Four regional workshops First National Workshop -Initial workplan -Establish Follow Group Develop MidTerm Report SESA progress report ESMF Deliver the R-Package SESA Report End of Process REFERENCE SCENARIOS MONITORING SYSTEM BUDGET Source US$ FCPF 3,699,000 GAP 6,442,000 TOTAL 10,273,000 Nicaragua's proposal amounts to a total of US$10.3 million over 4 years, of which 3.6 million are FCPF and 6.7 million represents the gap to comply with and implement the proposed activities in each component. 39% of the budget represents the component of strategic options (2b). 28% of the budget represents the components for dialogue, participation and monitoring (1c and 4). 33% of the budget is made up of the 2a, 2c, 2d, 3 and 6 for the analysis of land use change, implementation framework and overall evaluation of the R-PP. NEXT STEPS • Continue to strengthen the process through dialogue, training and participation according to the stakeholder map (including private business, livestock, etc.) • Strengthen decision-making levels (I, II, III) operation guidelines. • Define operational and implementation planning with the autonomous governments of the Caribbean Coast. • Develop SESA work plan and preparatory steps for the consultation process under ILO 169. • Fundraising to cover the budget gap. • Desing Forest Monitoring System.
