ASP 200
Vengono utilizzati per mantenere in sospensione miscele d'acqua-argilla o acqua-smalto.
Costituiti da: un gruppo di moto con motore elettrico trifase a costruzione chiusa calettato direttamente ad un
gruppo di riduzione della velocità di tipo epicicloidale.
Al gruppo di moto è collegato rigidamente e trascinato in rotazione un albero in acciaio ad alta resistenza che
porta una coppia di pale in legno tipo rovere o faggio evaporato o in acciaio.
Caratteristica peculiare di questa serie di macchine:
- costruzione particolarmente robusta
- elevatissimo rendimento del gruppo di riduzione
ASP stirrers 200
These are used for keeping water-clay or water-glaze mixtures in suspension.
They consist of: one drive unit with closed-type three-phase electric motor, directly coupled to an epicycloidal
speed reduction unit. A high tensile steel shaft carrying a pair of oak or beech, or steel blades is connected to and
driven by the drive unit. The special features of this series include:
- particulary solid and sturdy design
- highly efficient reduction unit.
ASP Rührwerke 200
Für stets in Suspension gehaltene Wasser-Ton-Mischungen oder Wasser-Glasur-Mischungen. Bestehend aus einer
Antriebsgruppe mit Drehstrommotor in geschlossener Bauweise, der direkt
mit
dem
Planetenuntersetzungsgetriebe verbunden ist; einer starr an dieser Antriebsgruppe befestigten und von ihr angetriebenen Welle aus hochfestem Stahl mit einem Rührflügelpaar aus Holz (getrocknetes Eichen- oder Buchenholz)
oder Stahl. Besondere Merkmale dieser Maschinenserie:
- besonders robuste und kompakte Ausführung

ASP agitadores 200
Se utilizan para mantener en suspensión mezclas de agua-arcilla o de agua-esmalte.
Constan de un grupo de mando con motor electrico trifásico de construcción cerrada acoplado directamente a un
reductor de velocidad de tipo epicicloidal. Al grupo motor està acoplado rìgidamente un arból giratorio de acero
de alta resistencia el cual lleva un par de palas de madera de haya o de roble o de acero. Características peculiares
de esta serie de máquinas:
- construcción muy robusta
- rendimiento muy elevado del grupo reductor

Agitatori lenti per Smalti
Come gli agitatori della serie ASP vengono utilizzati per mantenere in
sospensione miscele di acqua e solidi macinati, in particolare smalti ceramici:
Sono costituiti da :
- gruppo di moto composto da motore elettrico trifase a costruzione chiusa e calettato direttamente ad un gruppo di riduzione della velocità del
tipo ad assi paralleli.
- Lanterna per il fissaggio del gruppo motoriduttore al telaio di sostegno
collegato alla vasca.
- Giunto e controgiunto in fusione di ghisa per il collegamento al riduttore dell’albero in acciaio al carbonio porta rastrello.
- Rastrello a lame inclinate in acciaio INOX AISI 304.
Slow glaze stirrers
• pesi si intendono con esclusione dell'albero e del
palettamento.

As with the ASP series stirrers, these are used to maintain a mixture of water
and ground solids in suspension and are especially aimed at ceramic glazes.
They are made up of:
- a drive unit with closed-type three-phase electric motor, directly coupled
to a parallel axes speed reduction unit.
- Housing for attachment of the gearmotor unit to the support frame
connected to the tank.
- Cast iron coupling and counter-coupling for connection of the gearmotor to the carbon steel rake shaft.
- Slanting blade rake in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Langsamrührwerke für Glasuren
Sie werden wie die Rührwerke der Serie ASP verwendet, um zu verhindern,
daß sich die Suspensionen aus Wasser und vermahlenen Feststoffen, insbesondere Keramikglasuren, entmischen. Diese Rührwerke bestehen aus:
- einer Antriebsgruppe mit Drehstrommotor in geschlossener Bauweise,
der direkt mit einem Parallelachsen-untersetzungsgetriebe verbunden ist;
einer
Rührwerklanterne
für
die
Befestigung
der
Untersetzungsgetriebegruppe am Tragrahmen, der mit dem Becken verbunden ist;
- Kupplung und Gegenkupplung aus Gußeisen zur Verbindung mit dem Untersetzungsgetriebe der Welle aus unlegiertem Stahl, an der der Rechen befestigt ist;
- Rechen mit Schrägmessern aus nichtrostendem Stahl AISI 304

Agitadores lentos para esmaltes
Como los agitadores de la serie ASP, éstos se utilizan para mantener en suspensión mezclas de agua y sólidos molidos, en particular esmaltes cerámicos:
Constan de :
- grupode mando con motor eléctrico trifásico de construcción cerrada ensamblado directamente con un grupo
reductor de velocidad con ejes paralelos.
- Linterna para sujetar el grupo motorreductor aI bastidor de soporte conectado al depósito.
- Empalme y contraempalme en fundición de arrabio para conectar el árbol portarastro en acero al carbono con el reductor.
- Rastro de hojas inclinadas en acero INOX AISI 304.

Agitatori a elica
AE 600
Agitatori a elica, per laboratorio o per industria, adatti a mantenere in sospensione e mescolare smalti e barbottine o altri materiali che per il loro alto peso specifico tendono a sedimentare.
La macchina è così composta:
- Un supporto in fusione di ghisa meccanica che porta le sedi per i cuscinetti di sostegno dell’albero principale.
Questo supporto, nel modello AE 100, è fissato tramite un morsetto alla parete della vasca; negli altri modelli è
imbullonato su un telaio in profilati di acciaio fissato a sua volta sui bordi della vasca.
I cuscinetti sono lubrificati a grasso e largamente dimensionati per sopportare carichi radiali ed assiali.
La protezione dei cuscinetti è realizzata mediante anelli elastici di tenuta.
- Un albero in acciaio speciale ad alta resistenza cromato a spessore nella parte che sporge dal supporto.
- Un’elica marina a tre pale in bronzo fosforoso, o a richiesta in acciaio, montata a sbalzo sull’albero principale.
- Un motore asincrono trifase a costruzione chiusa e ventilazione esterna che trasmette direttamente il moto all’albero principale oppure, montato su una piastra in acciaio incernierata, trasmette il moto all’albero principale
mediante cinghie trapezioidali.
Propellor stirrers
Industrial and laboratory propellor stirrers designed to mix glazes, slips or other materials and/or keep them in
suspension since these materials tend to settle out as a result of their high specific weight.
The machine is made up of:
- An engineering cast iron support that carries the main shaft support bearing seats.
In the AE 100 model this support is fixed to the tank wall by a clamp; in the other models it is bolted onto a steel
section frame which is, in turn, fixed to the rim of the tank.
The grease-lubricated bearings are wide-diameter so as to withstand radial and axial loads.
The bearings are protected by elastic sealing rings.
- A shaft in special high tensile steel; the part that protudes from the support is hard chromium plated.
- A three-blade phosphor bronze (or, on request, steel) marine propellor is cantilever-mounted on the main shaft.
- An asynchronous, three-phase, closed-type, external ventilation motor which drives the main shaft directly or one
mounted on a hinged steel plate which drives the main shaft by means of V- belts.

AE 600
Schraubenrührwerk
Schraubenrührwerke für den Einsatz im Labor oder in der Industrie. Sie sind dazu geeignet, Glasuren und Schlicker
bzw. andere Materialien, die aufgrund ihres hohen spezifischen Gewichts zum Sedimentieren neigen, in
Suspension zu halten und zu rühren.Die Maschine ist wie folgt aufgebaut:
- Eine mechanische Gußeisenaufnahme, in der die Sitze für die Traglager der Hauptwelle ausgeführt sind.
Diese Aufnahme ist bei dem Modell AE 100 mit Hilfe einer Spannbacke an der Beckenwand befestigt. Bei den anderen Modellen ist sie an einem Rahmen aus Stahlprofilen, der am Beckenrand befestigt ist, festgeschraubt.
Die fettgeschmierten Lager sind groß dimensioniert, um radiale und axiale Belastungen aufnehmen zu können.
Elastische Dichtringe schützen die Lager.
- Eine Welle aus hochfestem Stahl, deren aus der Aufnahme herausstehender Teil hartverchromt ist.
- Eine Schiffsschraube mit drei Rührflügeln aus phosphorhaltigem Bronze bzw. auf Wunsch aus Stahl, die freitragend an der Hauptwelle befestigt ist.
- Ein Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor in geschlossener Bauweise mit Außenbelüftung. Er leitet die Bewegung direkt an
die Hauptwelle weiter. Bei Befestigung auf einer Schwenkplatte erfolgt die Bewegungsübertragung über
Keilriemen.
Vibrating screens for slip and spray-dried powder
Agitadores de hélice, para laboratorio o para industria, aptos a mantener en suspensión y mezclar esmaltes y barbotinas u otros materiales que debido a su elevado peso específico tienden a sedimentarse.
La máquina se compone de:
- Un soporte en fundición de arrabio mecánico que lleva los alojamientos para los cojinetes de soporte del árbol
principal. Este soporte, en el modelo AE 100, está unido a la pared del depósito mediante una mordaza; en otros
modelos está unido con pernos a un bastidor en perfilados de acero que está sujetado a los bordes del depósito.
Los cojinetes están lubricados con grasa y tienen dimensiones tales que pueden soportar cargas radiales y axiales.
La protección de los cojinetes se ha realizado con anillos de retención elásticos.
- Un árbol en acero especial de elevada resistencia cromado en profundidad en la parte que sobresale del soporte.
- Una hélice marina de tres palas en bronce fosforoso, o a pedido en acero, montada saliente sobre el arból principal.
- Un motor asíncrono trifásico de construcción cerrada y ventilación exterior el cual transmite el movimiento directamente al arból principal o, montado sobre una placa de acero ensamblada con bisagra, transmite el movimiento al árbol principal mediante correas trapezoidales.

Turbofrantumatori a pale
I turbofrantumatori a pale vengono impiegati nell’industria ceramica per la frantumazione e la successiva scioglitura delle argille.
La macchina è così composta:
- Un supporto in fusione di ghisa che porta le sedi per i cuscinetti di sostegno dell’albero principale.
Questo supporto, viene fissato su un telaio in profilati di acciaio fissato a sua volta sul coperchio della vasca.
I cuscinetti sono lubrificati a grasso.
La protezione dei cuscinetti è realizzata mediante anelli elastici di tenuta.
- Un albero in acciaio ad alta resistenza.
- Una girante in lamiera elettrosaldata di grosso spessore, montata a sbalzo sull’albero principale.
- Un motore asincrono trifase a costruzione chiusa e ventilazione esterna che trasmette il moto all’albero principale mediante cinghie trapezoidali.
Turbo blade crushers
Turbo blade crushers are employed in the ceramic industry to crush and then dissolve clays.
The machine is made up of:
- An engineering cast iron support that carries the main shaft support bearing seats.

The bearings are grease-lubricated.

Turbobrecher mit Rührflügeln
Die Turbobrecher mit Rührflügeln werden in der Keramikindustrie zum Zerkleinern und anschließenden Auflösen
von Ton eingesetzt.
Die Maschine ist wie folgt aufgebaut:
- Eine mechanische Gußeisenaufnahme, in der die Sitze für die Traglager der Hauptwelle ausgeführt sind.
Diese Aufnahme wird an einem Rahmen aus Stahlprofilen angebracht, der wiederum am Beckendeckel befestigt
ist.
Die Lager sind fettgeschmiert und werden durch elastische
Dichtringe geschützt.

- Ein Läufer aus elektrogeschweißtem dicken Blech, der freitragend an der Hauptwelle befestigt ist.
- Ein Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor in geschlossener Bauweise mit Außenbelüftung, der die Bewegung über
Keilriemen und Keilriemenscheiben auf die Hauptwelle überträgt.

Turbofrantumatori a pale
Turbotrituradores de palas
Los turbotrituradores de palas se utilizan en la industria cerámica para triturar y luego para disolver las arcillas
La máquina se compone de:
- Un soporte en fundición de arrabio mecánico que lleva los alojamientos para los cojinetes de soporte del árbol principal.
Este soporte, está unido a un bastidor en perfilados de acero que está sujetado a la tapa del depósito.
Los cojinetes están lubricados con grasa.
La protección de los cojinetes se ha realizado mediante anillos de sujeción elásticos.
- Un árbol en acero de elevada resistencia.
- Un rotor de chapa soldada eléctricamente de espesor grueso, montada saliente sobre el árbol principal.
- Un motor asíncrono trifásico de construcción cerrada y con ventilación exterior el cual transmite el movimiento al
árbol principal mediante correas trapezoidales y poleas de garganta.
