Prefacio
La Motocicleta es un desafío a su capacidad de manejo, espíritu de aventura. Bajo su control, la motocicleta corre bajo la línea del viento, el
sentimiento no se puede sentir en otra conducción de locomotora. Automóviles diferentes, usted no esta rodeado por una caja de hierro en una

1. Conducción segura de la motocicleta
Las Motocicletas son un vehículo de motor único, que puede aportar confort al piloto y conveniencia. Con el fin de asegurar el mejor rendimiento
de su motocicleta, usted debe mantener correctamente la motocicleta. Como motociclista, usted debe confirmar su buen estado de salud, no
debe estar cansado para un mejor control del vehículo. Usted no debe manejar después de tomar drogas o alcohol, especialmente alcohol,

Reglas de Conducción Segura

Otras protecciones

Sobrecarga de Carga
La Motocicleta tiene requerimientos sobre la distribución del peso de la mercadería transportada.

Preajuste del interruptor off

Selección de combustible
Por favor use sin plomo o bajo de plomo contenido de No.93 o mas alto-grado de gasolina.

Formas de abrir la tapa del tanque de combustible

Insertando la llave dentro del tanque de combustible y luego girando la llave puede abrir el tanque de bloqueo de combustible.
Cuando tenga que apagar, deje que el picaporte de la tapa del tanque de combustible directo en las trincheras de agujero del cuello del tanque
de combustible, y luego presiónelo entre el agujero del cuello del tanque de combustible puede ser bloqueado y retire la llave.
Atención:
No use alta presión de agua lavando la tapa del tanque de combustible, con el fin de evitar que el agua entre en el tanque.
Al llenar de combustible en el tanque de combustible, debe agregar un filtro de malla en la boquilla del tanque de combustible.
Precaución: el tanque de combustible no debe llenarse demasiado, de lo contrario, el derrame de aceite provocara corrosión en la superficie de

Llave de combustible

La selección de la lubricación
La Lubricación es el principal factor que afecta el rendimiento
del motor y la vida útil del motor. También tiene un ligero efecto sobre la emisión

de la motocicleta. Por lo tanto, la lubricación debe ser seleccionada y cambiada de acuerdo a las regulaciones. Los reemplazos, incluyendo el
aceite común, aceite de engranaje, aceite de maquinaria, no son permitidas encima de los adiciones de aceite.
Antes de la entrega, Aceite 15W/40-SG para 4 tiempos de la motocicleta es inyectada dentro de este tipo de motocicleta. Si el aceite
15W/40-SG no está disponible localmente, SG o SJ gasolina aceite de motor en la clasificación API puede ser usada como reemplazo. El tipo
de calidad debe alcanzar al menos SG en viscosidad, cuando intente usar otros tipos de lubricación.
La selección del lubricante debe seguir con las diferentes áreas y diferentes temperaturas como se muestra en el diagrama de la derecha.
Cuando cambia el lubricante, el lubricante viejo que se dejó de la caja del cigüeñal debe ser drenado primero, y luego un nuevo lubricante
puede ser inyectado.

buena calidad
Neumático
El neumático para este tipo de motocicleta esta diseñada de acuerdo con su compatibilidad con el vehículo con el fin de garantizar las
operaciones tales como la conducción estable y confortable, frenado normal y etc.
Para elegir una presión adecuada en los neumáticos asegurarse que la motocicleta se puede conducir en el estado mejor estable y con
comodidad, y el neumático puede ser durable. Se sugiere que la presión del neumático debe ser revisada cada vez antes de la operación, y la
presión del neumático debe ser revisada una vez al mes o revisarla cuando encuentre la presión inadecuada.
Nota: Usualmente, los neumáticos insuficientemente llenos causaría un desgaste desigual. También tiene un efecto negativo en la manipulación
y por lo general, el neumático comenzara a sobrecalentarse y se explotara.

Es muy peligroso utilizar neumáticos excesivamente gastados. La potencia de tracción, estabilidad, giro y manipulación del vehículo se verán
afectados.
Antes de conducir, el neumático debe ser revisado por alguna posible grieta, clavo o otro objeto afilado sobre el mismo y ver si alguna
abolladura o distorsión pasa por el neumático y el eje de la llanta.
Es probable reducir la estabilidad de funcionamiento y perder el control cuando conduce una motocicleta con los neumáticos excesivamente
gastados. El neumático debe ser cambiado cuando encuentra la profundidad de la banda de rodaje del neumático en el medio del neumático
delantero a menos de 1.6 mm. El neumático debe ser cambiado cuando encuentra la profundidad de la banda de rodaje del neumático en el
medio del neumático trasero a menos de 2 mm.
Nota: usted debe usar un Nuevo neumático, en lugar de repararlo, si encuentra el neumático apuñalado o roto.
El neumático reparado no coincide con uno nuevo en rendimiento. Cuando el neumático se ha reparado temporalmente o por emergencia, se
supone que maneje lentamente al comercio y cambiarlo. Si es posible, no se le permite llevar algún pasajero o carga antes de fijar el Nuevo
neumático.

3. Instrucción de funcionamiento
Periódo de manejo
El periodo de funcionamiento significa un método llevado a cabo durante el partido de ida para garantizar que las articulaciones entre las
diferentes partes de la motocicleta están con el mejor estado.
El kilometraje de una motocicleta nueva: 1000 km
Requerimientos durante el periodo de manejo
1. Evitar el acelerador totalmente abierto, la velocidad del motor es no más de 6.5×1000 rpm
2. Cada marcha se debe aplicar al menos una vez.
3. Evitar la sobrecarga.
4. El aceite debe ser cambiado 3 veces.
El funcionamiento durante los actos de periodo de manejo como la siguiente manera:
(1) 0-300km de Rodaje
Cuando conduce, el puño del acelerador debe tener no menos de media vuelta. Usted debe para el motor y enfriarlo por 10 minutos cada
30 minutos que maneja. Usted debe aplicar frecuentemente cambios de velocidad y engranaje. No maneje el vehículo siempre en una posición
fija de acelerador y engranaje.
Por favor evitar gira el puno del acelerador que supere los dos tercios cuando conduce. Prohibido manejar con el acelerador totalmente girado.
La velocidad y la palanca de cambios se debe cambiar constantemente, por favor asegurarse no manejar no conducir con el la posición del

Por favor cambiar el aceite durante el periodo de manejo
Se requiere que usted debe cambiar el aceite durante el periodo de manejo (1000km).
Esto significa que será cambiado a los 300km, 600km y 1000km por separado, y alrededor de 1500km después.
La calidad de aceite: es mejor utilizar el aceite de 15W/40-SG o más alto.
El propósito de cambio de aceite: al salir el pequeño hierro, cual es producida por las partes del motor trabajando, manteniendo el motor

Inicio de la Motocicleta
Advertencia: Asegúrese que el soporte principal está en posición de pie, no otra posición.
Peligros: Hay un escape de gas venenosos de monóxido de carbono. Se acumulara un alto gas de monóxido de carbono rápidamente, así
que por favor no encienda el motor en un espacio cerrado (tales como un garaje cerrado). Incluso abrir el garaje, además tiene que encender
el motor durante la conducción de la motocicleta de ahí.
Si el engranaje esta fuera de uso, por favor cambie a tiempo, de lo contrario sucederá un accidente. Prohibido encender el motor cuando el
engranaje del embrague, de lo contrario se romper a las piezas de repuesto o sucederá un accidente.
Preparando el trabajo cuando enciende
(1) Encienda el interruptor de encendido: Gire el interruptor de encendido a la posición de “ ”, y luego gire el interruptor preestablecido off

Arranque de pie
Cuando el trabajo de preparación de partida ha terminado, por favor intensifique subiendo el brazo al pie, y además girando el mango del
acelerador para encender el motor.(Asegurar que el aire de ahogo está en posición completamente abierta cuando la velocidad ideal es
estable.)
Cuando usa el arranque de pie, se debe subir rápidamente y fuerte, de manera suficiente para hacer que el cigüeñal gire para arrancar el motor.
Encendido Electrico
Cuando el trabajo de preparación de partida ha terminado, por favor apague el botón de encendido eléctrico, también girar la manija de
la empuñadura del acelerador para encender el motor. (Asegurar que el aire de ahogo está en posición completamente abierta cuando la
velocidad ideal es estable.)

Nota:
(1) Por favor soltar el botón inmediatamente dentro de los 3~5 segundos cuando está usando el botón de encendido eléctrico, de lo contrario
la vida útil de la batería puede ser influenciado, ya que se descarga rápidamente.
(2) Cuando se inicia el motor, por favor suelte el botón de encendido eléctrico inmediatamente. Cuando el motor esta trabajando. No se permite
el funcionamiento del botón del arranque eléctrico, de lo contrario el motor se rompe fácilmente.
(3) Si el motor no puede iniciar dentro de las tres veces, por favor use el arranque de pie, para evitar que el poder de la batería se rompa
demasiado y acorta la vida.
(4) Cuando se usa el arranque de pie, por favor intensificar a partir de la varilla de poder para evitar el alcance de su pie o rotura de piezas.
(5) El encendido eléctrico y arranque de pie, no se puede usar juntos.
(6) Después de iniciar en frio, asegurarse de calendar el motor, y no manejar en carretera directamente.

Conducción de la Motocicleta
Funcionamiento de la marcha de cambios
(1) Cuando el motor esta en ralentí, tire de la palanca de embrague para desenganchar el embrague y subir la marcha de cambios a la 1era
marcha.
(2) Lentamente suelte la palanca del embrague para acoplar el embrague y al mismo tiempo aumentar gradualmente la velocidad del motor
para asegurar un arranque suave de la motocicleta.
(3) Cuando la motocicleta alcanza una velocidad constante, y luego lentamente reduzca la velocidad del motor, y saque el embrague y cambie a
la 2da marcha y luego aumente la velocidad del motor, y al mismo tiempo suelte la palanca del embrague lentamente para asegurar un arranque
suave de la motocicleta.
(4) Desacelere antes de cambiar a una marcha más baja. Por favor aumente la velocidad antes de cambiar a una marcha mas baja para evitar
que las partes de transmisión y la llanta trasera se rompan.
(5) Repita las operaciones anteriores para cambiar de una marcha alta a una marcha baja.

(6) Cuando cambie la marcha, por favor asegúrese que la intensificación de la marcha de cambios está en la posición correcta, y luego suelte
el embrague.
Nota: Cualquier cambio de marcha la velocidad no puede aumentar el espacio rojo del medidor. Cuando inicie la motocicleta, y la marcha de
cambios esta libre, y indicador muestra la luz verde. Usted debería mejor soltar la palanca del embrague lentamente para asegurarse que está
en una marcha libre.
Peligros: Es peligroso que se corra con marcha libre (o desenganchar el embrague) en cualquier momento. Si enganchar el embrague o
reducir la velocidad, prohibido el cambio de la marcha de cambios. De lo contrario, el sistema de transmisión y otras partes se romperían.
GUIA PARA CONDUCIR CON SEGURIDAD:
El uso solo de la palanca de freno o el pedal de freno se debilitara el frenado.
El uso excesivo del frenado puede causarle a la llanta un abrazo mortal reducir la capacidad de control del vehículo.

Al bajar una pendiente larga, por favor baje la marcha del motor frenando y use el freno delantero y trasero desconectividad el continuo frenado
puede causar que los frenos se calienten resultando una debilidad en la capacidad de frenado.
Poner los pies en el pedal de freno o la mano en la palanca de freno mientras conduce hacer que la luz de freno intermitente. Pasar a otros
conductores una señal incorrecta y además frena y está muy caliente pueden debilitar el efecto de frenado.
Prohibida la aceleración fuerte, girar y el frenado sobre carreteras húmeda -resbaladiza, carril de carretera, un lugar de trabajo constructivo con
placa de acero etc, de lo contrario esto causara que el neumático se deslice hacia un lado y pierda el control en la vuelta. En tal caso, debería
de desacelerar por adelantado y mantener su motocicleta fijamente y luego usar lentamente el freno delantero y trasero.
Cuando gira, por favor devuelva la palanca del acelerador o el freno para bajar la velocidad evitando la pérdida de control causando deslizarse
de lado y dar vuelta.

Cuando pasa los vehículos por la calles de parqueo, por favor prestar más atención para evitar que los conductores en el estacionamiento no
puedan verlos y abrir la puertas del vehículo.
Por favor revise el sistema de frenos después de que lava la motocicleta para evitar debilitamiento en el rendimiento de frenado.
ESTACIONAMIENTO
Poco a poco aflojar el acelerador e ir bajando la marcha para bajar la velocidad y usar el freno delantero y trasero para detener la moto. Luego
gire el interruptor apagado de encendido y bloquee la barra de dirección y tome la llave.
Por favor ampliar la distancia de frenado cuando la velocidad es alta. Por favor asegurarse que la distancia es suficiente para detenerse.
Solamente el frenado delantero y frenado trasero es peligroso. Esto lo llevara a deslizarse o perder el control.

mantenimiento y el periodo de mantenimiento.
Esta instrucción de mantenimiento se realiza por conducción de términos
regulares. Sobre un camino rápido o húmedo- resbaladizo y en una condición
de arena-polvo, el mantenimiento debe ser más. Por favor póngase en

información de mantenimiento.

Revisión del nivel de aceite
La tapa de llenado de aceite (varilla) marca del nivel superior, marca del nivel inferior . Revise el nivel de aceite lubricante antes de conducir,
La varilla está ubicada en la parte trasera del cigüeñal derecho, para medir el nivel de aceite, se debe mantener entre los puntos superior e
inferior.
Ponga la motocicleta en un lugar plano, desplegar el lado lateral, saque la varilla, límpiela, inserte dentro del aceite de nuevo, vea el nivel de
aceite.
introduzca 150w/40-SG gasolina lentamente hasta la marca de la línea, pero no llene todo.
Tomar el sello del aceite del motor para revisar si hay fugas de aceite o no.
Nota:
Los repuestos del motor se pueden dañar si funciona con poco aceite de motor.
Cambio de lubricante
Ponga la motocicleta en un lugar plano, mantener el lado lateral, y encender el motor por algunos minutos, luego poner a un lado el sello del
aceite del motor con el palo pisando el encendido algunas veces para descargar todo el aceite.
Compruebe el sello de descarga de aceite si está bien o no, si no, debe cambiarlo.
Entrada de aceite de motor adecuada, inicie el motor por unos minutes, luego revise el nivel de aceite para ver si hay fugas o no.
Nota:
Durante el cambio de aceite lubricante, la marcha debe ser neutro. No coloque ningún otro químico. Dar aceite desperdiciado y liquido de

Limpieza del carbono
La bujía, parte superior del tapón, el anillo y la cámara de combustible etc debe ser limpiada por un técnico profesional con regularidad para

Reemplazo del aceite lubricante del motor
Cuando después de 1000km, el periodo d reemplazo del aceite es de “una vez cada 1500km”

1) Antes de reemplazarlo, el motor debe detenerse después de tener suficiente calentamiento.
2) Antes de la sustitución, poner una caja vacía debajo del motor, abrir el cárter de aceite, tome el resorte, filtrar y dar un paso inversa apartir
del brazo para garantizar toda la salida de aceite.
3) Limpiar el tornillo y filtro suficiente y revisar el sello del anillo, luego poner todas las cosas en el orden correcto.
4) Immit Nuevo aceite de motor de 4 tiempos especial 15W/40-SG y fija la materia del aceite de motor.
5) Iniciar el motor y esperar por 3-5 minutos.
6) Detenga el motor y espere por 2-3 minutos, poner la motocicleta en una superficie solida y nivelada, verifique la línea del aceite del motor
para asegurar que no se escapa.
AVISO: por favor tratar con el aceite del motor bajo el principio de protección del ambiente. Le sugieren para sellar el aceite del motor en un
perno y darlo al centro del ciclo o servicio con el fin de hacer uso del ciclo. No lo tire en los desechos puede o derramarlo sobre el suelo o
dentro de la cloaca.
Tocar el aceite de motor puede causar cáncer en la piel. Le sugerimos lavarse las manos oportunamente si usted toca el aceite de motor.
Elección de Bujía y revisión
La bujía es una parte importante del motor, remueva el enchufe de la bujía y revise el espacio del electrodo. La potencia del motor y la capacidad
de encendido se afectaran si el carbón está muy almacenado.
Retire la tapa de la bujía, limpie alrededor la suciedad, enchufe de la bujía usando una llave de la caja de herramientas retire la bujía, limpie la
suciedad de la bujía utilizando un cepillo de alambre de acero.
Revise los daños de la bujía, espacio del electrodo, sello del anillo de sello, si tiene algún daño, cambie la bujía. El espacio
normal de la bujía es de 0.6-0.8mm.
El periodo de cambio de la bujía es: cada 8000km a tiempo.
Fijar la rosca de la bujía y apriete la bujía utilizando una llave cuando cambie la bujía.
AVISO: el motor se dañara si la bujía no está bien en el motor. Modelo de bujía diferente afecta el rendimiento del motor, si usted
puede comprar el modelo correcto de bujía, póngase en contacto con el distribuidor para comprar la bujía de repuesto correcta.
No apriete mucho la bujía para evitar daños en la rosca del motor.

Limpieza del filtro de aire y oportuno
La función del filtro de aire es poner el aire despejado dentro del carburador, y mezclado con la gasolina hace una
quema de gas mezclado.
Después 1000km recorridos, limpiar el filtro de aire por lo menos una vez. Revise cuidadosamente y limpie el filtro de aire después de 4000km
recorridos.
Acortar el tiempo de limpiar y el periodo de cambio de filtro si usted usa la motocicleta en áreas de mucho polvo. Mantener el filtro de aire limpio
puede mejorar la potencia del motor y prolongar el tiempo de uso del motor.
Desmonte el filtro del filtro de aire,
1) Sacar con cuidado el filtro.
2) Limpiar el filtro en limpiador de agua y séquelo después de limpiar.
3) Penetrar el filtro dentro 15W/40-SG gasolina de aceite del motor hasta la saturación y hasta fuera del borde hasta humedecerlo un poco.
4) Limpiar el polvo y misceláneo de filtro de aire exterior y secarlo.
5) Poner todo en el orden correcto y unir el filtro de aire.
Advertencia: la gasolina y una alta combustión impregnante es un punto fácil de quemar, no pueden ser usados para limpiar el filtro. No arrancar
el motor sin el filtro.
No meter agua dentro del filtro cuando lava el carro o esto puede afectar el rendimiento del motor.
Filtro sensor de paso de gasolina y cambio
El filtro del sensor de combustible esta debajo del tanque. Cambie y limpiar oportuno, el aire seco desde el interior al exterior después de
limpiar. Cambie si encuentra algún daño.
Revisión de fuga
La unión del camino de aire debe ser revisada de acuerdo a la regulación, especialmente por la unión del silenciador y el motor, y la unión del

Funcionamiento, revisión & ajuste del acelerador
Revise el acelerador
Ajuste de manera libre la barra del acelerador.
El camino libre de la barra del acelerador es de 2mm - 6mm.
Arriba - tuerca puede ser ajustada un poco , bajar – tuerca ( en la unión del carburador ) puede ser ajustada
Si necesita ajuste, en primer lugar suelte el tornillo de la tuerca ajustable, luego suba la tuerca para ajustar
Si necesita mucho ajuste, por favor soltar la tuerca apretada del cable del acelerador, ajuste el camino libre a 2mm - 6mm

Si el cable del acelerador está roto, estrangulado, o por mal camino, por favor renovar un nuevo cable.
Ajuste de embrague
El embrague es para transferir la potencia de motor a la transmisión, corte el suministro de energía
si es necesario, por lo tanto el usuario debe agarrar todo el embrague o soltarlo totalmente. Si no, fácil
daña el embrague. El usuario puede lubricar el cable del embrague para evitar abrasión y que
se pudra pronto.
Camino libre de la barra de embrague es 10 mm - 20 mm. Si ajusta un poco, primeramente afloje
la tuerca apretada, gire el perno ajustable. Si ajusta mucho, por favor afloje la tuerca apretada de la placa del embrague del cigüeñal y ajuste.
Después de ajustar el embrague, agarrar la barra del embrague, inicie el motor y cambie la marcha, asegúrese que el motor no pare, la

Ajuste del carburador ralentí de velocidad
El ralentí de velocidad estándar (marcha neutro): 1500±100 r/min, la velocidad del ralentí debe ser ajustada sobre una temperatura normal
del motor trabajando. Después de 10 minutos del motor trabajando normal. No trate de ajustar la velocidad del ralentí para compensar otro
sistema.
El usuario puede disminuir la velocidad del ralentí en alta temperatura (tal como el verano), aumentar en temperatura baja (tal como el invierno).
El usuario no puede a menudo ajustar la velocidad del ralentí, no disminuya la velocidad del ralentí bajo de 1200 r/min , de lo contrario hace
que las partes de repuestos tenga mas erosión.

Revisión / ajuste y lubricación de la cadena de manejo
Revisión y lubricación de la cadena de manejo
La cadena de manejo incluye partes de funcionamiento mutuo, el no mantenimiento a tiempo acelerara la erosión de la cadena. Luego, el
usuario debe mantener regularmente la cadena. Si la cadena de manejo, rueda dentada grande, y rueda dentada pequeños están fuera de
uso, el usuario debe renovar a tiempo.
Comprobación de la siguiente manera:
1) Gire la marcha a neutro, apague el interruptor de encendido.
2) Use el dedo para agitar la cadena, el campo normal de onda normal debe estar de 10 mm a 20 mm.
3) Gire la rueda trasera y pare. Revise la elasticidad de la cadena de manejo. Repita varias veces, el grado vertical de la cadena debe ser
exacto. Si la cadena esta floja en alguna parte, esto significa que algunos enlaces se enredan y se doblan. Estos problemas se pueden resolver
lubricándose.
4) Revise la erosión de las dos ruedas dentadas y aprete la tuerca de la rueda dentada. Si un diente de la rueda dentada se rompe, se pierde
o se erosiona, por favor renueve.

Lubricación:
1) limpie la cadena de manejo, rueda dentada grande, rueda dentada pequeña, y lubrique con lubricante o adecuado aceite de motor, limpie y
lubrique por cada 500km, hacerlo más en campos de mucho polvo o manejo a alta velocidad a menudo.
Rectificación y reemplazo de la cadena de manejo
Rectificar:
1) Para la motocicleta en posición parada, asegurarse que la marcha esta en neutro, apagar la llave del interruptor de encendido.
2) Suelte la tuerca del eje de la rueda trasera, rectificar la tuerca ajustable en ambos lados de la horquilla, dejar la cadena con la oscilación
adecuado, (10 mm a 20 mm), la dirección de ambos lados estén en la misma escala, comprobar la elasticidad de la cadena, ajustar la rueda
trasera, apretar la tuerca ajustable.
Reemplazo:
1) Quitar hacia atrás la cadena impulsada por la presa de ajuste, quite el enlace.
2) Instale la nueva cadena de manejo y ajuste la onda.
3) Instale la prensa de ajuste, asegúrese de abrir la prensa de ajuste para tener resistencia de ejecución.
Advertir: Si la cadena está muy suelta, esta se cae y crea un accidente, puede dañar el motor, si la cadena está muy apretada, esto hará que
el motor y otras partes calves se sobrecarguen.

Revisión del amortiguador delantero
Revise la apariencia
Revise si el amortiguador delantero se dobla o se deforma, revise si hay corte
o fuga de aceite en el tubo interior.
Revisión de funcionamiento
Agarre la barra del freno delantero para detener la rueda, empuje el
amortiguador delantero varias veces para observar el amortiguador
delantero si el regreso u otro ruido es normal.
Nota: Si el amortiguador delantero esta dañado, por favor reparar o reemplazar.
Revisión del amortiguador trasero
Revisar si el amortiguador trasero tiene fuga de aceite, se dobla o se deforma, empuje el
amortiguador trasero varias veces para observar el amortiguador trasero si el regreso
u otro ruido es normal .
La pre-carga del resorte del amortiguador trasero puede ser ajustada por la diferente carga
y la conducción de manejo.
REVISIÓN Y AJUSTE DEL SISTEMA DE FRENO
• Revise el nivel de aceite de freno en la bomba principal de freno para ver si se mantiene por debajo del límite regulado, o bien de la bomba
maestra.
• Revise el nivel de aceite de freno en la bomba maestra de freno para ver si se mantiene por debajo del límite regulado, o bien la tapa de la
bomba maestra debe ser removida para agregar el aceite de freno.
• Atornille el tornillo, revise las pastillas de frenos para ver si se exceden del límite de desgaste, si es así, deben ser cambiadas.
AJUSTE DE FRENO
• El camino libre del manillar del freno delantero es de 10-20mm, si esto es incorrecto, debe ser ajustado de acuerdo a las siguientes maneras:
• Accionar la barra del freno delantero varias veces, luego apriételo, descargue el tapón de rosca de escape para dejar salir el aire en el cilindro

MANTENIMIENTO & REEMPLAZO DEL SILENCIADOR
Limpie regularmente el depósito de carbón en el tubo de escape, revise en el interior del tubo de escape de grietas y daños de arandela, y
repare o reemplace si es necesario.
Nota: 1. Cuando usted re-instale el silenciador, por favor use una nueva arandela de sellado.
2. cuando el motor trabaja, el silenciador está muy caliente, por favor tener cuidado.
ADVERTENCIA: Con el fin de prevenir daños en el equipo, por favor trate de evitar la siguiente situación que aparece:
• El tiempo para la velocidad del ralentí es muy largo.
• El suministro de aceite es normal pero no se puede iniciar.
• Extraer el cable de encendido de alta presión.
• Infundir el aceite de motor en el tubo de escape.
BATERÍA
El electrolito de la Batería es venenoso, así que asegúrese de no desprenderla. Manipule de acuerdo
con las normas de protección ambiental nacional o local.
Mantenga la bacteria de acuerdo con el programa de mantenimiento de este manual. El voltaje de la bacteria usado en la motocicleta es 12V,
no necesita de revisión y mantenimiento.
PRECAUCIÓN
• Cuando la motocicleta se va almacenar por un periodo de tiempo extenso, retire la bacteria de la motocicleta y cárguela completamente, y
luego almacénela en un lugar fresco y seco. Si la primera terminal de la batería y luego pasa al cable positivo.
• La manguera de ventilación debe ser colocada correctamente cuando la batería es revisada. Si no, los gases se fugan de la batería o
electrolito causara corrosión del bastidor principal y daños en la superficie.
ADVERTENCIA

• El Electrolito es venenoso. Si lo ingiere, tomar una gran cantidad de agua o leche y seguir con leche magnesia o aceite vegetal y llamar al
médico.
• Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños.
El electrolito debe ser inspeccionado una vez al mes y se debe mantener entre la marca más baja y el más alto. Si el electrolito es demasiado
menor, debe quitar la tapa del conector de la batería y agregar agua destilada sobre la marca más alta con una tina plástica. Pero nunca se
debe añadir acido sulfúrico en el mismo. Por lo contrario, si el electrolito es demasiado, debería llevarlo a cabo si está por encima de la marca
más alta.
NOTA
La batería solo se puede añadir con agua destilada. El agua acortara la vida útil. Una vez que usted comience a usar la batería, el acido sulfúrico
no se puede añadir nunca más. Cuando usted está inspeccionando o agregando el agua destilada dentro de la bacteria, el tubo del respiradero
debe ser conectado y no se puede doblar o torturarlo.
Si el electrolito esta encima de la marca más alta, se desbordara oxidándose el motor, el marco y otras partes y incluso causar un corto circuito
entre los polos de la placa del electrodo. Al fin, la batería será dañada. Así que si el electrolito se desborda, se debe limpiar con agua a la vez.
Los residuos y uso de baterías deben ser tratados de acuerdo a la normativa vigente y no pueden ser tirados al azar y causar contaminación
del medio ambiente.
ATENCIÓN
El electrolito dentro de la batería (acido sulfúrico) es agrio. Prohibido que los niños toquen la batería.
Si el acido sulfúrico toca sus ojos y se quemara severamente.
Si el electrolito le salpica dentro de sus ojos, usted debería lavarse sus ojos por al menos 15 minutos con abundante agua puesto en gran
recipiente y luego ir al médico de inmediato. No use agua a presión o le perjudicara sus ojos.
Si el electrolito es ingerido, por favor tomar mucha agua o leche y ir por un médico de inmediato.
La batería producirá un gas explosivo cuando se carga, por lo que la carga debe ser procesada lejos del fuego y los lugares ventilados. Cuando
la bacteria es instalada, el tubo de respiración debe ser suave. Y debería estar prohibido que la batería este rodeada de agua cuando el carro
está siendo lavado.

REEMPLAZO DEL FUSIBLE
Si el fusible está fallando, el interruptor de encendido y otro interruptor falla. Reemplácelo por el fusible de respaldo dentro de la caja de fusible.
Después de eso, activar y ver si todos los dispositivos de eléctricos trabajan normalmente.
Si no tiene fusible que tenga el mismo amperaje como el original, por favor instálelo con uno más pequeño.
Si el fusible que tiene el mismo amperaje con el original está fallando otra vez después que lo reemplazo, por favor si sigue fallando uno dentro
de la caja de fusible y contacte con nuestra estación de mantenimiento de su distrito para su inspección.
ADVERTENCIA
El interruptor de encendido debe estar apagado antes de la inspección o reemplazo del fusible para

Algunos pequeños mantenimientos, ajuste del espejo retrovisor y reemplazo de los

HACER UN ANALISIS INSPECCIONAR Y REPARAR

(1) Despachar la bujía y conectar con líneas de alta- tensión.

LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAJE DEL VEHICULO

desaparecerá gradualmente. Por favor inicie el motor cuando abra la luz delantera.
(4) Después de la limpieza, use mucha agua para lavar todo el vehículo. El limpiador penetrado se oxidara las partes de la motocicleta.
(5) Seque la motocicleta y ponga el aceite lubricante de una vez.

Ponga la motocicleta sobre una tabla de madera, deje el neumático delantero y trasero que toque el suelo.
El uso de la Motocicleta después de almacenamiento.
(1) Retire la cubierta de la motocicleta, y limpiar la motocicleta.
(2) Si el periodo de almacenaje tiene una duración de 4 meses, antes, por favor cambiar el aceite del motor.

This type of motorcycle only can travel at highway.

1. Motorcycle safe driving
Motorcycles are a unique motor vehicle, it can bring rider comfort and convenience. In order to ensure the best performance of your motorcycle,
you must rightly maintain motorcycle. As a rider, you must confirm your health status as well, you are not tired so that at your best to control
vehicle. You should not ride after taking drugs or alcohol, especially alcohol, even a small amount of alcohol will greatly increase the possibility
of distress.
Strictly comply with traffic laws! Drunk driving is strictly prohibited!
Prohibited the exercise of speeding!
Safe Driving Rules
Motorcycle drivers must pass the traffic management department’s examination and
you can ride motorcycle after obtaining a driving license. And you can not lend you
motorcycle to a person without a driving license.
Your driving skills and mechanical knowledge, are the basis of safe driving. At first a small open place to practice until you can completely
be familiar with the motorcycle’s mechanical properties and its method of operation. At any time, you must drive after master the driving skill.
If you are responsible for your own safety seriously, and you are familiar with driving problem which may encounter on the road, then your
motorcycle can give you many years’ service and driving pleasure.
Warning: Before starting the engine, you must first check their vehicles to make sure vehicles are safe for normal.
To avoid damage, you should do as follow:
1. Observance the traffic rules.
2. Keep sat distance with the other vehicles.
3. Over-speed is prohibit, the speed should be controlled within the roadway.
4. Wear the bright colored clothes.

5. Use the turning light, horn, brake etc correctly.
6. Be more careful when you at turning, crossway, park or there are blindfolds on the road.
7. Always be remember when it is overcast or rainy: the distance of brake is twice of the sunny day.
8. Be careful well cover, oil and moist on the road. Please slow down when you don’t know the road condition.
9. Usually, the crosswind occurs at tunnel, valley or large vehicles exceed from the back, you should slow down when you drive on
abovementioned road condition.
10. When you are driving, the hand should grip the steering tube, the foot should step on the left and right footrest. The passenger must clasp
the driver waist; the foot should step on the left and right footrest; the leg should as close as possible to the driver.
Safety supplies
It could protect the driver’s safety if you wear the safety supplies properly. Although it can’t provide comprehensive protection，but wear
appropriate clothes could reduce accidents.
Warning: To ensure your safety, before driving you must wear the quality helmet, high-quality riding clothes, durable shoes, gloves and other
protective equipment. passanger should also follow the above. It will increase the casualty rate of traffic accident if you don’t wear the helmet.
Helmet, and eye protector
A proper, cozy and safe helmet serves as the most important protection. Because it can remarkably reduce the chance of hurting the head and
the degree of damage. A colorful helmet can help you easily draw attention.
A helmet that exposes our face provides partial protection. A totally-enclosed helmet provides an effective protection of your eyes and vision.

Other protections
The boot protects your foot and ankle. The leather glove prevents your hands from being scratched and burned. A suitable coat or jacket can
provide protection too. A costume that looks shiny and is able to reflect light helps you easily draw attention.
The motorcycle’s muffler is the hottest part. To avoid scald by touching it, you should wear a long boot or a costume that protects your leg
when driving.
Loose, weird clothes is not helpful for safe driving. It is easy to be hooked by the steer grip, starting lever, footrest as well as the wheels.
Keep it in your mind that a good protector can serves as protection only. Don’t neglect traffic rules even if you wear any kind of protector.
Note: an excellent motorcycle driver always pays much attention to driving.
The modifying of the vehicle
Warning: the users must obey the regulations by the traffic administration department. Casual modifying or dismantling the original vehicle never
guarantees Driving safety.
Dismantling or modifying of light, muffler, transmission controlling system or other parts makes your motorcycle illegal.
It is strongly commended that you should not dismantle any original parts or modify the vehicle in any possible way. By doing so, the design
of the motorcycle and its operation will be changed. The modifications mentioned above have an impact on the operation, stability and brake
capability of the motorcycle and reduce Driving safety. If you have any good modification ideas, write to us, and we will put it into practice after
it is approve.
Parts
We strongly recommend you to use the original parts which pass our company’s professional design and testing, because our company’s parts
are all specially designed and have gotten a lot of testing on motorcycle. Maybe there are various kinds of parts on the market which could be
installed on your motorcycle, but our company couldn’t test it one by one, and can not directly control the quality and application. The surface of

some the other company’s parts is look the same with the original parts, but actually, the effect will be quite different. You must be responsible
for yourself actions, if you select, install and use the other company’s products. We suggest that you ask your distributor to help you select
high-quality parts on the market, and make the right installation. Please according to the “safe driving rules,” and pay attention to the followings:
1. To ensure that the parts do not affect the lighting, reduce ground clearance, angle, suspension stroke and direction of steering.
2. Any additional weight of accessories, or the accessories easy to head wind, the installation location should be as low as possible, close to
the body and near the center of gravity. Shelf and accessories must be carefully inspected to insure whether they are installed firmly. Or, it will
create dangerous.
3. To check the installation height of the accessories and roll angle whether they are appropriate, wrong installation will reduce safety factors.
Don’t hinder the effective of shock absorber, turning and control functions.
4. It will severely create imbalance if the accessory is installed at the steering tube and front fork. This will reduce the sensitivity of turning, result
front-wheel vibration, drive instability. You should installed the lowest weight parts on the steering tube and front fork
5. Windshield boards, backrest, saddle bags, suitcases and so on are all head wind, easily lead to instability on the road. In particular, when
the crosswind occurs or the large vehicles interleaving evident. If you install the accessories incorrect or install with inferior accessories, it will
create dangerous. Therefore, you should be careful with the selection and installation the accessories.
6. The driver would be took the deviation from the normal position by some accessories, and it also would be limited ,not only working space,
but also operating ability
7. Do not install additional engine cooling device
8. Additional electrical parts would overload the existing electrical system, too much overload might damage the wiring, or cause dangerous
due to a short-term power outage.
9. Don’t bring a trailer or sidecar, the design of this motorcycle without these purposes; it will affect the operation of motorcycle if you do that.
Non our company’s parts or improper maintain may cause serious injuries.

Cargo loading
Motorcycle has requests on the weight distribution of the carried goods.
When you carry a passenger, you may probably feel the difference between acceleration and braking. But if you implement long-term
maintenance on the motorcycle, and there are good tyre and braking system, you could make safe driving in the limited loading.
Carrying the goods should be near the center of the center of the vehicle
But if the loading surpass the limited loading, there are serious shaking, flutter and instability.
The focus of the carried goods should be near the center of the vehicle. All goods should be fastened to the vehicle, and have the carried weight
be average loaded on both sides, try to maintain the balance of the vehicle.
When the focus of the cargo center is far away from the vehicle’s center, will affect the driver’s the handling stability of the driver, resulting in
potential safety problems.
Please don’t put large and heavy objects on steering handle, front shock absorber and fender, or will lead to travel not smooth and shift-direction
flexible.
According to the loaded weight and traffic situation, there are definite provisions on the atmospheric pressure of the tyre.
Warning: Strictly Prohibit surpassing the load requirements of the vehicle. Overloading or improper loading may cause serious injuries.

When you register your motorcycle, you have to provide the frame no and engine no. Record these numbers for a rainy day. Please fill in the
blank space provided by the vehicle identification number, engine number, it will also help you to order spare parts from our company or entrust
the special services to us, or when your motorcycle is stolen for use as a query.

Meter and ignition switch
Combination ignition switches settings at the bottom of meter. Ignition switch must be open before the start motorcycle.
“ ” (off): disconnect the entire circuit, the engine should not start, the key can be removed.
“ ” (on): throughout the circuit closed, the engine can start, the key can not be removed.
Direction lock
If parking and locking direction, you need turn the grip left to the end, and then press down the key from “ ” (off) position, and through
anti-clockwise direction rotate to “ ” (lock) to lock steering, and remove the key; if opening direction locks, simply rotate the key clockwise to

the “ ” (off) can be open, and then remove the key.
Attention: when the motorcycle stops, you have to lock the steering system. While driving a motorcycle, prohibit rotating ignition switch key to
the locked position of the direction lock, otherwise will cause the motorcycle out of control.

Caution: before change lane and take a turn on the road, you must give a turning signal. After finishing them, remember to close the

Preset switch off located on the right handle switch component, there

“ ”Disconnect the entire circuit of motorcycle, the engine can not start or make the engine flameout.

Electric start button
Electric start button located on the right handle switch component.
Operation: the preparatory work to start is completed, press the electric start button, at the same time rotate throttle handle to hasten, you can
start the engine.

Fuel tank cover
Selection of fuel
Please use unleaded or low lead content of No.93 or more high-grade gasoline.
If the improper selection of fuel will have a knock or start the engine difficult, affecting the life of the engine, power, emissions, and fuel
consumption.
Fuel consumption economy is the speed at the given experimental conditions the measured value. Therefore, in accordance with the actual
moving of the climate, road conditions, vehicle maintenance and other conditions may change, the fuel consumption will be different.
Ways to open the fuel tank cover

Inserting key into the fuel tank and then rotating the key can open the fuel tank lock.
When need to turn off. let the latch of the fuel tank cover direct at the trenches of fuel tank neck hole, and then press it between the fuel tank
neck hole can be locked and remove the key.
Attention:
Not to use high-pressure water washing fuel tank cover, so as to avoid water entering the tank.
When filling fuel into the fuel tank, should add filter net at the mouth of fuel tank.
Caution: the fuel tank should not add too full, otherwise, the spill of oil will corrosive paint surface and plastic parts, but also may cause fire.
After adding fuel, you have to lock rightly the fuel tank cover.
Warning: gasoline is flammable and explosive goods. When fill fuel, prohibit smoking and away from the fire source. Should be ventilated at an
outdoor venue, turn off the engine before adding fuel.
Fuel cock
The fuel switch is located under the fuel tank, with the fuel cock in “ • ” (OFF) position, the supplying of fuel will be stop. turn the fuel cock in
this position, whenever the motorcycle is not in use.
When driving, with the cock in “ “ (ON) position ，the fuel’s supplying is started (fuel can flow into the carburetor from fuel tank)
Warning:
Correct use of the fuel cock will avoid the suddenly
stopp resulting from out of fuel supplying.
Selection of gasoline and lubrication oil.
The selection of lubrication
Lubrication is a main factor that affects the performance
of engine and engine`s service life. It also has a slight effect on the motorcycle emission.

Therefore, lubrication must be selected and changed according to the regulations. The replacements, including common oil, gear oil, plant oil,
are not allowed besides oil additions.
Before the delivery, Oil 15W/40-SG for 4 stroke motorcycle is injected into this type of motorcycle. If Oil 15W/40-SG is unavailable locally, SG
or SJ gasoline engine oil in the API classification can be used as replacement. The quality rate must reach at least SG in viscidity, when trying
to use other types of lubrication.
The selection of lubricaition must follow with different areas and various temperatures as
shown in the diagram on the right. When changing the lubricaiton, the old lubrication left in
crankcase must be drained up first , and then new lubricaiton can be injected in.
Note: The engine can be protected and its service life can be also extended by using
lubrication with good quality.
Tyre
The tyre for this type of motorcycle is designed according to its compatibility with the vehicle in order to guarantee such operations as stable
and comfortable driving, normal brake and etc.
To choose a proper tyre pressure makes sure that the motorcycle can be driven at the best stable state and with comfort, and the tyre can be
durable. It is suggested that the tyre pressure should be checked each time before the operation, and the tyre pressure should be checked
once a month or checked when you find the pressure inadequate.
Note: Usually, inadequately-filled tyre would cause uneven wear. It also has a negative effect on the manipulation and usually, the tyre will
become overheating and be exploded.
Overly-filled tyre makes you feel the driving dumpy when driving. Usually, the tyre will become broken due to the uneven pavement and prone
to uneven wear.
It is suggested that you should check the tyres with eye-watch at least once a month, or measure the pressure with the instrument when you
think the pressure inadequate.
After driving for a few miles, the tyre pressure tends to be higher than it is when not used. Please have the tyre pressure checked 3 hours after
you stop using the motorcycle and see if the pressure meets the standard:

front tyre: 200 Kpa rear tyre: 225Kpa
It is very dangerous to use overly-worn tyres. The pulling power, stability, turning and manipulation of the vehicle will be affected.
Before driving, the tyre should be checked for any possible crack, nail or other sharp object on it and to see if any dent or distortion happens
to the tyre and the wheel hub.
It likely to reduce the operating stability and lose control when you drive a motorcycle with overly-worn tyres. The tyre must be changed when
you find the depth of the tyre tread in the middle of the front tyre less than 1.6 mm. The tyre must be changed when you find the depth of the
tyre tread in the middle of the rear tyre less than 2mm.
Note: you should use a new tyre, instead of repairing it , if you find the tyre stabbed or broken.
The repaired tyre does not match a new one in performance. When the tyre has been repaired temporarily or for emergency, you are supposed
to drive it slowly to the dealer and change it. If possible, you are not allowed to carry any passenger or cargo before fixing the new tyre.
The replacement must be the same as the old one in its classification and specification. You must make sure the tyres are positioned in a state
of equilibrium after fixing them.
Warning: Fixing improper tyres affects the operation and stability of the vehicle. This may lead to traffic accident and cause severe injury or even
death. Please use the tyre with the size and the classification suggested in the owner`s manual.

3. Operation instruction
Running in period
Running in period means a method undertaken during the first leg to guarantee that the joints among different parts on a motorcycle should be
at the best state.
The mileage for a new motorcycle: 1000 km
Requirements during the running in period
1. To avoid full open throttle, the engine speed is no more than 6.5×1000 rpm
2. Each gear should be applied at least once.
3. Avoid overloading.
4. Oil must be changed for 3 times
The operation during the running in period acts as follows:
(1) 0-300km running-in
When driving, the throttle twist grip should have no more than a half turn. You should stop the engine and cool it for 10 minutes every other
30-minutes drive. You should apply frequently-changed speed and gear. Don`t dirve the vehicle long at a fixed throttle position and a fixed gear.
(2) 300-600km Running-In
Please avoiding turn on throttle handle bar exceed two third when you drive. Forbidden drive by turn on throttle totally. The speed and gearshift
should be changed constantly, please make sure don’t drive on the fixed throttle position and the fixed gearshift.
(3) 600-1000km Running-In
Please avoiding turn on throttle handle bar exceed three fourths when driving. Forbidden drive by turn on throttle totally. The speed and gearshift
should be changed constantly, please make sure don’t drive on the fixed throttle position and the fixed gearshift.

Please change oil during running-in period
It is required that you should change oil during running-in period (1000km).
It means that it would be changed at 300km, 600km and 1000km separately ,and at about 1500km after then.
The quality of oil: you’d better use 15W/40-SG oil or more higher.
The purpose of changing oil: to getting out the tiny iron, which is produced by the engine working parts ,keeping engine cleanly.
If engine is broken at the running-in period, please ask the designed examination shop.
Note: Please maintenance after finishing running-in to repairing mirror wear, and prolong the engine life.
Examination before Driving
It is important that checking your motorcycle carefully before driving, if there is any problem, please repair or contact with the distributor.

Starting Motorcycle
Warming: Make sure the main stand is at the most stand position, not other position.
Dangers: There is poisonous carbon monoxide gas from the exhaust. It will accumulate the high carbon monoxide gas rapidly, so please don’t
start engine at the enclosed space (such as the closed garage). Even open the garage, also please start engine during driving motorcycle from
there.
If clutch is out of use, please change timely, otherwise it will happen accident .Forbidden start engine when the clutch gear engage, otherwise
it will break the spare parts or it will happen accident.
Preparing Work When Starting
(1) Turn on ignition switch: Turn ignition switch to “ ” position, and turn preset switch off to “ ” position.
(2) Turn on fuel oil switch: Push handle grip to “ ”.
(3) Close air choke: Push handle grip to close (please push air choke to full open position when idle speed is stability).
(4) Please make gearshift to free (free indictor “N” is on) .It can be changed to low or free when using electric star. Clutch handle grip is hold
by left hand (get our clutch). The prepare of starting is finished.
Foot Starting
When the preparing work of starting is finished, please step up starting arm by foot, and also turning handle grip for throttle to starting engine.
(Make sure air choke is on full open position when ideal speed is stable.)
When using foot starting, it must step up rapidly and powerful, so that enough torque make crankshaft rotating to start engine.
Electric Starting
When the preparing work of staring is finished, please turn off electric starting botton, also turn throttle handle grip to starting engine. (Make
sure air choke is on full open position when ideal speed is stable).

Note:
(1) Please loose button immediately within 3~5 seconds when using electric starting button, otherwise the battery life would be influenced,
because it is discharged too fast.
(2) When engine is started, please release the electric starting button immediately. When engine is working, the operation of electric starting
button is not allowed, otherwise engine would be broken easily.
(3) If engine can not be started within three times, please use foot starting, so that avoiding the power of battery is broken too much to short
the life .
(4) When using foot staring, please don’t step up starting rod powerful to avoiding hunt your foot or break parts.
(5) For electric and foot staring engine, it can not use together.
(6) After cool starting, make sure warm up engine , and do not drive on road directly .
(7) Please accelerate stability after starting (turning the throttle handle grip).
Driving Motorcycle
Operation of changing gearshift
(1) When engine is idling, pull in the clutch lever to disengage the clutch and step up gearshift arm to shift into 1st gear.
(2) Slowly release the clutch lever to engage the clutch and at the same time gradually increase engine speed to ensure a smooth start
motorcycle.
(3) When the motorcycle attains a steady speed, and then slowly reduce the engine speed, and getting out of clutch ,and shift to 2nd gear .and
then increase the engine speed, and at the same time release clutch lever slowly to ensure a smooth start motorcycle.
(4) Deceleration before shift into low gear. Please increase engine speed before you shift into low gear to avoiding the transmission parts and
rear wheel is broken.
(5) Repeat the above operation to shift into the high gear and the low gear.

(6) When change the gear, please make sure stepping up the gearshift arm is on right position, and then release clutch.
Note: Any gearshift cannot increase speed to the red space of the meter. When starting motorcycle, and the gearshift is on free, and the indictor
show green light. You’d better loose clutch lever slowly to make sure whether it is on free shift.
Dangers: It is dangerous that run with free shift (or disengage the clutch) at any time. If it engage the clutch or reduce throttle, forbidden
changing gearshift. Otherwise engine, transmission system and other parts would be broken.
GUIDE TO SAFETY DRIVING:
The alone use of brake lever or brake pedal will weaken the effect of braking.
The excessive use of the braking maybe cause the wheel hugged deadly to reduce the control ability of the vehicle.
When driving in wet-slippery or rainy or soft road condition, the ability of driving and braking will be declined. Such a case, the driver should
operate steadily.
Instantaneous acceleration, braking or turning maybe cause the failure of braking. For safety, keep alert when braking, accelerating or turning.
When go down to long steep slope, please lower the gear for engine braking and use front and rear braking disconnectively continuous braking
will cause the brake shoes too hot resulting in the weakness of braking effect.
Putting your feet on brake pedal or your hand on brake lever during driving make brake light flashing. It passes other driver wrong signal and it
also lead brake shoes too heat and weaken the braking effect.
Forbidden sharp acceleration, turning and braking on the wet-slippery road, road rail, constructive workplace with steel plate etc, otherwise it is
easy to cause the tyre to slide toward side and loss of control even turn over. In such a case, you should decelerate in advance and keep your
bike steadily then use front and rear braking slowly.
When turning, please return throttle lever or brake to lower the speed avoid loss of the control to cause to slide toward side and turn over.
When passing the vehicles which park on roads, please give more attention to avoid drivers in parking vehicles can’t see you and open the
door of vehicle.

Please check brake system after cleaning bikes avoid to weaken the braking performance.
PARKING
Gradually loosen throttle and go to lower gear to lower the speed and use front and rear braking to stop the bike. Then turn ignition switch off
and lock steering stem and take the key out.
Please extend brake distance when the speed is high. Please make sure the distance is enough to stop.
Only front braking or rear braking is dangerous. It will lead to slide or out of control
If you need emergency braking, please close throttle and powerfully use brake pedal and brake lever. Before the vehicle completely stop, pull
the clutch lever back to avoid engine stopping working. Finally support the vehicle by main stand.
In emergency condition, press on the extinction switch to extinct the engine off.
Put the vehicle on solid and flat ground to avoid falling.
WARNING: When parking, please make sure keep combustible material like hey or leaves away from the exhaust system.
THE ANTI-THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE
Always lock steering stem when parking and take the key out.
Make sure the register information of this vehicle is correct and keep updated.

4. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Keep motorcycle in sound is the guarantee of safe, economical and smooth driving. It also reduces the pollution to the air.
To help you how to maintain the vehicle correctly, please carefully read the record sheet which
includes maintenance calendar and periodic maintenance.
This instruction of maintenance is made by regular driving terms. On the express way or
wet-slippery and in the condition of sand-dust, the maintenance should be more. Please
contact local dealer to learn more suggestion and information of maintenance.
To ensure the quality and reliability, please use the parts of this company to maintain or replace. If the vehicle
turned over or cracked up, please contact your dealer to check all main parts even if you repair part of the vehicle.
WARNING: Improper maintenance or non-obviation of malfunction will cause severe injure or death.
Always operate according to the instruction manual and inspection standard.
This part contains suggestion of instructing related to some important maintenance. You are allowed to make a proper maintenance by the tools

Checaking of oil level

The dipstick is located in the rear part of right crank case, for measuring the level of oil, which must stay between the upper and lower points.
Put the motorcycle on a level ground, unfold the side stand, take out the dipstick, wipe
it cleanly, insert into oil again, watch the oil level.
input 150w/40-SG gasoline slowly up to the mark line, but don’t put full.
take the engine oil seal to check leak oil or not.
Note:
The spare parts of engine may be damaged if operating in less engine oil.
Change the lubricating
Put motorcycle in the flat floor, maintain the side stand, and start the engine for some minutes, then put aside the engine oil seal with treading
starting pole some times for discharging all oil.
Check the discharge oil seal is well or not, if not, should change.
Input proper engine oil, start engine for some minutes, then check the oil level to see leak or not.
Note:
During changing lubricating oil, the gear must be neutral. Don’t put any other chemical in it. Give the wasted oil and cleaning liquid to relative
department to deal with instead of pouring random.
Clean of the Carbon
The spark plug, top of the plug, ring and fuel chamber etc should be cleaned by professional technician regularly to make it fully burning, and
the situation of the engine good.
Engine lubricating oil replacing
When after 1000km, the period of replacing oil is, “one time every 1500km”

1) Before replacing, engine should be stopped after enough warm-up.
2) Before replacing, put a empty box under engine, open oil sump, take spring, filter out and step reverse-starting arm to ensure the oil out fully.
3) Clear the bolt and filter enough and check seal ring, then put every things it to right order.
4) Immit special new 4 stroke engine oil 15W/40-SG and fix engine oil stuff.
5) Start engine and wait for 3-5 minutes.
6) Stop engine and wait for 2-3 minutes, make motorcycle on solid and level ground, check engine oil line to ensure no leaking.
NOTICE: please deal with the engine oil under environment protection principle. You are suggested to seal the engine oil in a bolt and give it to
the cycle center or service in order to make cycle use. Do not throw it in rubbish can or pour it on ground or into cloaca.
Touch engine oil may cause skin cancer. We suggest you wash hands timely if you touch engine oil.
Spark plug choosing and checking
Spark plug is the important part of engine, remove sleeve of spark plug and check the clearance of electrode. The engine power and ignition
capacity will be affected if carbon stored too much.
Remove spark plug cup, clear the dirt around, using spark plug sleeve spanner in tool kit to remove spark plug, clear dirt of spark plug by using
steel wire brush.
Check the damage of the spark plug, clearance of electrode, seal of the seal ring .if any damage, change the spark plug.
The normal clearance of electrode is 0.6-0.8mm.
The period of spark plug changing is: every 8000km on time.
Fix spark plug on screw thread and tighten the spark plug by using spark plug sleeve spanner when changing spark plug.
NOTICE: engine will be damaged if the spark plug is not right to engine. Different model of spark plug affects the engine
performance, if you can buy the right model of spark plug,
please contact the dealer to buy the appropriate refill spark plug.
Do not tighten the spark plug too much to avoid the damage of the engine screw
thread. On usually case, after hand tighten, and span for 1/4 to 1/2 ring by spanner.

Avoid sundries into cylinder after remove spark plug.
Air cleaner clearing and fitting
The function of air cleaner is to put cleared air into carburetor, and mixed with petrol to make burning mixed gas.
After 1000km riding, clear air cleaner at least one time. Check carefully and clean air cleaner filter after 4000km riding.
Shorten the time of clear and period of changing air cleaner if you use the motorcycle in the much dust area. Keep air cleaner clean can improve
the power of engine and prolong the engine using time.
Disassembly the filter of the air cleaner,
1) Take out filter discreteness
2) Clear filter in water cleanser and dry it after clear
3) Penetrate filter into 15W/40-SG petrol engine oil until saturation and edge out until tiny moist.
4) Clear dust and sundries of air cleaner outside and dry it.
5) Put all part into right order and joint air cleaner.
Warming: petrol and high burning point impregnate is easy to burn, they can not be used to clear filter. Do not start engine without filter.
Do not make water into filter when washing car or it may effect performance of engine.
Fuel sensor filter clearing and changing
Fuel sensor filter is under the fuel tank. Change and clear timely, air dry it from inside to outside after clearing. Change it if any damage find.
Check of the leakage
The joint of the air way should be checked according to the regulation, especially for the joint of muffler and engine , and the joint of air cleaner,

carburetor, intake valve. If the leakage exists, you should maintain or replace the relevant parts so as to prevent the exhaust gas coming into
the atmosphere directly.
Operation , check & adjustment of the Throttle

If need adjust, firstly loose the bolt on up-adjustable nut, then turn up-nut to adjust
If need adjust much, please loose tight nut on throttle cable, adjust free way to 2mm- 6mm
If throttle cable is settled on wrong way, please re-settle
If throttle cable is broken, choke, or on the wrong way, please renew a new cable
Adjusting the clutch
Clutch is to transfer the power from engine to transmission, cut off power if necessary to, user should
grip all of clutch or fully loose it . If not, it is easy to damage the clutch. User can lubricate the clutch
cable to avoid abrasion and rot early.
Free way of clutch bar is 10 mm – 20 mm,. If adjust a little, firstly loose
Tight nut, turn adjustable bolt . If adjust much, please loose the tight nut on plate of clutch on crankcase and adjust.
After adjust clutch , grip clutch bar , start engine and change gear ,make sure engine not stop , motorcycle not move slow, release clutch bar
gradually and increase accelerograph , motorcycle can be stably move and accelerate.
If user can not adjust or clutch can not work correctly, please ask help from our dealer.

Adjust of carburetor idle speed
Standard idle speed (neutral gear): 1500±100 r/min. idle speed must be adjusted on the normal temperature of engine on work. After 10
minutes of engine normal work. Don’t try to adjust idle speed to make up other system.
User can decrease idle speed in higher temperature (Such as summer), increase in lower temperature (such as winter).
User can not often adjust idle speed, not decrease idle speed under 1200 r/min , otherwise make spare parts more abrasion .
If there is any question to adjust idle speed, please contact our dealer.
Note: Carburetor is exact parts, if you have not special knowledge , please don’t disassemble by yourself.
Check / adjusting and lubricating the driven chain
Check and lubricating of Driven chain
Driven chain include many mutual running parts, not maintaining in time will accelerate abrasion of chain. Then, user must maintain chain
regularly .If driven chain, big sprocket, small sprocket is out of use, user must renew in time.
Checking way as follows:
1) urn to neutral gear, turn off ignition switch.
2) use finger to wave chain , the normal field of wave should be on 10 mm to 20 mm.
3) turn rear wheel and stop. Check the elasticity of driven chain. Repeat many times, the vertical degree of chain should be certain. If the chain
is loose in some part, it means some links entangled and bend. These problems can be clear up by lubricating.
4) heck abrasion of two sprockets and tight nut on sprockets . If tooth of sprocket is broken, lost or abraded much, please renew.

Lubricating:
1) clean driven chain , big sprocket , small sprocket , and lubricating by lubrication or suitable engine oil ,clean and lubricate per 500km , do
much more in dust field or drive high speed often.
Rectifying and replacement of driven chain
Rectify:
1) Stop motorcycle by stop stand, make sure engine on neutral gear , take off key from ignition switch.
2) Loose axle nut of rear wheel, rectify the adjustable nut on the both side of fork, let chain on suitable swing extent (10 mm to 20 mm ) ,direction
of both side are on same scale, check the elasticity of chain , tight rear nut , tight adjustable nut.
replacement:
1) Backout of driven chain tight nip, take off link.
2) Install new driven chain and adjust waver.
3) Install tight nip , make sure open of tight nip have opposition running .
Warn: If chain is too loose, it will fall off and make accident, maybe damage engine, If chain is too tight , it will make engine and other key parts
overload .

Check of front shock absorber
Check of appearance
Check whether the front shock absorber bend or distort, check whether there is nick or
oil leak in the inner pipe.
Check of operation
Grip front brake bar to stop wheel, push front shock absorber more times
to observe the front shock absorber whether it is normal return or other noise .
Note: If the front shock absorber is damaged , please repair or replace.
Check of rear shock absorber
Check whether the rear shock absorber leak oil, bend or distort , push rear
shock absorber more times to observe the front shock absorber whether it is
normal return or other noise .
The pre-load of rear shock absorber spring can be adjusted by different load
and condition of driving
• Check the level of the brake oil in the main pump of the brake to see if it keeps above the regulated lower limit, or else the master pump cover
should be removed to add brake oil.
• Screw the bolt, check the brake pads to see if they exceed the worn limit, if yes, they should be replaced.
ADJUSTMENT OF BRAKE
• The free way of the front brake handlebar is 10-20mm, if it is incorrect, it should be adjusted according to the following ways:
• Apply the front brake bar continuously for several times, then grip it, discharge the exhaust screw cap to let out the air in the oil cylinder and
then lock up the screw cap.

• If you can not finish the adjustment at one time, repeat the above methods until reach the regulated free way.
CHECK AND REPLACING OF REAR DISC BRAKE
• The free way play of the rear brake pedal should be 20-30mm, if it is incorrect, please adjust it according to the following methods:
• Tread the rear brake pedal several times and check for free wheel rotation after the brake pedal is released.
• Note: Check the abrasion, if it exceeds the worn limit, it should be replaced.
The front brake light switch is situated in the inner side of the front brake handle, it should switch on the circuit of the brake light as soon as the
brake force produced, the rear brake light switch is situated on the right side of the vehicle frame. It should switch on the circuit of the brake
light as soon as the rear brake is applied or make adjustment.
BRAKE FLUID LEVEL
WARNING:
• Brake fluid may cause irritation. Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
• In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water and call a doctor if your eyes were exposed.
• Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTION
• Handle brake fluid with care because it can damage plastic and painted surfaces.
• When adding brake fluid, be sure the brake fluid tank is horizontal before the cap is removed, or brake fluid may spill out.
• Use only specified brake fluid from a sealed container.
• Never allow contaminants such as dirt or water to enter the brake fluid tank.

Muffler MAINTENANCE & REPLACEMENT
Clean away regularly deposit carbon in the exhaust pipe, check the exhaust pipe inside for crack and washer damage, and repair or replace
if necessary.
Note: 1.When you re-install the muffler, please use the new seal washer.
2. When engine works, the muffler is very hot, please be careful.
WARNING: In order to prevent the damage of the equipment, please try to avoid the following situation appearing:
• The time for idle speed is too long.
• The oil supply is normal but can not start.
• Draw out the high pressure ignition wire.
• Infuse the engine oil into the exhaust pipe.
BATTERY
Battery electrolyte is poisonous, so be sure not to discard it at will. Handle in accordance
with national or local environmental protection rules.
Maintain the battery in accordance with the maintenance schedule in the manual. The voltage for the battery used in this motorcycle is 12V, it
is no need of check and maintain.
CAUTION
• When the motorcycle is to be stored for an extended period of time, remove the battery from the motorcycle and charge it fully, and then store
it in a cool, dry place. If the battery terminal first and hen come to the positive lead.
• The vent hose should be placed properly when the battery is checked. If not , gases from the battery or electrolyte leakage will cause
corrosion of the main frame and damage its surfaces.
WARNING
• The battery gives off explosive gases, keep sparks, flames and cigarettes away. Provide adequate ventilation when charging or using the
battery in an enclosed space.
• The battery contains sulfuric acid. contacting with skin or eyes may cause severe burns. Wear protective clothing and a face shield.

• Electrolyte is poisonous. If swallowed, drink large quantity of water or milk and follow with milk of magnesia or vegetable oil and call a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.
The electrolyte should be inspected once every month and it should be kept between lowest and highest mark. If the electrolyte is too less, you
should take off the plug cover of the battery and add the distilled water onto the highest mark with a plastic tub .But you should never add the
sulfuric acid in it. Contrarily, if the electrolyte is too much, you should take it out which is over the highest mark.
NOTE
The battery only can be added with the distilled water .The water will shorten the longevity of it .Once you start to use the battery; the sulfuric aid
can not be added into it anymore. When you are inspecting or adding the distilled water into the battery, the breather tube should be connected
and It can not be bent or tortured.
If the electrolyte is over the highest mark, it will overflow to rust the engine, frame and other parts and even cause short-circuiting between
the poles of the electrode plates. At last, the battery will be damaged. So if the electrolyte overflows, it should be cleaned with water at once.
The waste and used batteries should be dealt with according to the relevant regulations and they can not be dumped randomly to cause the
contamination of the environment.
ATTENTION
The electrolyte inside the battery (sulfuric acid) is acrid. Prohibit children touch the battery.
If the sulfuric acid touches your eyes and skin, it will burn them severely.
If the electrolyte splashes into your eyes, you should wash your eyes for at least 15 minutes with a lot of water put into a big vessel and later go
for a doctor at once. Do not use the pressure water or it will hurt your eyes.
If the electrolyte is incautiously swollen, please drink a lot of water or milk and go for a doctor at once.
The battery will produce the gas of explode when it is charged .so the charging should be processed far from the fire and the ventilated places.
When the battery is installed, the breather tube should be smooth. And it should be prohibited that the battery is surrounded by water when
the car is being washed.

FUSE REPLACEMENT
If the fuse is fuzzed, the ignition switch and other fault circuit switches. Replace it with the backup fuse inside the fuse casa. After that, switch
on and watch if all the electric devices work normally.
If you do not have fuse which’s amperage is not the same as the original, please install it with smaller one.
If the fuse which has the same amperage with the original one is fuzzed again after you replace it, please remain the fuzzed one inside the fuse
case and contact with our maintenance station of your district for inspection.
WARNING
The ignition switch should be turn off before the inspection or replacement of fuse to avoid
the short-circuiting.
KIT
Some small maintenance, adjustment of the rear mirror and the replacement of the
accessories can be done with kits inside the kit case. The kits are as the following:
Handle bar of screwdriver; double head screwdriver;
spark plug socket wrench; split wrench 8×10; split wrench 12×14;
FASTENING OF SCREW AND BOLT
To confirm the safety of ride, before or after operation of the motorcycle, users should fasten the following screws and bolts: front and rear
absorber, fork axle, front and rear wheel axle, engine suspension, steering system, handle bar, front and rear brake, clutch, rack and other
screws and bolts of the whole vehicle.
BREAK DOWN INSPECTION AND REPAIR
NOTE: The design of the whole motorcycle is done by professional person. so if you have no professional knowledge and experience on
it, please do not dispatch it or maintain it by yourself. Meanwhile, before the break down inspection and repair, it is best to contact with the
distributors and your problems will be dealt with.
If the engine cannot be started, please check if the fuel inside the tank is enough or not .If there is enough fuel in it, please check the ignition
system.

(1) Dispatch the spark plug and connect with high-tension lines.
(2) Fix the spark plug onto the vehicle body .Switch on the ignition and turn-off switch to the position，then press the starting button. If the ignition
system is working, there is spark between the two poles of the electrode plate. On the contrary, please contact with the distributors.
DANGER: Do not do this inspection fixing the spark plug near the cylinder, because it is possible that the fuel inside the cylinder can be burned
by the spark.
To avoid the possibility of electric shock，the metal shell of the spark plug is best to attach the metal part of the body without paint. People who’s
heart has some problems or with myocardial frequency modulator to avoid doing this inspection.
CLEANING AND STORAGE OF THE VEHICLE
For maintenance of the motorcycle, it should be cleaned periodically. And it should be inspected often.
Before cleaning, you should inspect if the motorcycle is cooled, the installation of the spark plug and all fuel nipples are right or not. It is
suggested that the high pressure water should not be used. Avoid using cleaning products not especially for motorcycle. They may contain
crude or chemical composition of the washing solvent and they can damage the metal, painting and plastic parts on the motorcycle.
CLEANING OF MOTORCYCLE
(1) Use the cold water to wash the dirt of the motorcycle.
(2) Use sponge or soft cloth with cold water to wash the motorcycle. Avoid washing the silencer and electronic parts directly.
(3) Use sponge or soft cloth with solvent mixed by moderate cleaner and water to wash the plastic parts. Use water to scrape the spot.
Avoid the leakage of the brake oil, or it will spoil the paint of the surface of the plastic parts.
After wash the motorcycle, it is possible that the lens inside the front light has water ball in it. Open the high beam and the water ball will vanish
gradually. Please start the engine when you open the headlight.
(4) After cleaning, use a lot of water to wash the whole vehicle. The remained cleaner will rust the alloy parts of the motorcycle.
(5) Dry up the motorcycle and put the lubricant oil on it at once.

(6) Inspect the vehicle repeatedly.
(7) Restart the engine and ride for several minutes.
It is possible that the brake ability is not so good after washing the motorcycle .Keep the certain distance of the brake to avoid the traffic
accident.
ATTENTION: Please do not use the high pressure water to wash the following parts: ignition switch, electric switch, meter, hub, outtake tube.
Because the brake ability could not be good after washing the motorcycle, please ride it for inspection and adjustment.
The last step:
It is suggested to use the normal cleaner and polish with good quality fuel. Or you only can use the non-grinding and non-polishing wax
especially for motorcycle when waxing and do as the instruction.
[SALT SOLUTION]
Running on the ice road with salt or touching with sea would rust the metal.
Please wash the vehicle with the following tips if running on this kind of road.
(1) Wash with the cold water .Do not use the hot water or it would cause the affect of the salt.
(2) Dry up the vehicle and put the protection wax onto the surface of the metal.
Wash the painting surface
Use wet cloth or sponge with water to wash the vehicle, and then dry it up with soft and clean cloth. Please use the moderate cleaner to wash
the surface of the painting and not use the wax paper with chemical composition.
STORAGE OF THE VEHICLE
Over 30 day’s storage, the vehicle needs to be maintained. And before storage, maintenance is a necessary.
(1) Wash and dry up the vehicle and make waxing on the surface of the vehicle.
(2) Outlet all fuel from the fuel box, fuel tube, carburetor and other fuel passage and spray the rust resister into the fuel tank.

DANGER: The petrol is flammable and explosive .so when you outlet the fuel ,please do not smoke and close to the fire .and please operate
this outside ventilated and dry up the petrol outside.
(3) Take off spark plug, inject a little lubricant (15 to 20ml) into cylinder. Turn off ignition switch, operate kick start pedal several times, let machine
oil spread proportionally in the cylinder, and then install spark plug.
(4) Rinse and lubricate driven chain completely.
(5) Lubricate all the control cable
(6) When stored in wet or saline atmosphere, all the outside metal of motorcycle shall be covered with a anti-rust oil. Do not put machine oil on
any rubber part or seat.
(7) Take off battery, store it in ventilating, dry, shady and cool place. Charge it per month.
(8) Blow tyre to regulated pressure.
(9) Put plastic bag on muffler outlet, and enlace it tightly to avoid wet air going into it.
(10) Use ventilating material to cover motorcycle, and store it in dry and ventilating place with little temperature difference. Put the motorcycle
on the wooden board, let the front and rear tyre leave the ground.
Motorcycle usage after storage
Take off the motorcycle cover, and clean the motorcycle.
If storage period lasts for 4 months above, please change engine machine oil.
Check the battery voltage. If the voltage is below 12.3V, please charge it in low-speed condition, and then install battery.
Clean anti-rust lubricant in the tank, and add fuel.
Check the motorcycle according to “Pre-operation” Guidance, and ride the motorcycle in safe ground, make sure all the performances are OK.
