PROPOSED UPDATES TO THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
ATTENTION ALL HCV PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS AND PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is releasing proposed updates to the Housing
Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Administrative Plan for public comment.
The 30-day public comment period begins September 16 (8 a.m.) and ends October
16, 2015 (5 p.m.). While CHA encourages and welcomes all program participants,
residents, and the community-at-large to review the proposed updates to the HCV
Administrative Plan and attend the hearings, you are not required to attend the public
comment hearings in order to submit comments. The date, time, and location of the
public comment hearings are as follows:



September 29, 2015, 6:00pm: Lozano Library, 1805 S Loomis St
September 30, 2015, 6:00pm: Woodson Library, 9525 S Halsted St
October 7, 2015, 6:00pm: Legler Library, 115 S Pulaski Rd
Copies of the Proposed Updates to the HCV Administrative Plan will be available beginning
September 16, 2015 until October 16, 2015 (5 p.m.) at the following locations:

La Autoridad de Vivienda de Chicago (CHA, por sus siglas en inglés) está haciendo públicas las
actualizaciones propuestas al Plan Administrativo del Programa de Cupones de Vivienda (HCV,
por sus siglas en inglés). Esto se hace con el fin de que el público pueda hacer sus comentarios.
El período de comentarios públicos de 30 días comienza 16 de septiembre (8 a.m.), y termina
16 de octubre de 2015 (5 p.m.). Si bien CHA anima y alienta a que todos los participantes del
programa, residentes, y miembros de la comunidad en general analicen las actualizaciones
propuestas al Plan Administrativo HCV, y a que asistan a las audiencias públicas, no se requiere
que usted asista a dichas audiencias de comentarios públicos para hacer llegar comentarios.
