All bushings are prepared with an ID of 6 mm and then
zinc-plated and stored. Depending on orders, 48 different bushings variations can be machined. Pitch changes are programmable with a 2-axis digital servomotor
and control system. Reamer from vertical position is
held inside a radial and axial float toolholder. Production
rate: 450 parts/hour depending on inside diameter.
Los casquillos se tornean a un ∅ interior de 6 mm,
se cincan y se almacenan. En función de los pedidos,
la máquina mecaniza 48 ∅ distintos. El cambio de

Questa lavorazione (intestatura) è standardizzata per
tutti gli assi, fucinati, forgiati a caldo o a freddo, prima
delle operazioni di tornitura. In un ciclo completamente
automatizzato questa macchina esegue l’intera lavorazione finale, per es. spianatura, centraggio, sbavatura,
con ordinazione dei pezzi per pallet. La produzione oraria
varia a seconda della dimensione dell’asse (circa 200).
Standardized process for all types of shafts, forged cold
or warm formed. Machining of both ends prior to turning operation between centers.
Fully automated machining process includes face milling, center drilling and deburring. Sorting of shafts onto
pallets. Hourly production rates variable depending on
shaft dimensions approx. 200.
Este proceso se estandarizó para todos los ejes, forjados en frío o en caliente, antes del torneado. La
máquina realiza en un ciclo automático el mecanizado completo de extremos: refrentado, centraje y desbarbado, ordenando las piezas en paletas.
Producción según pieza: ~200 piezas/hora.
