lit up. This signals that the actuator circuit is switched on. The cables of the pyrotechnic compressed gas generator are monitored for cable fractures. Manual trigger in the event of fire/combustion/alarm Smoke extraction / compressed gas generators triggered Press red ON button in an SHE operating station compressed gas generators are triggered. The smoke and heat extractors open via the ignition of the compressed gas generators and by broaching the CO2 or N2 pressurised gas media installed in the smoke and heat extractors. Red LED display – SHE triggered - lights up in all SHE operating stations, and also in the assigned MZ2 group modules and MZ2 compressed gas modules. The green LED display OK in the SHE operating stations continues to be lit up. 03/24999655 SMOKE OK VENT ! 19 Pressurized gas module MZ2 DGM Functions for MZ2 Close smoke extractor /dome lights After triggering has taken place the slider switch in the MZ2 compressed gas module must be switched to the “secured” position. The yellow LED display “DG off”, the red LED display “DG trigger” and the yellow LED aus/off display “Malfunction” light up. The yellow LED display in the MZ2 motor module “Malfunction“ flashes (flash code 5) and in all operating stations. Press CLOSE button in an SHE operating station the red LED display “SHE triggered” is extinguished in all SHE operating stations the compressed gas generators and also the energy sources for the smoke and heat extractors (CO2 or N2 bottles) must be renewed and the dome lights must be closed correctly. In the central control system the slider switch is then switched to the “live” position. In the MZ2 compressed gas module the green LED display ein/on lights up “DG on”, and the yellow LED display “DG malfunction” is extinguished. Only now is the yellow LED display “Malfunction“ extinguished and the green LED display OK lights up in the MZ2 motor module. Note: No RESET of the connected and triggered automatic detectors occurs! Las modificaciones de los equipos para lograr dicha compatibilidad requieren de la autorización del fabricante. Conformidad: Por la presente se certifica que el equipo cumple con las normas reconocidas de la técnica. Para los equipos eléctricos se puede solicitar al fabricante una declaración CE de conformidad. Nota: Si el equipo (p. ej. accionamiento) forma parte de una máquina en el sentido de la Directiva 2006/42/ CE relativa a las máquinas, el distribuidor original/instalador no queda liberado de informar al usuario sobre las declaraciones de montaje, marcas, documentación y certificaciones necesarias de acuerdo con dicha directiva. Garantía: Se consideran aceptadas las “condiciones de suministro verdes” de la Asociación Central de la Industria Electrónica y Electrotécnica (“ZVEI”). El DGM sólo se puede direccionar en conexión con un módulo de motor. Este módulo en sí no está incluido en el software del PC MZ2. Los fallos detectados durante el autodiagnóstico y las funciones de comprobación se señalizan a través del LED de averías canal A o B y se transfieren al módulo MCU y al módulo GM (véase también la tabla de códigos de intermitencia del módulo del motor). Estado de servicio Listo para el funcionamiento El interruptor de corredera DG se encuentra en la posición “DG ENCENDIDO” y el LED “DG ENCENDIDO” está iluminado. Esto indica que el circuito de actuadores está encendido. Los cables de los generadores pirotécnicos de gas comprimido se supervisan para detectar roturas. Activación manual en caso de incendio/fuego/alarma Extracción de incendios / generadores de gas comprimido activados Pulsar el botón rojo ABIERTO en un cuadro de mando del RWA se activan los generadores de gas comprimido. Los extraccíones de humo-calor se abren al encenderse los generadores de gas comprimido y al insertarse los agentes de presión insertados en los sistema de evacuación de humos y calor: CO2 o N2 en estado gaseoso. El LED rojo – RWA activado – se enciende en todos los cuadros de mando de RWA, así como en los módulos de grupos MZ2 asignados y los módulos de gas comprimido MZ2. El LED amarillo “DG APAGADO”, el LED rojo “Activación DG” y el LED amarillo “Avería” están encendidos. El LED amarillo en el modulo del motor MZ2 “Avería” parpadea (código de intermitencia 5) en todos los cuadros de mando. Pulsar el botón CERRADO en un cuadro de mando del RWA el LED rojo “RWA activado” se apaga en todos los cuadros de mando del RWA. Los generadores de gas comprimido, así como los soportes de energía del extracción de humos y calor (RWA) – botellas de CO2 o N2 – se deben cambiar, y las claraboyas se deben cerrar adecuadamente A continuación, el interruptor de corredera en la central pasa a la posición “activado”. En el módulo de gas comprimido MZ2, el LED verde “DG encendido” está encendido y el LED amarillo “Avería DG” se apaga. Ahora se apaga el LED amarillo “Avería” y el LED verde OK se enciende en el módulo del motor MZ2. Nota: No se reinician (RESET) los detectores conectados y automáticamente apagados. Activación automática en caso de incendio / fuego / alarma (sólo si hay detectores automáticos conectados) Extracción de incendios / generadores de gas comprimido activados El humo alcanza los detectores automáticos los generadores de gas comprimido se activan.
