childcare, call Toll Free 1-888-214-5437 to see if you are eligible for Care4Kids childcare subsidies, or log on
to www.ctcare4kids.com.
Need Healthcare and Nutrition Info?
Call Toll Free 1-877-284-8759 to find out if your child is eligible for HUSKY, the State of Connecticut’s public
health coverage for children. Or log on to www.AccessHealthCT.com to register for insurance under the
Affordable Care Act. The Women and Infant Children (WIC) program provides eligible parents with nutrition
information, food vouchers, and referrals to health and social services. Call 203-456-1410.

You may be eligible for home visitation programs from Families Network of Western Connecticut. Call 203791-8773 for more information. The Danbury Public Schools Family Resource Centers also offer home
