SISTEMAS MOVILES PARA CAMPAMENTOS - MFS
Los sistemas móviles para campamentos de potabilización y tratamiento
de las aguas residuales para instalaciones militares EURO MEC tipo MFS
están diseñados para poder satisfacer todas las exigencias de producción
de agua potable desde aguas dulces o salobres a través del sistema
denominado BW 1000 cod NATO: NUC 4610-15-202-5363 y aguas
fuertemente salobres o de mar a través del sistema denominado SW 1000
cod NATO: NUC 4610-15-202-5364 y para el tratamiento de aguas
de descarga para reutilización con sistema denominado WW 1000
cod NATO: NUC 4610-15-202-5365.Los sistemas están construidos en
contenedores tipo ISO 1C para ser transportados en camiones tipo APS
o bien de tipo ordinario con enganches tipo twist-lock. Cada sistema móvil
para campamento está dotado de un contenedor de almacenamiento
denominado SP cod NATO: NUC 4610-15-202- 5366 equipado con
los particulares sistemas para asegurarnos la disponibilidad de las piezas
de recambio y consumibles para garantizar una perfecta eficiencia y
fiabilidad de funcionamiento a medio y largo plazo.
MOBILE CAMP INSTALLATIONS - MFS
The EURO MEC MFS water treatment camp installations for military
compounds are designed to satisfy all the drinkable water production
needs from freshwater and brackish water sources by means of a BW
1000 installation NATO code: NUC 4610-15-202-5363 as well
as from highly brackish water or sea water by means of a SW 1000
installation NATO code: NUC 4610-15-202-5364 and for waste water
treatment and reuse by means of a WW 1000 installation NATO code:
NUC 4610-15-202-5365.
The systems are built into ISO 1C containers to be transported and moved
by APS or ordinary trucks with twist-lock hooks. Each movable camp
installation will be equipped with a SP storage container (NATO code:
NUC 4610-15-202-5366) to complete each system in order to censure
the availability of spare parts and consumable and guarantee perfect
efficiency and reliability for short to medium periods.
En función de los requerimientos de proyecto hay disponibles versiones
más compactas construidas a manera de pequeños resguardos
instalados sobre remolques pequeños de arrastre y concebidos para
ser fácilmente transportables y completamente autosuficientes pues
están dotados de generadores eléctricos. Todos los sistemas están
dotados, además, de depósito de almacenamiento de agua potable
o tratada y sistema de sistema de empaquetamiento bajo pedido.
According to project requests, we can offer more compact versions
built into smaller shelters mounted onto trailers and designed to be
easily transportable as well as completely self sufficient because
they are equipped with electrical generators. All the systems are also
equipped with treated/purified water storage tanks and bagging
system on request.

El sistema móvil para campamentos EURO MEC tipo BW 1000 es
apto para el tratamiento de aguas dulces y salobre con salinidad hasta
7.500 ppm (TDS).
Utiliza membranas para ósmosis inversa de alta resistencia.
El proceso está dotado de unidad de remineralización del agua
tratada.
El Sistema incluye la bomba alimentadora del tanque así como tanques
tipo almohada para agua potable.
El sistema emplea contenedores campales ISO 1C tipo standard,
transportables con camiones tipo APS o con camiones tradicionales con
enganche mediante twist-lock.
BW module
The EURO MEC BW 1000 movable camp system is suitable for freshwater
and brackish water treatment with a max salinity degree up to 7500 ppm
(TDS).
It uses high yield reverse osmosis membranes.
The process is equipped with a treated water re-mineralization unit.
The system includes the tank feeding pump and pillow tanks for drinkable
water.
The system uses ISO 1C standard type camp containers, transportable
by the means of APS trucks or standard trucks with twist-lock hooks.

El sistema móvil campal EURO MEC tipo SW 1000 es apto para el tratamiento
de aguas fuertemente salobres o de mar con alta salinidad de hasta 45.000
ppm (TDS).
El sistema utiliza membranas para ósmosis inversa de alta presión y resistencia
así como un exclusivo “sistema de retroacción” que une la presión de trabajo y
el consumo energético al grado real de salinidad del agua a tratar.
El proceso está dotado de unidad de remineralización del agua tratada.
El Sistema incluye la bomba alimentadora del tanque así como tanques tipo
almohada para agua potable.
El sistema emplea container campales ISO 1C standard, transportables con
camión tipo tipo APS o camión tradicional con enganche mediante twist-lock.
SW module
The EURO MEC SW 1000 camp mobile system is suitable to treat highly brackish
water or sea water having a high salinity degree up to 45000 ppm (TDS).
The system uses high pressure and yield reverse osmosis membranes and an exclusive
“retroaction system” linking the exercise pressure and the energy consumption with
the actual salinity degree of the water to be treated.
The process is equipped with a treated water re-mineralization unit.
The system includes tank feeding pump and pillow tanks for drinkable water.
The system uses ISO 1C standard type camp containers, transportable by means of
APS trucks or standard trucks with twist-lock hooks.

El sistema móvil campal EURO MEC tipo WW 1000 es apto para el tratamiento
de las aguas grises y negras de descarga producidas en campamentos
militares.
El Sistema utiliza el sistema bioreactor purificante por medio de un proceso
de membrana ultra filtrante sobre membrana sumergida de fibra hueca que
permite una acción filtrante eficaz sobre las biomasas evitando cualquier
arrastre indeseado en el efluente.
El sistema está dotado de pre-tratamientos y depósitos flexibles tipo almohada
para la recolección del agua tratada.
El sistema emplea contenedores campales tipo ISO 1C standard, transportables
en camiones tipo APS o camión tradicional con enganche tipo twist- lock.
WW module
The EURO MEC WW 1000 camp mobile system is apt/suitable for grey/black
water treatment produced by military camps.
The system uses the MBR bioreactor purifying system by means of ultrafiltering
membrane process with submersible hollow fibres allowing an effective biomass
filtering action and therefore preventing undesired leaks into the effluent.
The system is equipped with pre treatment and flexible pillow tanks to collect
the treated water.
The system uses ISO 1C standard type camp containers, transportable by
means of APS trucks or standard trucks with twist-lock hooks.

COMBI TRAILER SW
La unidad EURO MEC tipo COMBI TRAILER SW es un sistema móvil
compacto y apto para la producción de agua potable procedente de una
fuente cualquiera de agua de salinidad hasta 35.000 ppm (TDS).
Utiliza membranas para ósmosis inversa de alta presión y resistencia. La
unidad está dotada de generador de energía, bomba de alimentación
sumergible y triple pre-filtración de seguridad con depósito de agua
esterilizado lámparas UV, sistema de automático de limpieza para las breves
pausas, y escurridor de distribución de agua potable con dosificador para
la cobertura de cloro. El módulo está dotado de tráiler propio.
The EURO MEC SW COMBI TRAILER unit is a compact mobile installation
suitable to produce drinkable water from any water source having a salinity
degree up to 35000 ppm (TDS).
It uses high pressure and yield reverse osmosis membranes. The unit is
equipped with a power generator, submersible feeding pump and triple
safety pre filtering with sterilized water tank, UV lamps, automatic cleaning
system for brief pauses and drinkable water distribution rack with chlorine
dosing device. The module is equipped with its own trailer.
EUROTWINS
La unidad EURO MEC tipo EUROTWINS es un sistema móvil compacto
y apto para la producción de agua potable procedente de cualquier fuente
tales como ríos, lagos, depósitos de agua pluvial y agua de acuíferos.
El proceso entero de potabilización funciona sin uso de energía eléctrica
ya que se opera a través de un trailer bomba con motor alimentador.
El sistema está completamente ensamblado sobre un split-skid para un
transporte y movimiento más simple, incluso manual.
COMBI TRAILER BW
La unidad EURO MEC tipo COMBI TRAILER BW es un sistema móvil
compacto y apto para la producción de agua potable procedente de
cualquier fuente de agua con salinidad media hasta 2.000 ppm (TDS).
Emplea membranas de ósmosis inversa de baja presión que no requieren
pre-tratamientos con productos químicos específicos. La unidad está dotada
de su propio generador de energía, bomba de alimentación sumergible y
triple pre-filtración de seguridad con depósito de agua dulce esterilizada,
lámparas UV y escurridor de distribución de agua potable con dosificador
para cobertura de cloro. El módulo está dotado de tráiler propio.
The EURO MEC BW COMBI TRAILER unit is a compact mobile device apt
for drinkable water production from any water source having an average
salinity degree up to 2000 ppm (TDS).
It uses low pressure reverse osmosis membranes not requiring chemical pre
treatments. The unit is equipped with its own power generator, submersible
feeding pump and safety triple pre filtering with sterilized freshwater tank,
UV lamps and drinkable water distribution rack with chlorine dosing device.
The module is equipped with its own trailer.
The EURO MEC EUROTWINS unit is a compact mobile installation suitable
for drinkable water production from any water source such as rivers, lakes,
rainwater basins and groundwater.
The whole treatment system works without power generators as it is operated by a trailer feeling
motor pump.
The complete system is assembled onto a split-skid
for easier manual transportability and displacement.
