We pray in the Anglican Cycle of Prayer for: Diocese of Quebec,

We pray in the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer for:Congregations in the
Rockford Deanery: Grace in Galena; St. Peter Chapel in Grand Detour; St.
Paul in LaSalle; St. Chad in Loves Park; St. Anne in Morrison;and our

We pray for our men and women in uniform at home and
abroad:especially John, Seth and Eric risking their lives daily on our
behalf, and for their families.

Ryan, Michael, Troy & Madison, Lynn, Paul, Karen, Ryan, Randy,
Rodney,Greg, Signe, Ken, John, Chireen, Dolores & Ken, Pearl, Randy,

sister of Ken Palmquist.
We pray for those with birthdays and anniversaries that they may be

We pray for guidance: for our Vestry implementing decisions as we
prepare to call a full time priest to lead us and our ministry in Aurora.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
This Week: Parish office summer hours: Wednesday and Thursday from
8-12 and at other times by chance. The phone answering machine will be
checked remotely for messages on a regular basis. While Rob and Linda
are on vacation in August, vestry members and the clergy have taken over
responsibilities.
Our facilities lack central A/C so please know that wearing comfortable
clothes is acceptable. We have fans to circulate the air. Some may need
a jacket or sweater as it can be drafty.
If you are traveling while on vacation, do visit the nearest Episcopal
Church.You can search online for the name and location. Bring back a
bulletin and newsletter to share with our clergy.
