GIN N0 1 hoja de hierbabuena 1 fresa o fresón semillas de amapola
(opcional). Hielo
• Ponemos la hoja de hierbabuena en la palma de la mano, la golpeamos
con una palmada enérgica. Introducimos en la copa.
• Cortamos el tallo de la fresa, cogemos por la punta y frotamos
ligeramente con la base de la fresa en el borde de la copa, tintando
ésta de rojo. Introducimos un par de fresas en el interior de la copa
• Añadimos 5 o 6 granos de amapola (opcional).
• Añadimos GIN N0 y tu tónica preferida, lentamente para no romper
la burbuja.
• Añadimos despacio hielo, lo más congelado que tengamos.

entre los que destacan, Coriandro, Lavanda, Iris y
Angélica, con una Infusión de Quinina. destilado
posterior de dicha maceración, llegando así a la tercera
destilación. Rebaje del grado alcohólico con agua
desmineralizada por ósmosis inversa para llegar al
grado de consumo y posterior filtración para alcanzar
la perfección.Maceration of our secret botanical
recepie, among which are highlighted Coriander,
Lavender, Iris and Angelica, with an infusion of
Quinine. We then distill this maceration, leading to a
third distillation. Reduction of the alcohol content by
dilution with water, which has been demineralized by
inverse osmosis, to achieve a suitable alcohol content
for consumption, before later filtration to reach
perfection.
FASE VISUAL ASPECT
Limpia, brillante, reflejo acerado debido a la infusión de
quinina. Lágrima marcada. Glicérica. Clear, brilliant,
steely reflection due to the quinine. Marked teardrops.
Glyceric.
FASE OLFATIVA NOSE
Totalmente herbácea. Muy marcada la lavanda, toque
de pomelo rojo, camomila (manzanilla). Té verde, lima
kaffir, violetas y jazmín. Totally herbaceous. Highly
marked by lavender, a touch of red grapefruit,
camomile. Green tea, kaffir lime, violets and jasmin.
FASE GUSTATIVA TASTE
Buen paso de boca, toque dulce inicial debido a las
coladas. Alcohol ,arcado de encabezamiento, muy sutil,
larga, agradable con recuerdos amargos de la quinina
infusionada. Acidez regulada. Pleasant on the palate,
initial sweet touch due to the filtrates. Marked alcohol,
very subtle, agreeable, with bitter overtones of the
infused quinine. Regulated acidity.

Ron Guatemala y destilado de caña, envejecidos en
barricas de roble americano y francés, envinadas en
bourbon. Rebaje del grado alcohólico con agua
desmineralizada por ósmosis inversa para llegar al
grado de consumo y posterior filtración para llegar a la
transparencia y la brillantez que requiere el producto
final. Guatemalan rum distilled from aged sugarcane in
used American and French oak bourbon barrels.

Equilibrado con notas dulces características del Ron
Guatemala y notas avainilladas procedentes de la
madera. Balanced with sweet overtones; characteristic

FASE GUSTATIVA TASTE
Posee un cuerpo ligero, pero no demasiado. Muy
limpio. Encontraremos bastante madera pero sin
eliminar los sabores acaramelados y dulces de este
whisky. Se deja beber bien y es por esto que es un
whisky muy recomendable para quienes empiezan.
Final tiene un final largo y afrutado donde también
podréis encontrar vainilla, manzana, galletas y muy
sutiles notas a pasas.
It has a light body , but not too much. Very clean. We
find enough wood but without removing caramel and
sweet flavors of this whiskey. It allowed to drink well
and is why it is highly recommended for those who
start whiskey. Final has a long finish and fruity where
you can also find vanilla , apple , cookies and very
subtle notes of raisins.
