Jane Harris, Manager 6 St. John the Baptist, Peabody April 6, 2014 Fifth Sunday of Lent COME AND CELEBRATE NEW LIFE IN CHRIST EASTER 2014 The parish communities of St. John the Baptist and St. Thomas the Apostle invite you to enter into the holiest of seasons in the Church year. On these days we hear some of the church’s most beautiful prayers, Scriptures and music. In the risen Christ we encounter God’s ultimate assurance of life eternal. And so, St. Paul urges us to enter fully into both the dying and rising of the Lord in this sacred season. “If we die with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we shall also reign with him.” (Timothy 2:11-12) Join us at either church. These are days to save and to savor. ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH (SJB) 17 CHESTNUT STREET PEABODY, MA 01960 (978) 531-0002 ST.
