appointment, visitors’ pass, and additional documentation are required upon child’s registration.

State Funded Center: When parent or legal guardian of the child is the patient.
2. Inpatient Tower Child Care Center (IPT) - Room 2L216

Non-State Funded Center: When any relative or non-relative other than the parent of the child is the
patient.
